Her name is Keri and she was so courteous and friendly. I booked an appointment the same day for my Great Dane "Scarlet" to be groomed. Keri did an amazing job! My dog, who is usually nervous and scared of Groomers, took to Keri immediately and I could tell she was comfortable. The grooming was just right: my dog came out smelling so Nice, trimmed nails clean dears, soft conditioned fur coat. Keri Even gave Scarlet a cute pink bandanna to wear around her neck. There is no greeting, nothing. I understand they are busy, but a simple, "Hello someone will be with you shortly." Is simple. Every time I walked into this establishment, I would say hello after going unnoticed. The owner or manager (the one that does the coloring) has looked up at me on several occasions and continued working. There was no hold on, someone will be with you, no smile, nothing. It just doesn't make you feel welcomed there. I give stellar customer service because I appreciate every customer that walks in my establishment. When someone finally comes to the counter, you're rushed. They charge if you're 15 minutes late, but they don't even work on your pet until hours after your appt. I will be finding another groomer that actually welcomes their customers and show their love for your pets.

That all changed when they completely ruined my dog's grooming--years of growing out his coat destroyed in one visit. They literally shaved him down and blamed me that it was what I asked for.. after him getting the same trim with them for the last 2 years. They knew they were wrong for messing him up and couldn't even apologize. His fur is super choppy, his legs have been shaved down, his privates are all exposed and bald. Such a botched job. I approached them respectfully and simply asked for a partial refund, thinking any professional business would own up to a mistake. Instead, the owner started YELLING in my face and they kicked me out of the establishment. No accountability, no apology, just defensiveness and blatant disrespect. Please, do not bring your pets here. The service is unreliable, the staff is beyond rude, and the owner is super unprofessional. This place doesn't deserve your trust or your money.
