I've never seen a place that goes above and beyond to serve their customers. I happened to get my car in for an oil change on a holiday (around Xmas). Although I had to wait a while, it wasn't as long as I thought it would be. Part of the wait happened due to people turning up to get their propane tanks filled. The two guys working there worked non-stop. Once they got my car up for the oil change, it didn't take too long. One of the guys, I forget his name, couldn't figure out how to reset the oil change light on my dashboard and went as far as Go ogling and even watching a YouTube video on how to reset it. I think that's pretty darn good customer service. Prices are fair and everyone is friendly. Don't pass up this place next time you need an oil change. read more

Quick and easy. I pulled up and was the only customer. Ben the technician there asked some questions, if i've been there before. First time for me. He grabbed by car keys and put my jeep on the hydraulic jack. I waited about 10 to 15 minutes before my car was ready. They filled my tires with air as well. The whole process was easy. You ca. Anyways, for the first 3 Saturdays, every time I called, they were closed. Later found out they're only open sat morning. Left a message to make an appt and never received a call back. Saw the reviews and decided to bring one of my vehicles here for an oil change. Pulled up on the side and someone came out immediately to ask if I was there for service. He took my keys and directed me inside the waiting room. The waiting room was NICE! There's a big screen television, air conditioning, beverages (just water and coffee if I remember correctly), but the most memorable thing about the waiting room was it smelled nice. I noticed last month that the place was painted and it had a name change. My first thought was oh no they sold the business and it won't be the same. When I pulled up I saw the same 2 guys that have done my changes since I started going to the place. That made me feel real good about what was about to happen. As usual they were super quick and when I was paying I asked about the name change. The young guy told me that him and his brother bought the place from I believe his uncle. Came in for an oil change, it was super quick and easy. It is first come first served, which is fine. I came on a Wednesday afternoon and waited about 15/20 mins and then was on my way. I like that they don't pressure into any extra items. They check everything, do the service and you're on your way. Very reasonable prices as well. After driving by this shop for over 15 years, I decided to take my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for an oil change, and 4x4 differential fluids change. I arrived bright and early when the shop opened and was out in less than an hour. This month, I decided to bring my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for the same service. I arrived in the afternoon and as you can imagine, they were busy. I decided to wait which wasn't a problem. When my car was done, the mechanic mentioned he saw a small leak possibly coming from the water pump. He said I probably didn't notice it because when it leaked, it dripped onto the skid plate. With that information, I took my car to my mechanic and he confirmed that my water pump has a slow leak. I got it replaced. I appreciate the customer service these mechanics provide and would highly recommend them. read more
