I wish I had better to say about the quality of care here…read more The good... Almost everyone here, desk clerks, support staff, medical assistants are excellent. Lab is super efficient and friendly. So, what is the problem? For the third time in 3 years I have to see a different primary care person. Over the years they have been all over the place. Exceptional, great, terrible, mediocre, and now, this year, useless. Not a Doctor, not a PA, a Nursing practitioner. This person seemed completely uncaring, and yet socially woke! No sense of humor, no human connection. Just filling an empty chair! I feel like I wasted my time getting my annual checkup from a drone. Dont Veterans deserve a Doctor as their primary health person?

I was in a helicopter crash in 2012 that left me with a hernia I have had ever since. After countless visits complaining of abdominal pain and back/hip pain (I didn't know what a hernia was), no one looked at me or caught it. When I finally got surgery, the mesh failed within 4 weeks. Despite even more ER visits and more appointments, I was told I am basically fine. The surgery did not take because my hip and back are causing the hernia (which I was told by PC here was impossible). Second time I have surgery (3mo ago), the same thing happens. When I try to get help with that, they kicked me off the team! I have been through 5 primary cares and anytime you push them to help, they kick you off the team and send you to the next "Primary Care Provider" who is basically a glorified nurse placed into a Dr's role so that they have no authority. Meanwhile, I am left to suffer with no support.

The front desk employee checking people in around 12:45 p.m. on July 21, 2026 (long dark wavy hair, no name tag) was very unprofessional. She came across as passive-aggressive, rude, and on a power trip. She honestly reminded me of the stereotype people have about TSA employees. This is a medical facility where people are dealing with very serious health problems. A little kindness and compassion go a long way. There is a professional way to enforce policies without making patients feel like they're an inconvenience or talking down to them. I've always had good experiences here, which is why this interaction was so disappointing. I hope management addresses it because the front desk is the first impression patients have, and they deserve to be treated with respect. I now prefer the Mesa location over Gilbert, even though I live here. I did have a good experience with Tiffany, the US technician. She was kind, professional & efficient. Thank you for making an awful experience a little bit better, Tiffany.

I arrived with the orders from Dr. Willmott. I was greeted & taken care of by one of the office staff right away. Very friendly office staff here. Erin & Brittany were the techs who took care of me & did my mammogram work. They are super nice, very caring & compassionate, & quite helpful. Because of my referral, I was seen as a priority patient. I recommend this office for any woman who is in need for a mammogram.

When I notified Elizabeth at the desk, who initially told me it would be a 10 to 15 minute wait, she then told me it would be an additional 45 minutes until they can rerun my insurance. Frustrated, I just paid the $45. Low and behold, 5 minutes later I was getting my X-rays which took a total of 5 minutes. *I personally would not recommend using this company. ** Now I have to wait 10 days before the services are posted in the system and I can request a refund. *** I do have make known that the radiologist that helped me was amazing and friendly. I checked with both my doctor and Premier, beforehand, to be sure that they accepted my insurance, BCBS of AZ. However, I just got a letter from BCBS of AZ that they are only paying $63 of the $1463 that the anesthesiologist charged. I haven't gotten the bill from the anesthesiologist yet. Even if it is lower than what they charged the insurance company, a screening colonoscopy is protected by the ACA. It is supposed to be completely covered as preventative medicine. Section 2713 of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act eliminates consumer cost sharing for screening colonoscopies. This is because out of pocket costs are a deterrent for such an important screening test. (And in my opinion especially when combine with the yuck factor of this particular procedure.) There are so many things wrong with this: #1) $1430?! # 2) why the hell did neither my dr nor the facility warn me? #3) why is the facility allowing this to go on, BCBS is a very big carrier #4) why would my doctor use a place so unethical Premier, my doctor, and the anesthesiologist are all to blame here. Totally unethical. Makes you wonder what else goes on. I Googled this and found out it is a common thing happening to unsuspecting patients.
