I rented a storage unit in Kissimmee at a reasonable price and my rental experience was going ok…read moreuntil I looked at my bank account automatic withdrawal and saw that Extra Space raised my rent 100.00 with no notification or confirmation that it was ok to do so and this is after a short time of renting there which I think is a very unfair procedure or business tactic which made me want to give a lower number rating but the facility is clean and secure so I thought to be fair unfortunately all good/ decent things come to a end and I now have to look for another storage unit at different place other than Extra Space being that the rent is now too high after only a couple of months
