The latter is a decent size but the ordering/pickup area is just as vast. While the food is what I expected, the service is what really makes this location stand out for me. Service was fast and friendly each time I visited over the span of a few weeks. Not only is this important from a general customer service perspective, but especially in this setting where customers may not be visiting under the best circumstances. Overall, I'm glad this Panera is here - they provide a higher level of fare compared to a generic hospital food court and pair it with great service.
