    My husband and I came back to Kevin Jewelers because i just got my eat pierced again, reason enough to get another diamond earings. Again, Joe and Natalia has been so nice and accomodating, one of the reasons besides good prices why we came back to Kevin Jewelers. Customer service we receive from Joe and Natalia is extra ordinary. My husband and I decided to get a very nice Diamond earings with good deal. I am so happy i got another pair of diamond earings. I am pretty sure we are coming back really soon because Joe and Natalia gave us $50 gift card for the next visit. LOL. Thank you both!

He showed me great compassion and was very patient with my indecisiveness. I showed him a ring for inspiration and we were able to help me create a beautifully custom ring below. This wouldn't have been able to be done with him. His follow up during the process was amazing. They have CAD designs of the ring before they have their jewelers start designing the ring, so you have full control of how the ring looks. I made a couple of changes during this process and they were patient with me and showed me the changes on new CAD designs. After 6 weeks (they will be able to make the ring earlier but I wasn't in a rush), Isaq let me know the ring was ready for pick up. They showed me the certificate and was able to get me this beautiful box with a light in it (nice touch). I can't wait for my girlfriend to see this ring. Initially I wanted a MVMNT watch, but there were other brands that caught my eye. I was surprised that they held Olivia Burton, so I went with that! Even better, it was on sale under my budget ($45 of $100 budget)! He was also very transparent with me when he knew the watch I wanted was the last one on display, therefore it's normal to have very minor wear. I didn't have an issue with that because no one is going to see that. He let me inspect the watch before purchasing it, so I never felt rushed for the entire process. After I made a purchase, he helped me did a fitting, and unfortunately, my first-choice watch didn't fit my tiny wrist. He has SO MUCH PATIENCE in taking off and putting the links back on to make it fit... I feel bad making him go back and forth but he ensures that he's totally okay with me. The store became busy and staffs are always asking him questions, but he seems to keep his cool, so I'm impressed! I ended up exchanging to my second-choice watch for the same price which has a chain band so I could adjust it at any length. I walked out of the store happy with lots of compliments! I would definitely come back again if I ever needed another luxury watch!

Sign of incompetence . She then figured that out but I lost trust there. Then the previous person had said the watch is 132 + tax but the total she said was 186 , I said that doesn't make sense so can you help me understand , I don't see that number anywhere. She couldn't get explain it and got frustrated. Then she had the courage to say to me that you are giving me a hard time so come back when my manager comes . She also said other things to me which were not cool. I would not spend even 1 dollar here and would not recommend this store to anyone. I have never had such a poor in person customer experience ever.

Six months in and my mom gets the statement with the real interest and fees, stating it was only a 6 month promotion period of deferred interest. Maureen took advantage of the fact that my mom was Filipino. You would think someone of your kind would do right by you, but not Maureen. She falsified the credit application and my mom signed without knowing what she was getting into. Just please avoid this place at all costs.

The woman who helped us was nice, but unfortunately, that's the only positive part of this experience. I was really excited about this chain because it was the perfect style for my pendant. But the quality and craftsmanship are just awful. The first time I wore it, I immediately noticed a broken link digging into my skin. After just one day, we had to bring it back for a repair, which took nearly two weeks instead of the one week they originally promised. When we finally got it back, the clasp looked dirty and worse than before, but we accepted it because we just wanted to be done with the whole situation. I wore it again today, and now the tiny links are falling off one by one. It's barely hanging on, and I can't even wear it anymore because I'm afraid it will break completely and I'll lose my pendant. I'm so sad and frustrated. I was really looking forward to wearing this necklace, but now we either have to spend even more money to get it fixed at another shop or give up on it entirely. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

    I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding an extremely unpleasant and unprofessional…read moreexperience that occurred at your store located at 447 Great Mall Drive, Space 209, Milpitas, CA 95035. On 12.07.2025. I visited the store with my two young children. We had purchased food (Pretzel Dog) from Auntie Anne's and walked into the store while getting ready to look at the crystal products. Suddenly, the female employee at the front counter--a middle-aged white woman--yelled loudly across the room, saying "Do not touch!" even though we had not touched anything at all. She then continued yelling "No food allowed," again in a very rude tone. There was absolutely no need for her to raise her voice, especially with children present. A simple, polite explanation would have been enough and she could have walked up to me and told me quietly instead of yelling across the store I immediately took my children outside and handed the food to my husband, then returned to the store to speak with the manager, a Filipino male employee with large eyes. I explained to him that the employee's behavior was totally unacceptable and asked for her to apologize--because she could have simply walked over and spoken to us politely instead of yelling across the room. However, the manager repeatedly said that he "could not force someone to apologize" and that "there is nothing he can do," and only offered to apologize on her behalf. His attitude was also very poor and dismissive, giving me the impression that customer concerns are not taken seriously here. This kind of customer service is completely unacceptable. As paying customers in a large shopping center like Great Mall, we deserve basic respect. The employee should be educated on how to speak to customers appropriately, and I strongly believe she owes us a direct apology. In addition, the manager's unprofessional handling of the situation should be addressed. After leaving the store, two other customers approached me and shared that they had also experienced the same rude behavior from both the same employee and the manager in the past. They stated that they plan to leave negative Google reviews due to the repeated poor treatment. This clearly indicates that this is not an isolated incident, and if nothing is done, it will continue damaging your business reputation. DO NOT SHOP IN HERE!!!!

Great to see the 1st NorCal Milksha tea place open up. The Dave and Busters was very busy, now there's an indoor trampoline place where kids are having fun, and theres a Legoland Discovery place for little ones. It does warm my heart to see malls stage a comeback. So glad they dont charge for parking here, thats why we dont go to Valley Fair much anymore.

I like how this mall has so much variety in activities and stores - they also have Coldstone ice cream, old navy, Uniqlo, cinemark theaters, Asian stores, card stores (ygo, Pokémon, etc), Sephora for makeup, a good Indian food spot, Chipotle, jollibee, onigiri, escape room, and even a nonprofit cat store where you could pay a few hundred to adopt a cat!! Coming here at opening time is the best time in terms of easier traffic and parking navigation. Was even able to get parking under the covered parking structure so we got shade. When we came here at opening time and left by about 230pm, that offered great traffic and parking flow. Much less headache than other times.
