Just came for oil change, waited for close to an hour before I finally could pull into the bay. The worker that check me out reach down and was messing with my lights to do the check list which I can touch my own lights. Thought that was weird then I was told to I can leave but they kept my hood pop open while they went to went on work on other cars. Overall probably won't come back to this location. Slower than Mississippi mud. Guy ahead of me was in for an hour. Others in adjoining bays were about 45 minutes. Take a sack lunch or supper with you to pass the time. And don't be in a hurry. Slow workers takes on a whole new meaning. Assistant Manager is a surly joke. This Valvoline doesn't care that customers aren't helped in the order they arrive. He defended his slow crews. Be sure not to have anything scheduled throughout your day because you'll be waiting for hours and they'll play Tetris by making you switch lines because "this person was here first so we need you to go to the other line without hitting all the cars behind you." read more

The past 2 times I have been here, I have waited over an hour to get service done. (Most recently there was 3 cars being worked on and 2 waiting when I arrived).On top of that I was asked by them to move over so they can follow their "first come, first serve" order which I agree with, but then I would have to wait and cars that came after I, got service before I did. After waiting in line for 15 minutes and pulling into the bay as directed by a tech, they told me I had to go around because a customer in a different li e for a different bay came first. That is absolutely unacceptable. The fact the other customer was there before me is irrelevant. He could have picked any one of three bays to line up in. As someone who has been doing oil changes longer than any of the staff have been alive, and having used Valvoline centers for dozens of vehicles over 30+ years across the country, this gas never happened to me. This is as out of touch with customers as Budweiser and Target. I won't be going back to Valvoline. I would suggest not going there. As a disabled vet with limited time in my day I don't have time for these schnnagians. read more

These guys were wonderful! I needed help changing out my old license plates for my new bicentennial ones. My old plates were rusted in place, and I couldn't get them to budge! The nice guys at this Valvoline spot were willing to help me - no charge. Who knew they were also "certified license plate technicians?" Thank you guys. I have never been pressured more to get a synthetic oil change in my life. I am assuming that the pay structure at this place says that these guys don't get paid for a conventional oil change, Mike, the "manager" clearly doesn't know much about sales and business. So, after a bunch of hassle and unprofessionalism, I just went ahead and did the synthetic blend. But this place lost a customer for sure. Instead of arguing with me, they should have just done the conventional oil change and would have gained a long term customer. Now, they got their $69 but no future business from my family of 4 cars. And this place is 2 minutes from my house and I am looking for someone I can trust. But this place is definitely NOT the place where you can trust them. read more

I recently went to the location on Vogel rd and I will not be going back. After they were done with my oil change J started to think they never changed the oil filter so I pulled over and opened my hood and discovered that I was correct. The same dirty oil filter that was on my car before my oil change was still on my car. I went back and they completely denied it and I was told the dirt on the filter was from the workers dirty glove. They did go ahead and change it for me but never acknowledged that they made a error by never replacing it in the 1st place. I understand we are human and we all make mistakes but they were never going to own up to it so I will never be back. read more

I only come here because it's close to my house. They're overly aggressive w trying to upsell other services to the point of almost arguing with you when you say no. Today I accidentally started pulling in before a technician waved me in. Solid spot for a quick oil change. They allow you to remain inside the vehicle throughout the procedure. The service was extremely professional. They tried to up-sell me on multiple items (no problem there) but nothing high pressure. Windshield wipers were swapped out and the price seemed reasonble. From the time I entered the work bay to the time I rolled out was less than twenty minutes. I had oil changed, tires and fluids topped off along with wipers and totaled out at about $90. The speed and politeness made any extra cost worth it for me. read more

I just have to give more than five stars to this place. I go here Regularly for oil changes but today,I picked my son up from school after all the snow and what not my battery light came on and then all my lights came on. I pulled into Valvoline just as my jeep died. ( it was my alternator) I cannot thank Travis and Michael for saving me and my son in a time of need...they were lifesavers! They went out of their way to get us back on the road even though they didn't have to and were so polite. I recommend 1000%!!! read more

I am very particular about my car. Therefore, I am cautious about who works on it. I completely trust the guys at this location. I also appreciate that they are honest if something could possibly damage my vehicle, instead of making the sale to run up the ticket price. Did you know Valvoline does more then just quickly oil changes? I didn't. Today went in with a Groupon for an oil change and ended up getting some normal vehicle maintenance done. Transmission and radiator flushes and new wiper blades. I love that you need no appointment and can just hang out in your car. None of this leaving my car at a shop b.s. and waiting half a day or more for them to fix my car. With Valvoline I was in and out. The guys working there were very friendly, helpful and attentive.
