They helped me with a whole-house windows replacement project and I'm very happy with the results. Very efficient operation from the initial inquiry, to on site measurement, pricing, contract, to the final installation. The products are great quality, and the prices are very reasonable.

A wooden board to cover a tingly measured window got a month

The technician measured the window wrong and caused a delay for another month. A simple, small window i had to wait at the end of other customers' orders. They simply put an ugly board to cover the window that they made the mistake on, which caused the entire inconvenience for one month. The manager Jay's attitude was unprofessional and rude. Stay away from this vendor. Completely disaster! Can't imagine how can they even stay in business with this kind of poor management!!!!????

CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! All I can say about this company every time they go above and beyond to make sure their products is delivered on time and at the best condition. Can lie sometimes ETAs are delayed but as I said they will make sure to make it happened on the best said. Ask for Jay Z. He's the best by far. Take my word if you're a contractor you want him on your team !!!

This is a great example of how sometimes making a mistake can turn into an amazing purchase and overall customer experience. Years ago I had worked through a general contractor to buy two vinyl windows to replace two old ones in my daughters' bedroom. We really liked those windows, so when time came to consider replacing other ones, I thought the ones we had were Millard, so I reached out to a local reseller who quoted me an astronomical price only for the windows (10k$). Also, they said, the ones I have (the most recent ones) were NOT Millard, but Value Windows. I looked into this brand and sent a random email to the general inquiry address with very little hope. The morning after Jay, their sales rep, reached out, and we started a dialog. The dialog quickly evolved into a first draft quote, then Jay came by, looked at the work, we discussed some options for some of the windows due to specific needs (eg UV filtering, opaque glasses), adjusted the offer and locked on a deal on the same day. In 2 weeks my windows were ready and it took me only one text with Jay to coordinate and schedule the delivery which happened on time. Also, Jay recommended me a specific installer to work with (ALSO an amazing experience, very clean thorough and great people all around), and suggested me NOT to work with his installers as they do not do more complicated retrofit jobs (which is what I needed), and I appreciated that he opted to make less money himself to allow us to have a better final product. Could not be happier with my new windows now, they are an amazing improvement in terms of insulation, not only look, and I would highly recommend Value Windows!

It was clear it was time for a replacement. Before choosing James, I got a quote from a very popular windows and doors company in Orange County. James, the owner of Lucero's Windows and Doors, not only offered the best price but was also extremely responsive. He mentioned that he previously worked as a Home Depot installer, which gave me confidence that he was properly trained. I was initially cautious because of the low number of reviews, but the consistent perfect scores from other customers made me optimistic. Now, after working with him, I can confidently say that Lucero's Windows and Doors is the real deal. Because our home required a custom-sized door, James came out twice to take measurements. After about two weeks, the custom entry door arrived, and he completed the installation in a single day. He told me our home was one of the oldest he's worked on, and the walls were very different from newer builds. Despite the challenges, he made everything fit perfectly, and the final result looks fantastic. We no longer feel a draft under the door, and it swings smoothly without any issues.

Not Jimmy, Jimmy was amazing since I stopped in his office. Immediately he was so welcoming and has a HUGE warehouse full of front doors ( not just doors he is ordering from somewhere else) His price also beat these prices but literally almost HALF.. It was a week before labor day weekend and I really wanted the doors installed before the weekend holiday and he was able to get them installed for me! Exceptional Front Door Replacement - Danny Alonzo is the Best!…read moreWe recently had our front door replaced and are absolutely thrilled with the results! Our installer, Danny Alonzo, was fantastic from start to finish. He has excellent communication skills and gave us a clear, realistic expectation of the time to completion. He was incredibly friendly, polite, and professional the entire time -- I honestly wish every contractor or vendor we use could be as good as Danny! We picked a custom color and the door came out exactly the shade we chose. It's solid, heavy, and makes a huge difference compared to our old door. We had bought and pre-painted our own interior moulding, and Danny installed it perfectly with no issues at all. I'm terrible at making clean silicone joints around moulding, but he did an amazing, professional job on them. He even went above and beyond when he noticed some stucco damage around the front door. He pointed it out to us and patched it beautifully -- way better than I could have done myself, lol! The finished door looks absolutely beautiful. My wife and I weren't 100% sure what to expect, but the quality and the final result made the entire expense completely worth it. The door feels rock-solid and looks incredible. We couldn't be happier! Highly recommend Danny Alonzo and this whole service. Thank you!

These windows are still perfect in every way. These woods come with value and reliability. When we added on to our home about 10 years ago, the contractor used their window company. We ordered some custom sized windows to keep consistency with the rest of our home...and those have never been right. A couple years ago the large, back window split in the frame. We had no question that Hometime would replace the window...and it's both well constructed & beautiful, with two perfectly working locks. The install was done by Eduardo and his crew. It was an early morning appointment, but Eduardo showed up in time. Both he and the other installer were friendly, efficient, and clean. They took less than 2 hours, door knock to exit, and left not a scrap or bit of dust in their perfect install. When we consider cost, style, AND locally, independently owned companies, we will have Hometime do all our windows, always. In the future we will also request Eduardo as our installer. Thanks!

I highly recommend this business to anyone :)

(This review includes a response to the business owner's reply)…read more I had a deeply disappointing experience with Paul's Windows, and I want to share it so that other homeowners know what to expect before working with this company. I reached out for a small bedroom window replacement and had one key requirement: that the new window, once installed, provide a minimum clear opening height of 13 inches. The sales associate, Art, confirmed via text that the manufacturer (Crystal Pacific) said it would: 13.1875", in fact. That was fine by me. But when I asked for that specification to be confirmed in the contract, in writing, Art refused. Let me be clear: I wasn't asking for a personal warranty on the product. I simply wanted confirmation that the installed window, as ordered and managed by Paul's Windows, would meet the functional requirement I had clearly communicated. Art repeatedly deflected, referring to "what the manufacturer said," but was unwilling to take responsibility for the result. When I asked for accountability, he became dismissive and eventually walked away from the job. I contacted Paul directly, hoping for a more professional response. Instead, I received a generic brush-off and a claim that the window wouldn't meet the specs, which contradicts what their own sales associate had already confirmed. Worse, Paul didn't acknowledge or engage with any of the valid concerns I raised around basic customer service, transparency, or professional responsibility. Ultimately, I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable. I was hiring a company to manage a job and deliver a specific result. If something went wrong, say, the manufacturer provided a window that didn't meet the spec, it would be on the contractor to resolve it, not on me to go chase down the supplier. That's what any responsible company would do. But Paul's Windows made it clear they don't see it that way. If you're okay with vague communication, contractors who won't stand behind their own work, and potentially being left to deal with problems on your own, maybe this company is fine. But if you want clarity, professionalism, and accountability in writing, then look elsewhere. § Paul's response below is a classic damage control move -- polite on the surface, but full of deflection and quiet rewriting of events. To clarify: the window in question would have met the required 13" clear opening. That wasn't in dispute. Art, their sales associate, confirmed that in writing and was fully prepared to proceed with the job -- until I asked for a simple written accountability. That's the moment everything fell apart. Paul's follow-up misrepresents the timeline and sidesteps the core issue -- not whether the window would fit, but whether the company was willing to stand behind the result they were being paid to deliver.
