I needed tires quick as I had flat. While all other stores closed they were open. Tires were replaced fast and they were new tires. I would recommend this place in case of emergency and otherwise too. BEWARE !!!!!! avoid this place at all cost!!!!! I sent one of my employees down with one of our service vans and he sold us a set of tires. 6 to 8 months in the tire started to fail so we went down to his shop. He told us that these were not good tires and that he would sell us another set. He said he would call the manufacturer to see if they would warranty them, but he was speaking to the manufacture in another language clearly showed he was making a BS call, and then said they would not warranty the tires that the fall was the van and that the shocks were not up to standards. They did the work and stole his rim caps. When my son asked the owner himself where the caps were they had to go "searching" the shop to look for them. They supposedly only found TWO. Are you kidding me?! What kind of shop does work, gets paid and doesn't return the product that doesn't belong to them and worse say they lost pieces. When I called the shop owner and asked for the caps he got a horrible attitude and started to yell at me. I drove straight over there and took a picture of his shop with him casually just standing in this disaster of a hell hole that does not look organized at all. No wonder they can't keep things straight. I'm mind boggled at the lack of care. He didn't care that I told him I'd be posting a negative review. Came here to swap out my tires with a set I purchased on my own. I originally tried going to Discount Tire down the street but they were too busy. So I called this place and they were available to swap them out right away. The price was competitive. They finished in less than 30 minutes. I initially thought it was a great find until I got home and saw that they scratched up my wheels pretty bad. It looks like they worked fast but super careless and ended up damaging 3 of the 4 rims, likely when they were dismounting the old tires. I didn't even bother going back to the owner because he would have likely denied it based on all the negative reviews. I came to get two new tires and they broke my lock for my tires wout me realizing it untill I got a flat .I went back and they had to give me a whole new lock set and take off the old ones .They seemed eager to fix the problem and even joked about offering my dude a prostitute which I found to be disgusting and strange .Plot Twist ...when me and my dude got home we noticed one of my bolts was missing ...we had to go back to the tire shop yet again .This time the owner said maybe someone tried to steal my rims .I dissagreed because why would anyone steal one bolt .They make alot of mistakes and are not trustworthy people all while keeping a smile on their faces. read more

A LOT of independent/budget tire shops will quickly yank your wheel off, stick the new tire on there, fill it with *some amount* of air, impact gun the bejeezus out of your lug nuts while your car is in the air, drop it down and send you on your way (for more money too!). These guys do it right. They take care of your rim, properly grease the tire, balance the wheel, inflate it to a PSI of your choosing and even ask what torque spec you'd prefer for the final adjustment once the car is back on the ground. I like working on my car, but when it comes to tires I look to the true professionals and that's this business. read more

I am in search for a used tire so i look up my yellow page and find this tire shop sell used tire and they are closest to where i live so i decided to call them and give it a try On the phone i have told them they size of the tire i am looking for and the person i talked to told me that they have the size i needed. Also it will be $30 mounted and balanced. I was excited and went straight to the shop right after i put down my phone. Once apon my arrival , i told the person that i was the one who's called him about 20 mins ago. He looked at my flatted tire and check the size again then he told me that he doesnt have the size i needed , he said i told him that i need a size 16 inch tires instead of my size 15. I was like , no i did say it;s 15 inch not 16 inch. Then he searched his inventory agan and luckly he found the size i needed. After he put the used tire on my wheel , he found out that i needed a new valve stem too cause the old one is leaking. So i asked him how much would it cost to put on a new valvue stem , he said $10. I feel like its a lil bit pricey but i have no choice but tell him to replace it. After he install the new value stem. He put the tire in his water bucket to test if there's any leaking . Then he asked me to drive the car in so he can put the tire on my car . At this point he just put on the new tire without balancing it .So i told him that its ok i will put the tire on later myself. There is Wheels Works next to my work so i drop by my tire there have them check balancing the tire for me and i asked them how much they charge for valve stem . The guy told me normally only $3-$4 Since i know the people at wheel works so even if i get another used tire from Vallejo tires i will just probably pick up the tire from them and have it install at Wheels works. At lease the guy work there at Vallejo is nice thought but for the money and service they charge me is over priced. read more

I have dealt with Tony for years. My last purchases from Tony was fine (4 vehicles with all brand new tires in 2 days) up until it came to a manufacturers defect on a tire. I advised Tony of the tire situation which in fact was a manufacturers defect. He told me to bring my vehicle to his shop in which he said he would take care of it. When I arrived, the first thing he said was that he did not sell me the tires i had on my vehicle needless to say, he tried to argue with me. I didn't have the receipt with me at the time so I told him I would come back the following day. Tony did put a brand new replacement tire (not the same brand) and tried to charge me full price for the tire. I reminded him of the defective tire. Even his installer tried to say they didn't carry the size of my tires or the brand. Tony still charged me for the replacement tire but he only charged me his cost of the tire. He did say he would reimburse me for the cost I paid him for the tire pending I had the receipt from my prior purchase which was only a few months ago. I returned the next day and showed him the receipt. Tony was shocked that I produced the receipt with his handwriting on it. He tried to stall me about my reimbursement and he said to call him back on the following Monday. When I got to my office, I called the manufacturer of the defective tire and described my situation. The manufacturer agreed with my claim and said that I should have not had to pay for a replacement tire. I got the tech support person's name and extension and immediately called Tony. I told him of my conversation and that I was not supposed to pay any out of pocket expense regardless of what brand he replaced the defective tire. Tony stalled again about the reimbursement and said that he would check with his warehouse before he can reimburse me. He admittedly said that he would receive credit back for the defective tire. Before we hung up the phone, he said to check back with him on Monday and when I showed up, he was nowhere to be found. I came back Tuesday morning before heading into the office and surprised him. I had a copy of the manufacturer's replacement/warranty policy. He then reimbursed me in cash and did not apologize for his lies and mistake. I have given him many customers including family members. I will no longer do business with this person as he does not uphold his honesty and integrity. Needless to say, my friends and family members will no longer be doing business with him as well and I would not recommend purchasing tires from him. I wished there was a way to not give him a star, he's not worth it nor does he deserve a star. read more

No written estimate. No receipt given! I was quoted $259 for two new tires. After installation, guy asks for $320! Said he was not charging install fee. And was just tax. 9.25% on $259 is like $24 so not sure where he got that. I paid cash and have no evidence of even being there. RT Tires is cheaper they quoted installed $270 out the door. A quick look online shows the tires retail for about $70 however here I paid $130 per tire also the tires are Walmart special comes to find out. Shame on me for not doing my Internet research on homework. Also the tire pressure gauge is still on so I'm not sure if they even checked the condition or air pressure of the other two tires not even a quick look around wish you a good from the first class tire places. The owner is a sleazy, unethical lowlife. He will say anything to get your $ and has no desire for repeat customers. My last experience: I had two flats, both of which they said were unrepairable. I bought one tire to replace the front (he only had 1 in my size), and told them to put on the spare while I get another. Then they said they could patch the tire (in hindsight I see now that they were too lazy to deal with the spare). They didn't patch, but instead PLUGGED the tire, and within 3 hours it was flat again. It actually leaked worse after the patch. He said tough sh*t, and refused to refund my $10. On the visit before that I bought 2 tires before a road trip. The balancing was done so poorly that I had to deal with a shaking steering wheel on the freeway for 3 days. When I went back, he not only refused to refund me, he also refused to correct his shoddy work. If you prefer crappy, unskilled work, coupled with verbal abuse, this is the place for you. For me, there are too many tire shops nearby to ever go back to this dump. read more

Customer service is really bad. I don't recommend anyone the shop even my enemy. When I came in the shop manager was having lunch right on the working table and talking with somebody over phone. He didn't ask me why I came in what I need he just pointed out where I had seat. I didn't want to interrupt their conversation but after 15 minuets I noted that the conversation which was only chatter would continue for long time. then I interrupted his conversation and I asked my question which service didn't fit for me. I really shouldn't have, the kid fixing the tire didn't even know how to get the spare out that should of been a red flag, then they used my key to open the compartment where the tools are and they broke my key to my Lexus. That wasn't even the worst part. He had me pay then as I went to leave I noticed my key was cracked open from the tire technician using it to pry open the back of my car. I told them and I was attacked and was told I drove here this way. They denied everything and said that I was a liar and that it was my fault.
