Garen was very upfront, professional, and confident. He explained that he would be using laser welding, which helped minimize heat exposure to the opal, and that gave me a lot more confidence leaving the ring with him. The finished work came out beautiful. The sizing looks clean, the ring fits perfectly, and the price was very reasonable for the care involved. It was definitely worth the longer drive. They were somewhat rude about it but mostly this review is here in case you are considering watch repair or battery replacement definitely go elsewhere since according to the staff that's not what they do.
