Came here with 2 of my cousins on a Saturday afternoon to get our permanent bracelets! It is appointment only, so be sure to make one online or by calling. The location has plenty of parking out front, it is in an office complex. There is a flamingo outside of the door so you know you are at the right place. The owner was super nice and helpful while we were picking out our chains. There are 3 levels of chains, and a selection of charms and connectors to choose from, so the price of your bracelet will depend on what you choose. With the options we chose, each of our bracelets was approximately $100. We took quite some time to decide, but she was incredibly patient and fun to chat with during the decision process. Once we had chosen, we each took turns getting the bracelets fitted. The process was fairly quick and a really cool experience. We love our bracelets! I highly recommend this business for anyone who is trying to get some permanent jewelry with your friends!

She let me know I could gather 5 of my friends and have a jewelry party but it's so hard to gather everyone at the same time even for coffee. Today, I was in the San Jose area, and there are so many random places in the bay so I decided to look up permanent jewelry. That's where Flamingo Permanent Jewelry popped up. There was only a phone number so I called it. I started speaking to Jacky. I asked her about the cost, the process, and if her items are nickel free. The cost is reasonable, the process is quick (no more than 30 minutes), and it's nickel free. Jacky told me usually I have to set up an appointment but since she was open today she would take me in last minute. I am so thankful she did. The location wasn't hard to find because she sent me a picture of the building. Upon entering the building, it was quiet and very clean. The room she does her jewelry in is small but the perfect size for at least 2-3 people if you are doing it with others. Jacky has a lot of choices with charms which I did opt out because the chain I chose had hearts. I'm simple and I like dainty prints which this was perfect. What I appreciated the most about Jacky was that she was experienced, quick, and helped me decide on the length. Her expertise was really needed because I am very indecisive. I wasn't sure how an anklet should feel but she reassured me if I broke it or had issues I could reach out to her. Jackie was amazing! It was my Daughter and I's first time getting permanent jewelry. Her place was so cute and clean. We initially booked online on instagram and had issues with that, we reached her personally and she was so kind and booked us over the phone, super easy and quick with no issues to get an appointment. My sisters, daughter an I had a nice little visit! The studio was cozy and oh so cute with all the pink details. The jewelry was laid out and organized by tiers. Very very clean and tidy. The chill latin music playing sent calm and serene waves through the air. I booked online in advance. I had a few questions and reached out via IG. Jackeline was extremely helpful in answering my questions. Furthermore she sent me her price list and photos of jewelry she offers. The customer service right off top is what made me choose Flamingo over some other prospects. In person Jackeline was a sweetheart! She was nice and professional. When we arrived she pointed everything out, and left us to choose what we wanted. She kinda just sat back and I appreciated that because it didn't feel like she was pressuring us or rushing us. My go-to permanent jewelry girly. She's super sweet. I texted her regarding her selection for solid gold and she responded very quickly. She always tells me to check back in for when she gets new stock. Decent price for gold compared to the other permanent jewelry places that charge an arm and a leg for just 14k. My one wish is that she charges by the inch since I have tiny wrists. I have not gotten any gold plated jewelry but she has a good selection of styles in that and silver as well. read more

I found Flamingo through a quick Yelp search of permanent jewelry stores in the south bay and I booked an appointment for myself & my partner for mid-July. Getting there was super easy, we came on a summer weekend so there was lots of parking around the area. Once we got in, Jackeline was extremely helpful in showing all of the options - then took a step back to give us the space to browse, whilst being present for any questions we had! We really appreciated this. Once we selected our bracelet "chain" and the charms, the process was super quick! I opted for a looser fit and my partner wanted it a bit tighter around the wrist. Overall, the process was quick, easy, and simple! Almost 2 months later and this chain has held up against the daily wear and tear, sweaty workouts, TSA security check, and even back to back nights of Taylor Swift's Eras Tour! It is clear that Jackeline has chosen amazing quality of materials for her customers. I've never been a bracelet person because they always catch onto my arm hair, and this bracelet never has! I have a background in making jewelry, but I have transitioned to using better quality materials that I weld together to form pieces that are more durable and long lasting. What I enjoy most about permanent jewelry is being able to create customized pieces for groups of friends who want to commemorate a special moment or occasion together. I reached out to them via dm to place an appointment, but you can also do it yourself on their website. I asked whether we would need to commit to anything during the appointment and they said no. This made me feel a bit at ease, as we were just planning to go in to explore our options and become educated in picking out engagement rings. They responded very quickly to my dm and helped me make an appointment, answered any questions I had, and added me to a text chat where I could send in some ring inspos and what styles I was looking for. We came a bit early, but they were able to accommodate us. We were guided to a table reserved especially for us and were offered champagne or sparkling juices/water and some cookies as snacks. Our jeweler, Lyn, was very easy to talk to and she made us feel very comfortable during the entire appointment. We told her that we didn't have much knowledge about picking out a ring and what to look for, but she was able to help us through the entire process and guide us through all of those steps. We had a ring design in mind already and we showed her the photo and she was able to show me the similar setting, diamond shape, and carat size, against my finger. We tried on different band widths to see which one I liked better, went over the 4 C's (color, clarity, cut, and carat weight), and explained to us what they meant. She showed us different diamonds in different carat sizes and the differences in clarity grade between them. My bf and I really learned a lot during our consultation and are very glad we booked an in person consultation with Hung Phat. I'd like to thank Lyn and Val for providing us with excellent customer care and helping us in our ring journey.

Prior to coming here, I tried to do some research at home on different types of settings to no luck. Billy immediately pulls up many samples and gave me an explanation of what each settings would look like. After about 10 mins, we settled on a details and I opted to skip out on the chain until the pendant was completed. When it came time to pickup, TQ helped me decide on some chains that would compliment the pendant and I absolutely fell in love with it. We opted for the cuban link vs the rope chain. The piece is absolutely beautiful and my family was in awe of its beauty. I wanted to thank both Billy and TQ for making this a memorable and seamless experience. The pricing on the ring was fair which was why we considered it, but red flags started showing up when they didn't provide any warranty on the ring. Not only did they not properly size my finger, but the jeweler did a terrible job at setting my stone. There were small gaps between the prong and the diamond. We came back after purchasing the ring to this the prongs fixed and they wanted to charge us for the service! He left indent marks from a nail clipper on my prongs. They were not straight and were slanted. The whole ring off putting and I was overall not happy with it. Skip forward two weeks. We had to come back again because the center became loose without dropping or blunt force to it. I had asked multiple people to verify including staff from the jewelry store across from them, all which confirmed that the center stone was loose. However, when we came to complain, the staff were gaslighting me. They were not understanding but had the audacity to say that I was imagining it and that they were the professional so I didn't know what I was talking about. Needless to say, we asked them to take the ring back and will never be shopping here ever again. Please save yourself the headache and buy your jewelry somewhere else!!
