DEATH TRAP!! I am writing about the product only. The people who did the installation were excellent. I have 3040 GS casement windows in new construction. They are 20 feet above the ground. Naturally, I would prefer to have windows that you can clean from the inside. Finding nothing about cleaning on their website, I asked my contractor who showed me how to unhook the bottom mechanism for cleaning but did not show the top. Not good enough. Later, I inspected the top and found the same pop-out capability that would allow you to move the sash sideways enough to reach out and clean the outside of the window pane. My wife was with me as she wished to see whether she could clean this casement window. I popped the top and bottom mechanisms. So far, so good. To show how much space was available to reach through, I began to move the sash away from the frame. THE SASH POPPED OUT OF THE FRAME!! I am now holding onto the heavy sash while leaning out of a window 20 feet above the ground. There's no way that I could get it back in. I tried and tried. Tiring, I urged my wife to summon help. Fortunately, the workers building the house were on break a short distance away. One came running. He quickly determined that more help was necessary and called for a second worker. Between them, they eventually put the window right. What if it had been the weekend? What if I had lost my balance and fallen 20 feet along with the window? What if my wife had attempted this cleaning after we moved in when I wasn't there? What if someone was under the window when it fell out in the future? What if my 82-year-old wife had tried to hold onto the window, lost her balance, and had fallen along with the window? SHE WOULD BE DEAD!! My contractor ensured me that these windows could be washed from inside. DO NOT ATTEMPT THIS AT HOME! Do not buy these windows unless you can reach them from outside for cleaning. Given this FATAL FAILING, how can I be certain that these windows do not have other engineering defects? The awning windows open readily for cleaning but require a brace to hold them open while you clean them. If you put a block of wood above the top edge to hold it open, you could knock it out and have your arm crushed as the window closes of its own weight. Beware! The sliding windows allow you to lift the sliding pane out and reach around the fixed pane to clean them if your arm is long enough. Check before buying. read more

Value Windows are so busy because of the pandemic, they will only call you back if you have a large order where they make lots of profit off you. They have ignored all my phone calls and emails because I only have three windows I need replaced. They did my neighbor's so that's the only reason I tried to reach them. They ignore the little guy because they're too busy. When things settle down, they'll start harassing potential customers again, bombarding them with emails and phone calls. I hope they go out of business when things settle down and they need customers. And they aren't listed with the Better Business Bureau for a reason! Stay away! read more

Sequel #2- By now, I am just purely exhausted from complaining. I only know I am having a nightmare and nightmare is still going on after 5 weeks. I wanted to say this company finally took care of problem. BUT NO, they didn't. They screwed up me again. The last review I gave was on 10/10. On 10/11, I received a phone call from higher ranking people in Value who saw my Yelp review and want to solve problem. With his help,I was able to get 3rd appointment for 10/18 at 3pm. The day before , I confirmed with value for appt. and what kind of job they would do as well. On 10/18, after waiting for 1 1/2 hour, I called Value to find out the status. A woman told me workers should arrive within 30 min around 5pm. Finally,1st technician arrived 5:45pm.(noticed that Value people are really bad on telling customers about timing.) He told me he is waiting for the 2nd crew who have my door. But they won't come here until finished other job in Temple City. Later, 2nd crew checked in that they just finished other job around 6:20pm and they were on their way to my place. Luckily, first technician had time, so he looked my order paper again. There, he realized that Value might made wrong order for me. Before 2nd crews arrived, he called Value office asked for the picture of my door. He confirmed that Value indeed made wrong order. They couldn't do any work. It was 7pm. After waiting for 4 hours, all I had is mountains of frustrations. No need to say, this company not only right hand doesn't talk to left hand. Even fingers doesn't talk to other finger. Right now, I simply don't believe Value ever care a little about their customers. I have spent more than enough on my time , patience, emotions and energy in the past 5 weeks. ALL I WANT IS A FUNCTIONAL SLIDING DOOR. read more

Do NOT use this company. The windows we got were top down sliders and the mechanism detached within 1 year. They have a "lifetime warranty", so I tried to contact their support. I give them my invoice number and try to describe the problem, the type of window, and the size. However, NO email back, even after a few months still. So I decide to call their customer service line posted on their website (888) 611-8545. This is definitely the right number because I get an automated response, then get transferred to a representative. The representative says something unintelligible/muffled, then IMMEDIATELY hangs up on me. I call again, and they hang up again. I call a THIRD time and they left me hanging (for over an hour. I thought I might as well try). Something very bad is going on at this company. I would not recommend you board this sinking ship. Poor quality products, poor customer service, and poor customer support. read more

Value makes beautiful products. They did a great job on my 2 multi-family properties. I worked directly with Chad B on buying my windows & getting them installed with their subcontractors; AAA Installers. I was able to save $50,000 by going directly through them instead of using local contractor competitors. I was receiving bids twice as much due to the contractors upselling me on the window parts. I was also able to put everything on a credit card rather than issuing checks. I signed the contracts by e-doc. The entire process was so convenient! I purchased approx 100 various sized windows & 13 sliding glass doors, all were which were in their Galaxy Series. They did a great job, showed up and finished the jobs early. They were careful with the interior and exterior of the walls, sealed all the edges with caulk and left no gaps behind. I was provided excellent customer service & everything was held accountable. I'd recommend & refer them to my friends who have properties. I'd consider using this manufacture directly in all my future projects. As an owner I believe it takes a combination of doing your own homework & insuring every detail all along the way... regardless, whoever you choose to hire. Take into consideration: project timeline, following up with contracts & estimates to installation details. Plan accordingly, do your math, always be sure to communicate clearly on your end. This company is outstanding. I've worked with a lot of contractors, had lots of quotes and often do a lot of my own work. They're one of best when it comes to the product, cost, Schedule and following through with promises Product: the windows and door made a dramatic difference in the temperature in the house. They slide smoother than the more expensive ones I have in my house. They seriously glide very well Cost: they cost less installed than the offerings at Home Depot. The cost was 1/3 of another quote Schedule: they installed in less time than it would have taken to order the parts alone from Home Depot. They were installed in weeks, not months Working with them was straight forward. The measuring took 30min. They sent a detailed quote. They installed in about 6hrs. We received a reasonable quote for one picture window, bathroom window and kitchen French door. I worked with "Hoa Lei" sales rep. At first very responsive to get the business. The door installed and locking mechanism does not work. Hoa no longer able to help. Complete waste of time and lack of service. Technician, Mario Sanchez scheduled visit between 2:00-5:00. No show no call no email no communication. Yet they have been fully paid and we can't lock our French door. We only went with this company for their 7-10 day turnaround time vs 4 weeks with some other companies. It's been 3 weeks now and we still can't lock the door. NEVER EVER will I return to this company or recommend it to anyone. Absolute regret! Update 1/7/2020 5:15 pm from Hoa: I just got off the phone with him, he said he is stuck at Newport because another service call took longer than expected. He said he will try again same time tomorrow since he has nothing else scheduled. "HE WILL TEY AGAIN SAME TIME Tomorrow" try....let's see what happens tomorrow. Update 1/8/2020. 1:18 pm. I was contacted by a manager named Jaime who sent out a technician to resolve the problem. Gentleman named Jay Zhu was professional and fixed the issue. Two screws made the difference. It took longer to get them out here then to actually fix the problem. Jay was excellent. Update 1/14/2020 4:00 pm Jay Zhu followed through on his promise from 1/8 without me having to follow up. He changed the weather stripping and added another item to the door without having to ask. I'm increasing the starts from 1 to 3 due to Jay's excellent service. The online sales department/marketing departments still have some work todo to improve their service and communication with customers. read more

This was one of the worst experiences with installers and customer service that I have ever had. The installers gave every excuse in the book for not arriving on time. When they came to repair their poor work, they had an excuse about the heat and that being this issue for the poor quality. When they came to repair the job, they left without telling me. I checked the window and it was still done poorly. I had to call him back and ask him to fix it AGAIN. The installation of the windows for both my houses were poor quality. and communication with the entire company was horrible. read more

After talking to customer service from value windows, I realize that, as a customer, it is totally my fault. Common sense does not make sense when signing contract with value windows. The around $1200 window installation fee only covers pulling out old windows and nailing new windows. I am responsible to find other contractors to put interior molding, patch outside open wall and paint to reach final decent looking. The two window installers from value windows took around 3 hours to pull out old windows and nail new windows, their professional skills earns them at a pay rate around $200/hr. The quote to replace 10 windows from value windows is around $2700, sound very attractive initially, right? However, I paid $460 extra in cash to window installer to add moldings to 7 of the 10 windows, paid $500 extra to another contractor to patch 1-2 inch wide open stucco at the bottom of those 7 windows and paint. So, at the end I pocketed in extra $1000 to reach a final acceptable result. Everyone I talked to, even other handyman, is surprised that window installer from Value windows only left a half-finished product to me. Maybe Value windows tried to leave much more free DIY space for me, and eventually it will contribute some "Value" to my house remodeling skills. Besides, the bathroom window should have obsecure glass, however clear class was installed. Value windows promised to replace it in two weeks. I will update whether it is replaced or not. read more

You get what you pay for here. If you want ultimate customer service, having some sales person hold your hands throughout the process, then you will need to spend a 50 - 80% premium, look elsewhere. If you want quality, and VALUE and you already done your research. Come to Value Windows. Don't expect great service, but you'll end up being happy with all the savings and the quality of products. I purchased and installed 13 windows and 1 garden window, elsewhere was quote AT LEAST $2k more.......enough said....right? Let's just say I saved almost 35% read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT A GOOD JOB DONE! I had the same problems as joyan w. Where they measured the windows incorrectly and had large gaps between my wall and the new window. The large problem with this company is that they do not clearly inform you that they only do retro-fit window installation meaning that they install the new window on top of the new frame. This means that even if they had measured a more accurate window the size of the window will still be smaller than your previous window, it was even worse on the doors. They then fill the large ( almost 2 inches) gaps with a foam sealant and place a piece of plastic cover over it as a border. When they installed my windows they did a poor job with alignment and most of my windows are noticably crooked. These people are extremely shady, they try to seperate the sale of the product and installation into separate companies, meaning the company that sells you the windows is different than the company who is in charge of the contractors. They do this so that when people do realize that their is a problem only the contractor has to take the fall. They also do not have any regard for permits, certain cities require that a building permit be acquired for window installation, its really just a simple process with a fee, however for home resale reasons it is important that you do acquire the permit if it is necessary. By law a contractor cannot begin work until he is certain that a building permit is present if necessary. When they worked on my home they neither informed me that I needed to check or that I need to obtain one. I eventually went to city hall and obtained the permit and had an inspector come to check their work. The inspector had said that the work was correct in the retro-fit method, however it was extremely poor worksmanship. He did mentioned that they should not have left such big gaps between the wall and the window. I've doubled checked with other window installation services and really you get what you pay for. The labor for the installation is cheaper than if a regular installation were done and still cheaper than if a good retro-fit were done.However the parts would stil end up being around the same price. To avoid headaches I would make sure the measurements are correct on the spot and that you know whether installation will be a retro-fit or not. I would recomment using big companies like home depot or lowes, it may be a bit more expensive but they definitely do a good job and you will be happy with the results, plus they have warranties that you can count on, whereas some contractor maybe go out of business next year or just stop answering your calls O_O Also the name they use for the installation service is AAA-Value Window Services,Inc. The contractor did have a license this time ( License # 952327 ) When you look it up on the Contractor State License Board the contractors name is CHEN JIMIN and it says he works for ENVIROGREEN WINDOWS AND DOORS INC. I recommend you avoid these companies and this contractor at all times. They will leave you with shitty windows and doors thats the only thing they can guarantee. =) read more

WELL, I have Value windows in my Home and they are GREAT! 1.Today's vinyl doesn't turn yellow. It has UV inhibitors in the vinyl to prevent this from happening! Its not the 80's anymore Folks! Things have changed.... 2. Value doesn't make the glass. Its made by Cardinal Glass... A leading supplier to the window industry and Its the best on the market! 3. Value carries a Lifetime warranty Including glass breakage and has their own local Service Dept.!...No Problems ever getting service! (Unless your an Ahole to them and your requests beyond reasonable) Like I always say, " You cannot discuss reason with the unreasonable" 4. I have used Value Windows at four locations for some properties under management over the last five years. They have the best overall value for the window manufacturing. Value Windows has reasonable pricing compared to main line window companies, but the quality is still markedly superior to the lowest priced. The quality control of the window frame is very good. Basically, it is like getting about the same as Milgard quality for 50% off, sometimes more. Value Windows lives up to its name and has the best value on windows. It is best to purchase the window and install the window yourself, or arrange for your own installer if you cannot do it yourself. Literally just bought my windows for my house and after the amazing turnaround time to delivery and a superb customer experience I had to post my review on Yelp. I am not sure what exactly happened for the two negative reviewers but my experience was completely different. Starting with the initial call, I was extremely pleased with the hand holding and expertise on the different types of windows they offer and how they address my needs. After spending extensive time speaking with me we were able to narrow it down to a few models. I ultimately went with one of the GS series windows and can honestly say it was the right decision. Once i chose the windows I wanted a technician came out to my house to install them and I can honestly say that the service and care was top notch. I have dealt with tons of installers and technicians in the past but none of them were nearly as knowledgeable and helpful as these. I am not sure what they do to train them but other manufacturers should take note. After such a good experience I am really interested in taking the tour of their factory as the technician and the rep on the phone highly recommended it. Either way if your in the market take the time to give Value Windows a call you wont regret it! read more

We replaced all of the windows in our house which was about 22 windows and 3 sliding doors. We decided that instead of replacing one of the sliders that we would have a French door. Eric from Value Windows came out to measure and help us decide exactly which windows we wanted. Eric is the installer, so we felt confident in his measurements. Because our house had old windows that weren't necessarily a simple retro-fit replace, Eric came up with come solutions to accommodate our house. We got several quotes to do the windows and doors and Value Windows came in about $6,000 less than the other quotes. We looked closely at the sample windows they brought which were high quality and were comparable to competitors like Milgard. We also decided to go with Value Windows because they provide a great warranty. We paid 50% down to order the windows and the rest upon completion of the install. The windows and doors are manufactured near LA and our house is in San Diego. They delivered the windows and doors to our house about 1-2 weeks after we ordered them, on a Tuesday and Eric got started the next day. Eric was there when the windows and doors were delivered to inspect them to ensure they weren't damaged during transport etc. Eric and Jay worked together for the install. Both Eric and Jay were very friendly and respectful. They even removed or covered their shoes each time they came into the house. Eric and Jay even came and worked on the weekend to finish the job. It's now been several months since they installed the windows and we're still very happy. We have already referred some of our friends to Value Windows and to Eric Li for install. I have used their windows 10 yrs ago, and recently rebuild our house, and use buying all windows and patio doors from them again. The quality was horrible compare with the one i have 10 yrs ago. And i have spoke to my general contractor, he also agreed, because most of his projects were using their product as well, and the quality just way below standard. For your information, all of the lock of the windows has some flew, and need to be manually push to lock it; the design supposed to lock when you push the window down, but now after you push it all the way down, you still need to puch the lock to lock it. Their single hung windows has other flews too, non of them aligns good. One of them, the tensioner just pop out after one yr of use (we rarely use that window at all ) Even they carried a good warranty, but as usual, dealing with warranty and service team is never a good experience. I would definitely NOT recommend their product. read more

DO NOT BUY WINDOWS OR DOORS from this company. If you see their label on products sold by contractors such as Landmark Construction, demand to work with a different company. These people do not service the LIFETIME WARRANTY they list on their products. I've been calling them for over 3-weeks to come service my doors and windows and they won't return the call or come fix the problem. I've left messages over and over. Good company. I found my patio door locker in this company. All staff are really nice.

First, they measure the window then send you an invoice for the work. Once you agree to the invoice, they ask for a 50% deposit on a credit card and coordinate a date of install. My 6' x 8' window took about 8 weeks for fabrication. However, they have poor customer service and accountability. They first scheduled on 9/4, but failed to communicate to me they would not be showing up to install the window. I had to call and email repeatedly until I received a response to know that they were not going to show up. It seems that they are not respectful of the customer's time. They showed up on time to the second appointment and took about 3-4 hours to complete the work. Lastly, the owner charges an extra $1k that was not shown on the agreed invoice and fails to provide a breakdown after asking repeatedly what the cost is. I would be cautious in purchasing and agreeing a price through this company. I recommend to only pay them by cash. read more

I placed a Nail On French door order recently. The delivery date was delayed for 5 days.. My contractor found that it wasn't fit so this company sent a technician to my home. However, the door was difficult to be closed. Their technician advised that their production department made the size mistake on one of the panel (the panel without key lock). Value Window delivered another panel after 9 days. Two technicians from this company replaced the new panel. I found that I couldn't lock the door. They told us to change to the old panel. We still couldn't lock the door. Their technician adjusted the door hinge. Then we finally could close the door. He promised that he would adjust the door the next day. After the adjustment, we found that there was uneven gap between frame and the door. Some of the gap was big and some of the gap was very tight. The top management of Value Window promised us that he would call us back on the same day but we didn't receive any response from him. I continued to call him and Sales Rep but no response at all. Two days later, a staff from customer Services Dept.and a technician came to my house. He measured the product size. The diagonal was the same. They insisted that their product was perfect. As per Shipping Department of Value Window installation instruction diagram, they did not tell us we had to use the shim and nail it through the shim on the left/right hand size of the door previously.  Now they advised that we have to cut the frame of the door and put the shims and nail through the shims. However, my contractor advised that it will affect the structure of the door. In addition, it does not make sense that I damage the door by myself. The CEO from this company finally came to our house to check the door and gave us the full refund last month. read more

Guys, if you see the response from Chad of their customer services, its more like superficial response but the company did not choose to do any follow up action. Frankly I don't know who Chad or whom he represent, could be an ordinary worker or form HR. All I know is that I responded to him the same day he left a reply on feedback. They like to randomly post something so they can save face and make reader of the review feel better before they make up their decision... 5 days into his response, as noted in the response he will make an effort to correct the issue, no telephone, no contact, no response what so ever. Its not in the saying but in the actual doing that separate good companies from the bad ones. Customer service is a very essential part of follow-on services, we are still so still grossly disappointed, lots of headaches with follow-on problems. When you shop, here is our lesson learned from our mistakes: 1. Do remember that windows is not a install and forget event. Sometime, windows will need tune up, adjustments, sometime that door would shift or sink because of its weight. So reliable, timely, after-install serving would be part of the consideration (VERY IMPORTANT!) Do factor out this part as part of the purchase decisions. 2. Sometime the screen might need a little adjustment, as over time they might become loose, and even wrap. Screen design by Value Windows is not the best I should say, the four latches barely hold the screen in place and their screens wrapped and deems to be poorly designed, and pop out if the size is made smaller than it should me. I learned that modern days window they have latches built around the frame so the screen fit snugly around the frame, our screen falls out from time to time and insect do come in. Value Windows and Doors took couple shots to make the screen the right size and they use a double sided foam tape as a patch to fix the wrapping issue as the final solutions to this design failure. We have no choice but to accept that. We thought this is highly unprofessional but what can we say, we cannot replace the entire window again now that they are in but have to live with it. So do check the screen design and ask questions! Don't let emotional high impact your purchase decision and be a diligent consumer. 3. Door Latches Our windows would have problem with opening and closing, It seems to us the latches were incorrectly design and would cause friction and resistant during open and close when the door is not tuned up well. So we would have hard time opening and closing the door during everyday used. We will categorized this as another design issues. So checking the proper hardware is also important also. You will likely not find these issue at the show floor as company put out their best face forward. However, its only time will tell quality of service that will determine the success of your windows install. After our experience, aside from lurking on reviews, we would also go with a more reputable windows seller, proven records, and most of all, or sometime best, a trusted referral. Seek out multiple vendors, do your homework, and defend your investment. Hope this help. read more

We were kind of ignored when we went to the show room to check out their product, so we approach a sales rep passing by, and we continue to work with her, Ms Stella Ji turns out to be excellent, she explained to us the diff, and what is more practical for our need. And when we eventually place the order, she gave great suggestions, obscure for bathrooms, triple glass pane for east and west facing for better heat block. Took us about a month fr initial check out to placing order, took my time, and every time I had any question, Ms Ji was prompt to answer. Very professional. Upon installation, we had outside contractor do the installation, found 1 of the upward window did not stay open, called, they promise to fixit in 2 weeks, and right on time. Over all, we are very happy with the experience, especially Ms Ji. read more

Top management of Value Window promised us that he would call us back on the same day but we didn't receive any response from him. I continued to call him and Sales Rep but no response at all. Two days later, Customer Services Department and a technician came to my house. He measured the product size. The diagonal is the same. They insisted that their product is perfect. As per Shipping Department of Value Window installation instruction diagram, they did not tell us we have to use the shim and nail it through the shim on the left/right hand size of the door. Bottom of the door only. Now, they advised that we have to cut the frame of the door and put the shims and nail through the shims. My contractor advised that it will affect the structure of the door. Also, it does not make sense that I damaged the door by myself. It seems that they treated their product like a toy. read more

Never used them due to issues with obtaining an estimate and lack of follow through. However Chad did make an effort to follow up and make amends for their shortcomings. That's all I can say about them. Friends and family have used them for windows and have been satisfied, which is why we sought them out to begin with. read more

I don't recommend. Window leaked for rains and I was very disappointed by their customer service. Garden window leaked, contacted Value Windows and Doors and they came 3 times in Dec but could not fix it. On 12/22, heard someone will come from factory but it was not scheduled. After several calls/msgs, on 1/9, heard they would come on 1/27. After the inspection, no update again and it took me more than a week to hear they decide to replace it. On 2/4, finally, I heard they would install new window next week. I was sick and tired and I can't trust them. I asked refund at the end of Dec. Sales person said he discussed with his manager but there is no response or update over a month even though I have asked status several times.. In short, it took 2 months and I still have problem. Of course, we suffered whenever rain came. I was very disappointed by their customer service. That's why I don't recommend them, at all. read more

An update on Value Windows and Doors. This company has been very responsive to my dissatisfaction and has reached out. But I wouldn't change a review based on words, only on action. They had a chance to demonstrate some action recently when one of the large vertical windows they installed broke down (the mechanics couldn't support the weight of the window). One of their new hires, with an engineering degree, explained that the window shouldn't have been built in such a way to begin with, because it made it too heavy. They fixed the window for free in a couple hours. I am glad to see that their customer service has become much more responsive, and that they are hiring talented engineering grads to build even better products! read more

Everything was going well until the day of installation that we scheduled over a week ago. We were referred by someone that's hired them for windows as well. When we called to get info about the windows pricing and options, everything seems reasonable. Basically they said the most basic one is vinyl and that's the cheapest option. The only concern for us was scheduling the installation date since we can only do it on a weekday where there are less traffic flow in the apartment. This also means that we need to take a day off for that, which is fine as long as the time and date is confirmed. We scheduled to have our windows installed at 10am on 4/12/2015. A week prior to this date we confirmed date and time in both the contract and in email. We signed the contract and also paid a deposit. No follow-up from the company, so we assume everything was fine. I went ahead and took a day off work just to stay home and make sure the installation gets done with someone being home. Come Tuesday 4/12/2015 @ 10:10am, nobody showed up or even called so I called the installation workers and inquired. Turns out the workers who are installing our windows is currently on another job and cannot come until 12:30pm or after! There was no advance notice or call to let us know that they weren't coming at the scheduled time. I immediately made a call into Value Windows and our contact (who confirmed the quote with us and installation time) had no idea that that installer didn't come. If it's your job, shouldn't you confirm and make sure it's being done? Instead she just told us "oh sorry there's an emergency so they had to go on another job". So we made another call to the installation worker directly. He said that he was 20 miles away and nobody told him to come to our place first. He was handed two jobs for this day and no one told him ours was at 10am. He was very confused and apologetic when we told him that we were waiting for him. What made us mad was that Value windows lied to us that there was an emergency when they messed up last minute. If we didn't call them, we would've wasted the whole morning/day for them. The company just kept saying that there's nothing they can do and basically they didn't care until we said we are not gonna pay for the installation anymore. She then said she'll call the installer again and call us right back. Not a word back from the company, instead, the installer called back and was making his way here and he was very very apologetic unlike Value windows. I feel betrayed by this company and especially the customer service we received. I would appreciate a call or an advanced notice if your installation worker can't make the scheduled time, even if we had to reschedule. Don't lie and make up an excuse if it's your own fault that you didn't communicate accurately to your installation worker. And of course, till now, not a word or follow up call from the company and they just don't care as long as we paid. Very disappointed about the way we were treated by Value Windows, but the installer (another installing company) was genuine and his workers were also efficient. read more

Extremely poor customer service. Terrible communication and follow up. I was with in 1 day of signing a contract to install 20 windows. Apparently my sales person is no longer working for the company. I tried at least 5-6 times to get someone to call me back after leaving several messages. My final call with them was very unprofessional. The person on the phone was extremely rude and ll i was trying to do was get someone else that i could work with to get my window quote confirmed and signed. They were so unprofessional and told my that "we have so many messages that they can't get to them, what do you want (with a terrible attitude). I'm like uhg really! It seems a company selling anything would welcome and return any and every call or message received. Totally turned me off. Made think just how my project would go if i ended up moving forward with this company. WOW! read more
