I returned my car to them, they kept it 3-4 days while waiting on a part to come in, and told me everything was fixed. I picked up my car and it would barely run. Takes a long time to accelerate more than 30 or 40 mph, shrill beeping notices are almost constant, ive had nothing but problems. My mother and stepfather were the only owners of this vehicle and it was always garaged and babied. It ran PERFECTLY before taking it to Ridgemont Superlube but they claim it's just a big ole coincidence that it now runs like . I am single and no longer have a reliable vehicle because I trusted them, and paid them $150 to destroy my car. Use a business with integrity--this business has NONE.

He didn't even look at my paperwork. He just said no problem, we'll fix it. Thirty minutes later my tire is fixed for free and I'm on my way. Owner replied saying in no way was my car running poorly due to the oil change they did yet they took the air filter out and did not reinstall it correctly which was the whole problem! He was fantastic, he went to her house and cleaned the small oil leak. They replaced her drain plug gasket and did another oil change at no cost to her. Clayton also cleaned her driveway.
