What's worse is that they are supposedly a "Mayflower partner." Mayflower really needs to take a hard look at who they partner with. We never received all of our belongings even though it took them two trips just to get our three bedroom household items from Brandon, Florida to Charlotte, North Carolina and every single piece we did receive was damaged, some of it beyond repair. The morons on the first delivery dragged an armoire across our brand new bedroom floor and gouged it before leaving behind a broken armoire. The driver and assistant from the second delivery were even shocked and so apologetic as they brought in our items and announced "this is also damaged," or "this is broken to pieces" and showed us the pieces, or as the driver said, "I don't understand why this broken piece was crated at the warehouse but in the warehouse, they uncrated it and gave it to me to move without any wrapping at all." Again, I simply cannot say enough bad about this company and I would encourage anyone who's thinking about moving from the Tampa area to not choose Mayflower because you're going to end up with BMS, which is more like a bunch of BS and you will be very sad and very sorry. Now we are tasked with not only having to unpack but also having to start what is going to be a long and tedious claim filing process. :-(
