After discussion with management for the prior issue (discussed in my last review), I finally had a chance to visit the location for an oil change. I think it went rather well. I noticed that the employees handle their specific job/duties in a "regimental/military style" method. This made things very efficient, and insured that they did not miss a certain step or item that needed to be evaluated. I live around the corner and have come to get my oil changed here about 4 times now. My mom also comes here and so has my friend. They are always very kind and my favorite part is they are always quick! I had some questions today about their membership program and the workers were kind enough to take the time and explain everything to me, no pressure added which I appreciate. Since we sit in the car while they perform the service I see how attentive each of the workers are. Will continue to come to this location for my oil changes. 10/10 read more

I really liked how staff works as a team, they communicate very well and they make customers like myself feel comfortable and well taken care of. I was scared to go into the garage , one of the staff guided me and reassured me that I'm safe. I guess he could tell I was scared a little lol. The guy getting my info was very informative and answered all my questions. I ask a lot of questions, he happily answered them without brushing me off like other places like jiffy lube. came in the other day for an oil change, i usually go to a different valvoline that's closer to my house but decided to stop at this one instead. my oil change is usually less than $60 and for some reason it was $104 here... i got my old oil flushed out for $75 which seemed like a lot but i still did it because the guy helping me insisted i needed it, after trying to get me to add on other overpriced crap they told me i need a new battery? for $180????? as soon as i left i called AAA and they checked my battery health to see if i actually needed a new battery and they said my battery was completely healthy..weird. the AAA guy said they tested my battery on 600 something instead of 300. don't come here unless you want to feel pressured into buying stuff you don't need for your car!!! :-) read more

Given this shop three chances. Every time I've come here, they use the same oil soaked rag (from the oil filter) to wipe the front of my truck -- as if they're fxcking cleaning something. Heres some advice, put some integrity into your work and walk two fxcking feet to grab a clean towel. Tired of having to clean the oil off my paint and grille, after paying over $100 for what they call "express care". There's only one good employee at this location, which is the black dude who rides a motorcycle and has braids. You can tell he's genuinely interested in vehicles, so his attention to detail comes natural. Everyone else is just kind of going through the motions. Promote that dude with the braids-- repeat customers will likely double. read more

Come here if you want risk your own life or others because your brakes weren't properly done Came here because my brakes were squeaking, got them done here and was told they could do it. I left the shop hearing a grinding sound and was told that was normal, I thought OK, trust these guys. 6 months goes by and I hear a rattling noise by my drivers side gradually increase, turns out these guys never put my breaks on right and my caliper was banging around in my tire. It was touching about 20% of the break pad. Finally got it looked at by a trustworthy and was told the car was a "no drive" situation and my life was in danger. Don't trust all these 5 guys who work here. You could pay with your life. read more

And after the breakup I was always so worried about getting it done, how much it would be and if they would rip me off. But coming here puts me all at ease. Oil change is quick and convenient.
