Amazing experience! Came in Valliani Jewerlers here at Westfield Valley Fair in Santa Clara to get a quote for a ring resizing that I was going to purchase at another jewelry store since other store did not offer resizing under 4.5. The store manager Lynette was so kind to welcome me in and listen to my concern and told me that she could have her Jewerler adjust under 4.5. She then asked if I was interested in their ring promos. She took her time to show me a few rings that I was able to find one that was better value than the ring I was going to get at other store. The price was lower after the discount promo she gave me :) Awesome place and great staff led by manager Lynette. Thank you so much for finding me a ring to give as promise ring to my girlfriend. Do NOT buy jewelry here. Everyone is super nice but the quality is trash. I had my ring for less than 30 days and multiple diamonds fell out. Luckily, I was still under warranty and had the diamonds replaced. Within a week of my fixed ring, 2 more diamonds fell out!!!! I didn't buy this ring to have it be getting fixed every other week. I purchased a diamond ring for over $5,500, and just one year and two months later, the center diamond fell out -- with no accident, no impact, and no warning. I only noticed it hours later when I looked at my hand. As you can see in the photo, the diamond simply fell out. I've had rings for over 10 years that I wear daily, and nothing like this ever happened. When I went back to the store, they didn't offer any real solution or responsibility. Instead, they told me they could give me a "full credit" -- but only if I buy another ring and spend at least $3,000 more. This is extremely disappointing and feels like a trap. After already spending thousands, I'm being asked to spend thousands more? They also blamed me for not coming in every 3 months for maintenance, claiming it's my fault for not checking and tightening the diamond settings. Yet even if I had, they said they don't offer any warranty on diamonds. That says it all. Their prices are extremely high, the quality is poor, and their customer service is unacceptable. I will absolutely never return to this store and I strongly recommend others stay away. If I could give zero stars, I would -- even one star is too generous for this experience. read more

She lowered the price and I offered an even lower price with one time pay via credit card instead of an installment. Just when she ran my card, she informed us that the diamond is lab grown and handing me over a policy statement saying no return. I was pissed. She did not mention lab grown and did not mention no return policy. She also photocopied my ID with my credit card with no permission. What drew my mother in while walking was a was seeing this gold sculpted Buddha necklace she saw on the display. Right when we walked in we were welcomed by Lynette and Z, not only did they provide bilingual service to my grandmother they they filled our time shopping in the store with exciting conversations and laughs while finalizing our decisions. I bought an enhancer as my wedding band, which they split into two rings. They only sized one half and told me to come back to get the other half resized. I came here on three separate days to get my other half resized - I live an hour away btw. On two occasions, they told me the jeweler was unavailable even though I called to confirm hours beforehand, and they gave me different days and hours each time. On the first occasion they even tried to charge me for the ring resizing even though they said it was free for life when I purchased it. Finally, on the third occasion, after calling to confirm the jeweler was available and Ahn was in (the other two days I dealt with a very rude woman with glasses and a short haircut), Ahn was finally able to help me get the other half resized!
