Recently purchased a home in Oxnard and hired 101 Lint Busters to replace old clogged flexible dryer vent exhausting into crawl space with new rigid vent line exhausting properly to the exterior. While performing that work they discovered a serious electrical issue unrelated to the dryer and were kind enough to help me diagnose the source so I could deal with it. They also discovered that years of lint had built up inside the dryer and offered to stay on to clean that out for a reasonable additional fee. Found signs of burned lint - previous owners were fortunate there wasn't a serious fire! Highly recommend 101 Lint Busters! Hire them if you have any concerns at all or just need routine maintenance.

But they did not see anything bad that needed cleaning, so I wanted to wait for Anacapa to service my HVAC unit and get their opinion my air ducts at the same time. David looked at the ducts and said they do not need cleaning and a huge part of that is because I change my HVAC air filter every few months to keep dirt and dust out of the system. The technician (Roberto Ramirez) was kind and patient and explained what COULD be wrong and what was ACTUALLY wrong.
