Well, tell that to my HOA who was feeling grumpy about the state of two queen palm trees I planted 20 years ago. In their defense, that part of my yard needed attention and could be better served as a dog-run. While I consider myself handy, I do not consider myself skilled enough to deal with 30 foot trees. So I asked around and Nate came highly recommended. He gave me a reasonable quote, so I booked him. Within a few hours of his arrival, the palms were gone, the HOA was off my back (again) and our dogs have more outdoor space for their dog business. Some never responded, others replied only once or twice, and several asked for photos and videos but were unwilling to visit my property to assess the scope of work in person. After initially selecting another contractor based on a quote, I informed the other companies that I had made my decision. Chris, however, went above and beyond--he was determined to earn my business and asked if he could stop by at 5:00 PM to provide an in-person estimate and see if he could offer a better proposal. That initiative alone spoke volumes. When Chris arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.
