I was helped by a young lady Mai. I was so impressed by her Customer Service that I had to let everyone know what a wonderful employee she is. She was attentive, friendly, and your Customer Service skills exceptional I came in looking for a piece Dodger bracelet, which they didn't have at the time. she took my name & ph # and said she would call me when they came in. . I've heard that before I never received a phone call. I was pleasantly surprised a week later when Mai called. bracelet had come in, made arrangements for me to pick up my item. Daniel jewelers is very fortunate to have such a wonderful employee. Went with my brother, he signed up for the credit card, bought earrings and then when we asked about the $50 gift card that says given upon signup, the woman said "I don't think we have those". What's the incentive for signing up for the credit card then ? We could have just paid cash for the earrings and didn't have to sign up for the card. The lady was nice but seemed like she was trying really hard to just sell us anything and didn't even have the earrings we actually wanted in stock. I feel like we got ripped off.. why even have the sign up if you don't actually give out the gift card. read more

Came here on 1/20 Saturday to get my daughters ears pierced on her bday. She was very nervous, and had 5 other teens with her. We weren't sure where to get our ears pierced, but while we were walking the mall we decided to walk into Daniel Jewelers. When got there, Ray greeted us and had a jolly personality.. She said we had to come back 1:00, but when she saw our long faces, she said come back at 12pm. When my daughter finally sat down to get down to business, she was very nervous and Ray was VERY patient and accommodating.. she didn't rush her, she answered all her silly questions and put up with 6 other watchers! The staff were so friendly! I enjoyed every minute in the store, my hubby to be and son may have not enjoyed as much as I did lol... We had no plans on stopping in to Daniel's. This was unexpected for me so it made it an even greater surprise and experience! I was just in bling heaven! The staff greeted us all and were so friendly from the beginning. Honestly we were passing by and one of them mentioned to my fiancé that they were giving away free earrings, and he pointed their attention towards me. When I was approached about free earrings, I was intrigued and they had me right then and there. So small talk happens, and the sales gal (I think her name was Angelica) asks the both of us "so is there anything you guys are looking for?" And my boo mentioned "wedding ring"! So from that point on and I was all in. They showed me all the beautiful rings, my boo applied for their credit, and within about an hour or so, we purchased both my ring and his. I had to leave my precious behind to be resized, but only took a week till I got to take it home with me. And don't forget, I got my free earrings too and necklace. Great customer service. They are patient, friendly, and not pushy. They always try to understand what I need and offer good suggestions if I need help. I feel very relaxed and comfortable when I am talking to the staff. They sincerely want to help a customer, not just want to close the deal. I felt pleased during the purchase. Regarding the quality, I gave them all the requirements about the diamond so they could get it for me. For example, color level, clarity level, cutting grade, and the certificate name. Had this for about 32 days and 4 uses and post came apart. They wouldn't fix it for free. Wow wast of money.

The employees were very attentive and friendly. In fact, all the employees took their time to greet us. That deserves 5 stars. Their sales technique deserves 1 star. My friend and I asked how much she was approved for with their zero percent financing. We then asked how much interest would be charged for the remaining balance. They stated 2.49 percent. We informed them that she wanted to use her credit card for the $200 down payment. They asked her for her debit card, and we assumed it was just for verification purposes. The $200 was withdrawn from her debit card. They also stated that the registry was only a $20 difference per month. Reality set in when my friend got home, and we looked at her paperwork. We then realized that the remaining balance had a 2.49 percent interest per month which would be equivalent to be 29.88 per year. The registry was actually more than an additional $20 per month. It was actually an additional $40 per month. We went back to pick up her ring that had been sized, and at that time she cancelled their registry. She also returned the first generation refurbished iPad that she received for purchasing their registry. When my friend received the credit card from Daniel's, it confirmed that the interest was over 29 percent per annum. We went back to Daniel's again to pay off their credit card that had 2.49 percent interest per month. My friend loves her ring, but I did not appreciate their dishonesty. I could only imagine what would have happened, if I did not make my friend aware of the cost of the registry and the high interest credit card. read more

EXTREME CUSTOMER SERVICE FLUNK! 1st off, my other fellow yelpers are right when they say this place is put at the exact spot where foot traffic may be fairly heavy. you cannot miss this place! so after my boyfriend and I look at a few pieces through the glass we decided to go in cause the prices have dropped down dramatically.. something like $4650 to $2k is a good sale. but the rings were ugly. the only reason why they were cheap and i would not even allow my b/f to pay 4 or even 1k for a shitty piece of jewelry that has mini diamonds in the center! of course its gonna be cheap, it ain't that fat single rock! and these sales associates don't think we know much about diamonds cause they way she looked and talked to us was downright degrading. -She was some 40+ Filipino broad No hello, no welcome, she went straight to the point with.."what are you looking for?" My boyfriend was looking for a temporary diamond devotion ring. we were both looking at the diamond engagement dual bands. -She kept saying "well these are not promise rings, these are engagement rings, you need to look in the front" at first we didn't care to answer her/or EVEN LOOK at that damn lady with a heavy ass mustache!!!! she was gettin on my nerves. SO, since she didnt get thru to us the 1st time around, she repeated herself again. SO I looked at her and said "I KNOW!" & continued on browsing the wedding diamonds. SO She walked away. -We asked how long it would take to get a ring sized. she said a week. so while we were contemplating and we decided to go to a ma+pops place back home, she had the NERVE TO tell us .. "You need to buy it now cause the sale will end and you need to get the ring sized and it will take a while if you need it before a week" we looked at each other and said out loud "let;s go to the other place, I like their selection better!' -Why would any sales A, tell a customer to get something, and to get it NOW?! A HUGE NO-SIRREE!!!! oh and, shave that damn stache!!!!! Oh!!!! and wtf, how ghetto is free perfume with purchase?!!! esp; SJP perfume and a knock-off of armani GIO?
