I purchased new tires for my car and was looking to get an alignment done. I saw VARA on my way home going down Foothill and checked them out online. I was a bit hesitant since it was a new business but figured all businesses have to start somewhere! I called and spoke with Armen who was very friendly and knowledgable and told me to come on down. He told me they also do maintenance servicing which was convenient because my service light was also on. I went in on Sunday and I was able to meet their mechanic, Suren, who has almost 40 years of experience working on cars. I met with Armen and he took my car out for a drive around the block to check how my car was driving. He noticed it pulled to the left. He returned and Suren started working on my car while Armen explained to me the differences in oil types and their benefits. He gave me a tour around the new shop (which is very clean and spacious). Coffee and other drinks were available in the waiting area. As Suren was working on my car, Armen would explain to me what he was finding. The whole process took about an hour or so and in the end Armen went out again and drove the car around the block to make sure that the car wasn't pulling to either side anymore. I was very happy with the work that was done (alignment, oil and filter changes). I've gone to some mechanics before who seem a bit sketchy and leave you wondering if you got ripped off but I never felt that way here. Armen and Suren were very knowledgable and helpful. They do all sorts of mechanical repairs as well so I will definitely come back again and check them out if I ever have questions or need work on my car. read more

I searched this place day of and was able to get an appointment last minute! They are very accommodating and informative when it comes to helping people understand what the issue is with the car. They even brought me to my car before they began the repairs to point out and explain everything they would be doing and the reasons behind them. I went in 30 minutes before closing and they offered to stay over time (2-3 hours) to work on/ finish fixing my car even though it was past closing time because I needed my car for work the next morning. With all this craziness happening because of Covid-19, my mechanic was closed and I happen to drive by VARA and noticed they were opened. I needed an oil change and my brakes were making noise. As soon as I pulled in I was greeted by Armen. He was so helpful and amazing. They started on my car immediately and when they had my car in the lift he noticed my previous mechanic didn't do a correct job on my previous brake replacement so Armens Tech fixed it right away and did not even charge me for that. They also checked my tire pressure, rotated my tires and topped off some of my fluids that were low. ( my windshield wiper fluid light has been on for over a year lol but now that's gone also). They did all of this in under 45 min and I was only charged for the oil change. I have officially and forever switched my mechanic to VARA. Everyone should do the same. I just realized how expensive my previous mechanic was and the horrible job he did before. Everyone should switch their mechanic to here. You will be taken care of. One of my good friends referred me to this shop and told me they're great. I dropped my car off to them Friday because I was going on a trip and it was the perfect time.
