Just moved to The Valley and I got blessed with an awesome breakfast -lunch spot. They apparently must treat the staff well because there's a lot of them. I have been there twice in the few weeks I have lived here and both times I didn't leave disappointed. As a matter of fact I might have created more fans because I was not alone. Small place, but outdoor dining is available. They close at 3. It's a nice atmosphere. Very relaxing and a great menu. I plan on returning. There's a lot a tasty looking food I have yet to try. BTW- good coffee.

Made our first visit to this local breakfast and lunch spot this week. The inside was a pleasant surprise; it's so pretty and cozy and cheerful. There were a lot of outdoor tables too, and the whole place was busy on a Tuesday afternoon. I chose the French Toast with sausage and it was excellent. Service was diner-style - proficient and kind of minimal. The only real drawback was the temperature; the AC was cranking and I was cold even with a sweatshirt on. I'll look forward to visiting again in the fall.

*** This review was a drafted review that mistakenly got saved as a draft and not posted. Contains seasonal items that may not be currently available *** Atmosphere: this little cafe is just as inviting as its sister location in Wadsworth. What's great about this location is that they serve alcohol on Sundays as opposed to the Wadsworth location that doesn't because of city regulations. The people are very nice and it was very clean and well lit. Bustling with laughter from other families and everyone enjoying themselves. Food: I went with my friend and she got the eggs Benedict that she absolutely devoured. The eggs were cooked perfectly and the presentation was beautiful as well. She had a seasonal iced coffee and it tasted exactly like a birthday cake but not over sweet. I got what I always get. The crispy chicken sandwich and I always customize it to make it like a chicken club with lettuce, Swiss, bacon and Mayo. Literally the only place around that makes a chicken sandwich I can not get enough of. I had a couple different mimosas as well and they were both delicious. I truly can't think of a single complaint with the food or service. Everyone is so funny, nice and wonderful there. We return often!

Such a hidden gem in merriman valley. Warm dive vibe for sure. Huge menu with so many options for vegetarians to big meat eaters. Love all the boozy drink options and specialty coffee drinks. If you love spice the spicy biscuits and gravy was amazing. Outdoor seating available but come early fills up fast. Will be back for sure. My new favorite breakfast place of 2024!!!

Clean, friendly, quality breakfast. I had the sausage biscuit and gray bowl. It was served in a cast iron pan and was a good amount of food. My first bite was a cold piece of sausage. That must have eluded the heat because the rest of the dish was nice and hot. I'd com back. Gone are the days of a $10 breakfast with coffee. Breakfast was $14-15 and the coffee was $3.50. $24 with tip...it was good. I don't know if it was "that" good.

The food is delicious and service is great. It's a very friendly environment. One of my favorite breakfast spots in Akron.

This is our favorite breakfast place. Rachel pretty much always serves us and she is great. The best things on the menu are Dan's Barnyard, and THE GLAZED AMISH CINNAMON TOAST! It's truly to die for.

Went for Dad's bday breakfast. It's a small place. Cozy is perfect word. We got their early enough that we did not have to wait for a table even for group of 6. Owner is super nice and personable. Everyone was pleased with their meal. Mom and I both had eggs Benedict. Dad went with new Amish cinnamon waffles and rest had basic two egg meals. Don't think we had much leftover despite the generous portions. In a past visit I had amazing shrimp n grits. So delish!

The guy at the register was very helpful with the menu and suggestions. They were quick to make our food and we enjoyed it there. They make smashburger style meat for their burgers and it was nicely seasoned. The texture was on the dry side though. The buns and toppings were great. There fries were also very nice, crunchy, and spiced well. This is mostly a carry-out joint, but they have a couple of tables inside to eat at. Overall, nice place for lunch.

But whoever is grilling the burgers at the other location is who is keeping me coming back. Other than that, other location is farther from me, it's worth a drive. What I really like about this place is the fresh meat and the disclaimer about the meats and how it's prepare. Well, I didn't like this time around is at the meat lacked seasoning, and the meat did not have that crispy edge or the juiciness in comparison to the other location. Unfortunately, I will not be back to this location unless I'm really thirsty for a good burger. If this is your first time at this location, then yes it's delicious. It's one of the best burgers in Cleveland. If you visit the other location first you're definitely gonna be disappointed when you go to this one.

Now the wings were not crispy as I do usually prefer however they were insanely tender and delicious, almost like a rib. However the pretzel was our favorite, would recommend!!!! The cream cheese and the melted cheese oh my gosh I would dream of this pretzel!!!! Our waitress did proceed to forget to ring in and bring us the pretzel until we were done with our meals which was disappointing but wow did it make for a great ending. Do wish they would have compensated or apologize for the mistake, however it was tooo good to complain in the moment. The ambience also inside this place is very unique and cool! The surrounding area however is not the greatest, we did have to park on the street down a ways and did not feel the safest on our walk back. Overall a great spot and can't wait to return!!

We came in with a few other families and the place was pretty crowded. We all got to sit. The host was kind enough to clear a regular table over a high top table for us. The space was an old fire station. So the inside is unique. There is a bar along the back wall and some larger booths against the walls. We sat in the middle with a good view of the bar. In the summer they seem to have a nice patio with a big garage door. Menu is large with lots of options including brunch on Sundays before 3p. They are known for wings and burgers. There were 3 of us and we all got something different. I got the house buffalo wings and a farmer salad. One got the cheesesteak dip, and one got the smashburger. Both sandwiches were a hit. My Mom loved the cheesesteak. And Kathy loved the burger. My wings were good. I'd definitely get them again. The salad was a mix of spring mix and brined asparagus. It was just ok. They have ciders, beers and even boozy milkshakes. Lots to offer. This place is a definite repeat. Parking is a bit tricky. There is a lot next to the building but not sure that is really the restaurants lot. Parking on the street too. Prices are about average. Our meal was $87 without tip and only 1 of us had an alcoholic beverage. So it can be pricey. I am glad we came here. It was on our list. Good server and good experience all around.

It's worth noting that they share a space with Magic City Brewing and when walking in, it wasn't immediately clear what we were supposed to do. The only bartender on staff wasn't particularly talkative/welcoming in the sense of explaining what was going on or how things worked ...and the Cult Kitchen staff are behind a window past the bar. (I dont necessarily blame CK for the MCB bartender, but they're choosing to share that space and it's part of the experience so it seems like it's relevant.) We sat down at a booth and realized was a small table sign with a QR code for the food and drink menu. Below the codes is a small line of text that explains to go to the Cult Kitchen window for food and go to the bar for drinks. This isn't necessarily a bad setup, just had to adjust our mindset as it's more casual and in line with a food truck experience. ...like going up to the window more ketchup (it's in little lidded containers) for all those fries ...and cleaning up after yourself, as there is no one busing tables. Again, the food was very good but the overall experience was just lacking. It seems like it could be something really special if the hospitality and service was there!

Despite the positioning on their website it's not a traditional sit down place. It's an order window and then they bring food to the table. They share space with the Brewing company so a bottle of soda is what you get from the order window but anything else you go over to order at the bar separately. Two of us went for an early dinner. We opted for pretzel app which were tasty and a very big portion resulting in us not finishing them. I would say that app could easily serve 4. Slider special was tasty but considering the heavy portion of fries not everything on my plate was finished and neither was my coworkers meal. Eyes were bigger than our stomach. Place has about 10 (?) tables/booths and then folks sitting around the bar at the brewery side. I imagine on a popular day of the week (we went mid week before the dinner time rush) it could get crowded and loud. Feel of the place is grunge/biker though clean and well kept and without feeling 'theme restaurant'. I would say it has its only unique personality. Had we been more prepared from the restaurant's website for what the place was we might have more enjoyed things. It's just feels more 'out drinking and getting the nibbles' than a destination meal.

The menu is very limited and there are so many upcharges. I do appreciate the happy hour pricing on weekends too though. Presentation is nice though. I ordered the confit wings $20 and they were really dry and so very un-confit like. I wanted to try 2 different sauces so the server said I can only do that if I get them on the side. But I know other places have much crunchier, juicier wings even plain. The sauces were just okay. No side of ranch and wish there were some carrots thrown in. Bonus points for having some fun board and card games stocked that you can borrow from the front! That was neat! BF is friends with a worker here and he was great! First day having an appetite after a bug I decided to meet a buddy for a couple drinks and my dinner. Everything was fine until a couple bites into my Butcher Burger, wtf is this? Fantastically disgusting texture that takes a second to say "wtf was that" as you're conversing with your buddy. The server/bartender did her best, but the manager... well I just said out loud, "I've got Crohn's disease, I don't know what'll happen with that!" "Oh you'll be okay." Are you a doctor? A gastroenterologist? Any kind of digestive expert? No. After getting free two or three bites of a burger a losing any appetite I finally got back, I got a free Coors banquet! My buddy and I met there to have a couple drinks so I did pay for two mixed drinks and his beer, fighting the nausea that was ensuing, since I just ate cheese paper. Then the best Christmas gift of all, finally succumbing to the nausea and throwing up whatever would come up. Utterly fantastic Christmas Eve Eve.
