Used to be one of my favorite pizzas and I would order at least two to three times a week. then covered happen and they are really annoying to deal with. I can order a pizza for pickup, show up and pay cash. But I can order a pizza for delivery and pay cash while every other business out there delivering food accepts cash for the very least bet I don't know any delivery person that won't take a cash tip. I always rewarded the drivers with a very decent tip as I appreciated them. I told the girl on the phone I don't need change and I'll put the cash in a Ziploc. She ended up denying it and I got fed up. Sadly Valentino's Pizza will not see my business anytime soon if ever again. EDIT You can use all the fancy words you want and come up with every excuse. You can wear gloves, mask or even a bee suit for all I care. I have picked up food at the location before and had to put my cash on a tray, step back 3ft then the girl took the cash (with gloves) and afterwards handed me the pizza. No new gloves or washing hands. I'll tell you one thing is for certain, you guys are a joke. While every other company takes cash you come up with excuses. BTW.. All your drivers know I tip well. I'll bet you none will say no to a cash tip. read more

I always pick up pizza here every other week and get the same 2 large pizza..Great deal for a large pizza $5.99 1 topping... My order is always the same: 2 large 1 topping pizzas, 1 has pepperoni and pineapple and the other has chicken and mushroom- can go wrong...$16 for 2 large pizzas..and the pizzas are delicious too!! Katrina could have made it right by discounting the inconvenience of being late and me having to put the pizza in the air fryer but instead just chose to ask for information which they have to inform the owner. Edit : The order was never prepared for the grub hub drivers to pickup, hence why no one delivered our food, thanks for calling me stupid though and thinking I don't realize grub hub is a 3rd party service. All around great experience! Only complaint, was on hold for over 7 minutes to place an order the day before I needed it Pizza and wings were great. They delivered to a skate rink for us. This is a great local mom and pop pizza stop. Their prices are great for those looking for real (non-frozen) pizza. The personnel are friendly, ingredients are fresh and their food is made to order. I ordered the BBQ pizza and it tastes great. Chicken was moist, there was abundance of BBQ sauce (not that weak drizzle that some places offer) and a nice topping-to-cheese ratio. Their crust is not too heavy but not thin either. I really like that I was able to customize my pizza toppings despite the fact that I ordered a speciality pizza. The pizza has no special flavors or crust to make it anymore special than little Caesar's and it used to be worth it when the price was $5.99...but at $11-12 for a pizza...it's a bit pricey. What shall I tell the kids that were looking forward to having a pizza night. Don't know who the manager put in charge but they could use some retraining in customer service. So manager made a comment that they don't deliver past 3 miles, funny thing is 1) I never said where I live in my review and 2) IM WITHIN THE 3 MILES! Well, tonight was the final straw. We've been loyal here for about 2 years and it's completely gone downhill. Called in at 6:23 to be ready for p/u at 7:00. Arrived 6:58 and they were just spreading sauce on it. OK, things happen. Picked it up when done and went five minutes home. Dunno how it happened, but it was cold already. Then I opened up the Caesar salad and was like "Hellz no", I'm going back. It was so brown that it was starting to get slimy. We got all the above for under $32 with tax, lampost had a deal for 2 large one topping pizzas for $52!!! They've also gone down hill last time we had them. Let them know ahead of time you will be checking in when you pick up that way they make the garlic bread ahead of time and you don't have to wait and they'll confirm when you're there on your phone that you've checked in. I walked into the store and ordered a pepperoni pizza to go with extra sauce (at no extra charge either!) and the pizza was ready to go within 10 minutes. As I've said in some other reviews.. it's all about the sauce. Their sauce here is pretty zesty and pairs greatly with their soft/sweet crust. There is definitely some garlic mixed either into the cheese, tomato sauce or crust because each pizza smells like fresh baked garlic bread. DEEEELICIOUS! SERVICE: The service here what you expect from your standard friendly neighborhood pizza joint. ENVIRONMENT: There aren't many places to sit. Some outdoor seating if you'd like. Normally I would give this place all stars but today's experience was extremely unsatisfying. After being on hold for 15 minutes I called back and instead of answering the phone I was immediately put on hold,but I let it go and just placed my order online where I was told my order would be ready in 30 minutes . Only to get there 30 minutes and ask for my pizza and it wasn't even in the oven yet. I understand they were busy, but if any of the employees had good customer service and just explained or communicated with me i wouldn't be upset writing this review. I guess Im just confused. I thought everyone knew that the pizza here was sub par but it was so cheap so you'd make an exception. I've been coming here since the late 90s when I believe the large 1 topping was $4.99. As of even 3 or 4 years ago, I believe they were 8 or 9 bucks. I ordered 15 Large Pizzas (their $5.99 Large YELPING Special that everyone raves about). Not too bad, everything came out to less than $100. Okay...here's my verdict: LIST OF PIZZAS: 5-Cheese/Pepperoni 2-Cheese/More Cheese 2-Cheese/Sausage 1-Cheese/Jalapeno 1-Cheese/Canadian Bacon 1-Cheese/Chicken 1-Cheese/Tomato 1-Cheese/Mushroom 1-Cheese/Veggie - Only one that wasn't $5.99 Drum roll please..... Everyone loved it. They knew it wasn't any GOURMET stuff but they def agreed that it was better than Little C, Papa J, or Doms. Unless they lied to me but the CLEANED HOUSE. Left plenty of Red Chili Flakes behind but NO trace of any pizza. Now you know...it's not the best pizzas but for $6.51 each, you really can't complain. I have been visiting this establishment since it opened years ago and have always been pleased with the service and pizza quality. Their prices are fantastic, for about 10 bucks you can get a large one topping pizza and a drink - where else can you find deals like that? The shop is small and had limited interior seating, but it is designed more for take out orders. The wait time is about 20-30 minutes for delivery and about 15-20 for pick up. This place is right around the corner from my house and was the best cheap pizza around!!! However I called on Super Bowl Sunday to order a couple of pizzas for the kids. Two large 1 topping pizzas for pick up should have been $14, instead I was told that they no longer offer this special and my order was $28- at least I got free delivery.
