Came here for dinner with my cousin on Friday night and at first I was pleasantly surprised by the summer specials they had going on. I signed up for their app right then but I never got my discount code to use which was annoying. Then when I went to order, the wrap I originally wanted was out of ingredients. I settled on a chicken wrap but honestly all the protein options looked dry as heck anyway. The restaurant was clean inside but there was not any comfortable seating options. The drink situation was just as bad. They had very limited drink options and were out of matcha which was super disappointing. They were even out of green tea at first. Eventually they refilled the green tea so I got that but they didnt have any Splenda or sugar free alternatives anywhere. When I went back to get a refill later they were somehow out of the green tea again so I'm assuming they just dumped it. The worker at the cashier seemed very confused and didnt know what actually came in the bowls or wraps. They also never put my number in for my rewards and by the time I checked out it was too late to fix it. On top of all that my food took a while to come out and they didn't even put the sauce on the side like I requested. Overall just a very disappointing and negative experience.

The wraps we received tonight were incredibly small in portion. This skimping may have been acceptable on 50% off summer wraps day, but this is a full price $18 burrito and it's like as skinny as putting two taquitos together. The steak burrito was literally half gristle and grill grime....It was inedible. We come here every freaking week. This is abysmal. I can't even believe what I received. I don't know when or if I will be. I feel totally ripped off.

I recently stopped by Vale Healthy Kitchen in Delray Beach and decided to try their Chicken Caesar Wrap, and I'm really glad I did. The wrap was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying--exactly what you'd hope for from a health-focused spot like Vale. It featured tender lemon garlic chicken breast paired with crisp kale, shaved Parmesan, and a rich Caesar dressing that pulled everything together beautifully. The balance of flavors was spot on: tangy, savory, and fresh all at once. One thing I appreciated was how clean and high-quality everything tasted. The ingredients didn't feel heavy, but the wrap was still filling, making it a great option for lunch or a lighter dinner. Vale's fast-casual setup is efficient, and the staff was friendly and quick to help. The space itself is bright, modern, and inviting--perfect for a casual stop-in or a grab-and-go meal. A staff member also gave me a free matcha blueberry smoothie sample that was so good and I don't even like matcha. I also tried a pressed shot, the red and shot was the perfect way to end my lunch. While the pricing is slightly higher than a typical wrap (around $18), you're definitely paying for premium ingredients and generous portions. If you're someone who cares about clean eating but doesn't want to sacrifice taste, I'd absolutely recommend trying the Chicken Caesar Wrap. It's a great representation of what Vale does well: bold, fresh flavor in a health-conscious package. Note if you download the app you get $5.00 your first order or if you mention it's your first visit the team will apply a first time discount

What I Ordered: I ordered the "Guac Around the Globe" bowl in the small size. Sadly, I forgot to take a picture of the food itself, so I will add the photo they have on their website. Still, it essentially consisted of pulled chicken in a tomato sauce, cilantro rice, a generous serving of guacamole, roasted broccoli, and a drizzle of avocado Caesar dressing. Pricing: Do I say it's worth the price? Not really, I paid $19.48 on Grubhub, only because I had a $10 credit, so the bowl was half price. The bowl should've been priced at what I paid with my credit, because $20 for a SMALL bowl is expensive, but it was worth a try the one time. It's been on my list of places to try when I'm in the area. Rating: The pricing is the only reason I am docking a star, and I am giving it a 4-Star review. Ambiance: When I first walked into the location to pick up my order in Delray Beach, I was in AWE. The location was beautiful. Flowers were hanging from the ceiling, and they had very nice seating areas. The associate who greeted me was very, very kind when he handed me my order in the bag. I didn't catch his name, but he was extroverted, kind, and loud. Final Thoughts: Overall, I liked the taste; it seemed like a healthy and hearty meal, and a unique spot to try out. . . once.

Good place not great. Very fresh and food came quick, but I've gotten better bowls in the Delray/Boca area. Pricey as well.

Vale Foods has become one of my favorite spots to grab something fresh and healthy any time of day. You can walk in, order your bowl, and watch as they prepare it right in front of you with clean, high quality ingredients. The Malibu Bowl is my go to it's always packed with flavor and feels so nourishing. The vibe of the place is great too! you can just pop in and take your meal to go or sit down and enjoy the relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Their treats are also amazing the chocolate chip cookies and protein brownies with almond butter are the perfect wholesome sweet bite. Vale Foods is a true staple for me now. If you want a spot that's quick, healthy, and consistently delicious, this is it!

I went back with a friend because it is local to my house. I gave them another try and this time the worker was extremely helpful to my friend who was trying to figure out what to get. Instead of two proteins she got more vegetables It was a beautiful day so we sat outside. It is next to the Norman Love Chocolates so you can go in there and browse after!

This is the first location of The Seed that I've been to, so I'm not sure how other locations compare, but this one was pretty small in general with limited seating inside. Luckily my fiancé and I got there while it was empty, so we were able to choose two of the four bar seats along the wall across from the counter. I had a latte with almond milk and house-made lavender syrup, and we each had a classic croissant sandwich. Latte with house-made lavender syrup: I really enjoyed this. My fiancé described this as a "mix of coffee and tea", which I think was fitting. The lavender syrup sweetened the coffee with light floral notes and the latte was a great balance between herbal, floral, and creamy overall. Classic croissant sandwich: The egg patty was pretty thick, I'd say just under a 1/2" thick. It was packed with bacon and cheese, and the sandwich was toasted the way I liked. The croissant was buttery and flakey, and overall I enjoyed the sandwich. There wasn't anything unique about the sandwich though, it was just a solid breakfast croissant sandwich that was made well. No special sauces or other ingredients. I guess that's why it's the classic. The staff was nice and pleasant, and our food and drinks were made in a reasonable amount of time. I do think the food and drink were a bit overpriced for what it was (our bill was ~$40 for two sandwiches and two drinks), but they say the ingredients are all locally sourced so I'm assuming that's why. Overall, this was a great experience and I'd certainly choose this The Seed over a larger chain coffee shop. Just know that the dollars can add up quickly here!

We also both got the bagel bomb -- it was more like a croissant stuffed with cream cheese than an actual bagel, but still delicious. Mine came out piping hot, and the cream cheese was scorching too, so I had to let it cool before taking another bite. They also have juices, water, and other grab-and-go bites in the cooler near the front entrance. There's seating inside and outside, plus a covered corner area near a green space that was really nice -- that's where we sat to chat and sip. I know there's a location closer to home for me, so I can't wait to check that one out too. Overall a nice place with delicious drinks and small bites. You get what you pay for -- it was $25 for both our iced drinks and bagel bombs -- but I get it, and I wasn't disappointed with the quality. I'd definitely visit again when I'm in the area.

Banana bread is super in right now & it's for a good reason! I don't even like banana bread but the flavor goes so well with coffee, especially cold brew! Top 5 cold brews I've ever had. Already hyped for their summer menu. I wasn't even hungry but when I saw the paradise sliders on the menu I knew I had to order it. The staff was so so sweet, when I ordered they even asked if I wanted extra paradise sauce (who doesn't want extra??) 10/10 no notes. The sausage & egg is obvi solid but the sauce does push it over the edge. I would like to check out the other locations- this was one a decent size, good amount of seating in & outside. The fruit is always exceptionally fresh, and their acai base is hands down the best I've had. Each bowl comes with granola and three fruits, and the ordering process is super easy. Even their website is easy to navigate for online ordering, which I take full advantage of for my weekly pick-up. (And it works with Apple Pay!) I bring bowls to my mom for our catch-up dates, and it's become such a special tradition. The shop itself has a farmhouse-style interior that's always clean and inviting. There's plenty of parking, and the location is perfect. It is right near the beach and the perfect stop for breakfast, lunch, or a post-beach snack. Be sure to try their hot coffee too. While I don't get their smoothies as often, you really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. I also love how they get creative with fun holiday-themed bowls, like the special Valentine's Day, Christmas, or even Cinco de Mayo themed bowls. Sometimes they even feature unique ingredients like hot honey or Tajin. My go-to bowl is a create-your-own w/ almond butter, banana, strawberries, blueberries, goji berries, and cacao nibs on top!
