Ricardo was the man who towed my car, and he was phenomenal. My friend and I had been traveling from Pasadena, on our way back home to Phoenix when my car overheated and we had to pull over on the side of the highway at 4am. We were there for two hours on the phone with my insurance company, struggling to simply get my car towed to a nearby shop using one of their providers--when finally highway patrol took over and helped find a faster company to send someone out there and help us. We were seriously in the middle of nowhere, so when Ricardo showed up within the next hour we were so incredibly relieved. He was extremely quick in getting us back to a town and very helpful in finding a place for my friend and I to stay. He was patient, understanding, and made us feel a whole lot better after such a stressful morning. Turns out he's been in the business for 25 years. Contacted AAA for Battery assistance for my SUV parked in my garage. Instead of batter relief (that usually comes in a Van -- I got a flatbed tow truck that was dispatched. The SUV was jump started the old fashion way with jumper cables and sense the vehicle could not be moved the tow truck had to enter my driveway. Since by then it was dark outside, I did not see the many oil drops left in my driveway from the tow truck. I contacted AAA and they in turn contacted ABC Towing with Antonio. There was an equipment failure on the following day (Saturday) so Antonio returned again in Sunday, and the oil stains were eliminated. Thanks for correcting a 'wrong' to a 'right'! read more

As I mentioned before. The bottom lip of the vehicle is prone to scratches. You DID in fact damage my vehicle, only the burden lies with me to prove it. I know every scratch on that vehicle, and that bumper that shifted due to your carelessness and ill-equipped staff. I took photos of the damage prior to leaving business. In a follow-up call to him, he refused to provide insurance information stating; "I'm not giving you that." It's obvious to me that it is a complete waste of my time hence the Yelp review to make the public aware of your poor business practices. In a few words, Raul was the worst tow truck driver ever! Ive been a AAA member for 31 years and I only mention this because I have definitely been towed quite a few times and I've never had someone as rude and small minded as this guy. Dispatch from AAA dropped the ball and didn't leave a note for the driver that my mother ( who is also on the same membership ) would be the one present. I was at the Fantasy Springs casino and my husband (and puppy) were working at a house in La Quinta. Plus they came so fast my husband was not ready to go. Called my AAA they sent me ABC Towing.. had them a couple years ago and that guy was a sweetheart - but this guy needs another job because he has no customer service skills and represented ABC in a horrible manner.. Raul M. was EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude. . He initially had an attitude over the phone and because he went to a completely different address and didn't see my car there he was about to close the call.. why is he mad at his mistake? I have no idea.. he finally gets here and gets my keys helps himself to my glove compartment without asking I might add, throwing all the papers on the floor and says the call was for Eric I'm not towing you. I'm like my name Erica not Eric and my AAA is under Erica and he says with attitude "Don't give me attitude" im like im not trying to give you an attitude but you're giving me one.. Though Triple AAA estimate was 45 minutes ** Trying to give direction to Automated secretary is frustrating. The " Auto system operator has a hard time understanding locations. I broke down on hwy 111 today. It was 107 outside. We were on a 2 lane highway with hardly any shoulder. We called AAA. A guy from ABC towing took our location, vehicle information and said he would be there in 20-30 mins. We waited there for over an hour. We called ABC towing guy back and he informed us he would not be picking us up. I asked why didn't you call me back and tell me. He said something about AAA and no more information. And ABC Towing's knight in shining armor arrived on time, smelled good and towed it down the Blvd to El Primo's tire shop. Another excellent business in Coachella Valley! Needed to have a vehicle towed, ABC TOWING was contacted via AAA. Initial call was placed at 2:30 and we were advised it would be about one hour. At 4:20 they had not shown up, I called AAA again and was advised that the driver was on his last service and would be another 45min to an hour. At 6:20 still no tow truck, called again and was advised that the driver mistakenly picked up another call before mine and it would be another 2hrs. Waited 4hrs with 2 kids in the car, for this service that never showed up. read more

I appreciate their response on time. However I needed my battery check. The technician said I cannot open your hood there's nothing I can do. You need to take it to a mechanic. Well how can I take it to a mechanic if it does not start. He was not helpful at all. I had to ask the neighbor to unlatch the hood. The technician didn't even really try. Recently I've been having some car trouble I had a couple technicians come out within the last four days and they all told me that if I just charge my battery it will be fine. Then each day my battery would die, my car wouldn't start, and I had to take Uber's to work but then today I technician named Randy came to my house actually checked out my car did a full checked with the alternator spark plugs starter and the battery alone and he was able to give me a new battery. Typical money hungry tow company. All about the money for them. Had my car towed today from front of my own house (wonderful HOA street sweeping rule). I was home the whole time and nobody bothered to knock on my door. $220 later and les than an hour in the yard I got my car back. They don't give a hoot about anything but the money.
