This restaurant is amazing! We ordered A LOT (as you can see in the picture) and there was only 2 of us no regrets we liked everything especially the churro waffles and steak and eggs! Service was really nice too!You should definitely try it!

Rancheros con carnitas in the front, chilaquiles verdes in the back.

This place has been bookmarked for long time and I finally tried it, and I am happy I did! The place is a bit small and it does get busy. I think they have outdoor seating too so during the summer it would be nice to sit outside and have some breakfast. We came in and were promptly seated. My friend ordered the chilaquiles and I ordered the rancheros with carnitas. We also ordered the churro waffle to split. The huevos rancheros with carnitas was really good! They did not skimp on the carnitas. Very filling. My friend said the chilaquiles verdes were really tasty and not spicy just like she likes them! The churro waffles was delicious and the perfect way to end a meal. Service was fast and friendly! I will definitely be back!

A great and cute local joint that has a wonderful selection of food. I usually always come in for breakfast and it's also quick and delicious. The service is great and they always bring out the array of salsas which are a great pairing with their dishes. Their steak and eggs is probably my favorite of all the things I've tried. The steak is always so tender and the potato's are yum with the homemade salsas. The chimmichuri sauce is always a great addition as well. I've also gotten their eggs Benedict and it's so hearty and filling. It's a great portion and packed with flavors. Everything is always so fresh and tasty here and I'll definitely be back.

First time trying Valentina's Kitchen first the people there were very nice. The place inside is not as big but they have outside sittings. Place is clean as well. I just feel like though when you get out of the restaurant you smell like food. The food is great as well and great prices.

Went to Valentina's for the first time, customer service overall great. I think the two servers were very sweet BUT mid food. We waited so long for the food and it was rather lukewarm warm when we got it. The potatoes were soggy and the chicken sandwich was bland. I got my drink more towards the end of the meal and it was just a mimosa. The mimosa was good but overall my experience was rather underwhelming.

My friend and I were looking for a comfy brunch on a rainy day and randomly found Valentinas, and boy am I glad we did! First of all, the service was amazing. Our server was attentive and happy to offer recommendations, and the right level of chatty/friendly! Second, and probably most importantly, the food was delicious! I got the chorizo benedict and it was fantastic! My friend got the veggie benedict and she says it was great too. I really want to find a reason to come back, that's how much I liked the food and service.

Short Ribs Eggs Benedict with Veggie Sweet Potato Hash in the back! So delicious!!

Amazing food, excellent service, in an At home ambiance, Valentina's delivers fresh dishes while giving impeccable service. I'm so happy because they brought back their signature Braised Short Ribs Eggs Benedict! They change up the menu every season, and I'm delighted the fall/winter menu is back in full swing. The Short Ribs Eggs Benedict are both flavorful and intriguingly delicious, as they are delivered on grit cake instead of the traditional English muffin. Every bite is heavenly. I also tried their Pumpkin stuffed French Toast, which was just as good as I knew it would be. French Toast cooked perfectly with toasted coconut, chocolate drizzle and what I believe to be a pumpkin syrup took this breakfast experience to the next level. I can't say enough about Valentina's. Farm to table and they do everything right!

Great service and friendlystaff. Amazing and tasty food with great portions. Cozy vibes. Valentina's kitchen serves up all of these things in a platter in American Canyon! I came by on Saturday around 11am. It was quite busy with the brunch rush. Despite that, I was greetes and seated quickly. Not long after I was served water and placed my order. Breakfast is served! (My order): Chorizo egg benedict- served with Rosemary potatoes. I am not an all an egg Benedict. Based on reviews on this dish and the photos, I decided to get out of comfort zone and give it a try! I was not disappointed! Egg-celent dish! Between the English muffin, crispy (and well seasoned) chorizo, and poached egg (served with a slice of jalapeño on top) the flavor was on point! I was impressed with how good it was! I didn't need to add any salt or pepper. I did sprinkle some of VK's branded hot sauce for some extra spice! The rosemary potatoes was well cooked, with plenty of rosemary in every bite. I would order this again. Rating:12/10 Churro waffle- I have a crazy sweet tooth and knew i needed to order this to enjoy after my chorizo egg Benedict! This was insanely good! Can I take the chef home to enjoy this everyday? I loved this so much. It is a churro in waffle form. Instead of being served in standard round form, they brought the artistry in for this one! It's served in a layered triangles topped with a banana slice, whipped cream, and a Caramel drizzle. Delicious! I couldn't stop eating it until it's gone! :D Syrup? Well.. none was provided...but, not at all needed. Everything you need to enjoy is on that platter! Rating: 15/10 I almost forgot to mention, both dishes can be shared with a friend or your date. There is seriously so much food to enjoy! Valentina's Kitchen is located on W American Canyon Road in a strip mall right across the street from Safeway fuel station. Thank you Valentina's Kitchen for the great food, wonderful service, and delicious breakfast! See ya again soon!

Valentinos kitchen is a small intimate restaurant with tables inside and out. We come here after church sometimes and always have a pleasant experience. The service is good and the servers are attentive. The food is good and portioned just right. Today we tried the Churro waffle and we both agreed it was the perfect ending to our meal.

Coworker and I just finished up a meeting and we're looking for a good brunch place. Valentina's is a cute brunch place that is clean, great service, and delicious housemade food from including the breads and salsa. Everything was fresh and flavorful and I would highly recommend checking this place out

Rancheros with Carnitas

A Hidden Gem Worth Seeking Out Visiting the area from out of town, we discovered Valentina's Kitchen -- and loved it so much we returned a second time just three days later. That says it all. The food is the real star. The Rancheros with carnitas were bold and satisfying, the breakfast quesadillas expertly done, and both the berry-stuffed French toast and blueberry pancakes struck the perfect balance between indulgent and fresh. Everything tasted made with care. Don't leave without trying the Mexican coffee. Spiced with cinnamon and clove, it's warm and aromatic -- unlike anything you'll find at a chain, and worth the visit on its own. What truly sets Valentina's Kitchen apart is the hospitality. Owners David and Blanca are a genuine, hands-on presence, making sure every guest feels at home. It's easy to see why locals make this charming spot their go-to. If you find yourself in the area, do yourself a favor and stop in. You may just find yourself coming back sooner than expected.

I love walking in here, you're not just greeted - you're welcomed. Our service was excellent and they told us we each made great choices - she especially highlighted the breakfast burrito. I was initially set back by the prices, but the quality of the food paired with their "mom-and-pop" atmosphere makes you comfortable paying wha I now believe is a fair price. My wife comes here much more than I do and always enjoys herself. Especially in American Canyon, we need more restaurants that mimic their model. They bring quality, a homeliness, and spirit to our small town. I hope this encourages those out of town to make their way for a nice meal.

Chicken and waffles and Valentina's scramble

Stumbled across this great little restaurant this morning. Exceptional quality and flavor! This small family owned restaurant is worth becoming a regular customer. Received great service from David, one of the owners and enjoyed learning about their business. 5 starts is not enough. Food had a great flavor, relaxed vibe and an overall fantastic experience. Photo does not do it justice but we had the chicken and waffles and Valentina's Scramble Can't wait to try the next items. If you're still undecided just go give them a try!

We decided to do it on Saturday because Sunday would be too crazy. It was a good choice and my sister made reservations. Chardonnay is a favorite of my mother's. The Vineyard Room is a small dining area adjacent to The View Bar & Grill (another restaurant at the golf course). I'll jump right to it. Things I liked: beautiful area and on sunny days the view is spectacular. There is ample parking. The staff is very courteous and friendly. The food itself is quite good. I had Reuben sandwich with french fries and it was deli-wonderful. Things to know: this place hosts a lot of wedding receptions--and I think weddings--and this can affect what you order. For example, I thought I could order breakfast food slightly after 12:00 pm, but was informed that I could not. I believe the kitchen was switching over to lunch. So, I ordered the fried chicken by was later told that they no longer made that. My guess is that they will eventually update their menu. Our server, Skylar, was apologetic and since my sister was also a No-Go on the fried chicken, offered to check if the kitchen would make breakfast items. Sadly, the answer was still "no" and I told Skylar my second option was the Reuben. My sister had fish tacos. I know that Skylar was only passing along what she was told, so I don't blame her. She also comped me a beer and our table an order of nachos. This was a gracious offer and we accepted it. I'm not an order-off-the-menu guy and I try always to be patient and understanding. I've been in Skylar's shoes before and have had my share of difficult situations. In this situation it is helpful to know that it is a bar & grill and while they have a decent amount of options, it is a little different than a full-service restaurant. Given the fact that it's a destination for wedding parties, it is good to know that your menu options might be limited. Meaning, you might be told that they do not have your first choice. I've always found that being a little understanding goes a long way in your enjoyment of the meal. I tip my cap to Skylar for remaining courteous and friendly even though she kept having to come back and tell us the kitchen couldn't make this or that. This is still a good place to eat. I'd recommend asking what they are out of at the beginning.

I think the most surprising thing about the ambience this time was the fact that we sat in a corner booth (towards the front door), which used to be a favorite space for me ironically, and the white wood blinds were absolutely filthy. I mean a layer of dust & gunk on them like they hadn't been cleaned since the last time I sat there (years). I waitressed for a long time and I can tell you that people will judge a restaurant's cleanliness by the dining area: If the dining area is not clean, it makes the kitchen suspect. Boon Fly pays a lot of detail to a lot of other little details, so I'm hoping they will take a harder look at the dining room surroundings and make sure those get genuinely cleaned.

I don't know what they put in their salsa. I know the main ingredients of salsa, but their salsa? Oh my gosh. It is delicious. It's my favorite salsa. I'm sitting here stuffed from dinner, and I still want some right now. My husband loves the chorizo burrito. He's ordered it both times we've visited. It's this big, gigantic burrito that looks impossible to eat, but somehow he manages. On our most recent visit, we ordered the chicken flautas as an appetizer. First of all, the flautas themselves were delicious. The seasoning on the chicken had flavors that felt familiar, but with a twist of something I've never had before. And the smokiness of the sauce on the flautas? Delicious. Just absolutely delicious. I also ordered the salmon, which was perfectly seasoned. I believe it normally comes with vegetables, but mine came with a salad instead. Whatever the reason, that salad was outstanding. It was so fresh and flavorful. There may have been apple, pear, or jicama in it... I honestly couldn't tell... but every bite was delicious. The atmosphere is fantastic, too. Elena took care of us on both visits. She makes it feel like you're visiting somebody's home. She is absolutely warm and hilarious at the same time. What really surprised me was that she remembered the beverage my husband ordered on our previous visit. I was like, "How long ago was that? Three months ago?" Another young lady came around and asked how we were doing as well. Very hospitable. Again, I really can't believe there weren't lines out the door. I mean, it's a cool crowd, don't get me wrong. But y'all are asleep. Don't sleep on this place. Y'all need to get there. I'm telling you... just wait.
