Robert was on time, respectful, knows his job inside and out. He also goes the extra mile. I had knocked a window panel off the rail and he not only fixed it for me, but he also put a cap piece on the end so it wouldn't slide off again. Like myself in my business, he is not the cheapest air duct cleaner around, however I want the job done well, one time, and that is what Robert's goal is and it's how he runs his business. However when I further described my home, he gave me an honest assessment about why his equipment wouldn't work for me and provided advice on getting the right contractor for my specific situation (a condo - in his case this equipment needed to be run out of his Mobile Van and wouldn't reach my floor). Told me I needed to use a contractor with mobile equipment as opposed to his which is more heavy duty and too heavy to bring up an elevator to my unit.
