I should've read the reviews before I went here for an oil change. I waited in the parking lot to go into the shop for about 30 minutes after they told me when I first arrived. It would be under 15 minutes. When I finally pulled into the shop, they scanned my car and informed me that they did not have the filter in order to do my oil change. Why they couldn't have checked this when I first arrived is beyond me. I then asked if they could check another store to confirm if they had the filter; they called the store, but there is no answer. I drove to the other store, I have to wait behind two cars, and this whole oil change ordeal is gonna take me three hours. So much for Valvoline's promise of 15 minutes oil change and you're out. Worst is that they offered no compensation for the terrible service experience . read more

Was shocked to read the reviews when coming here to leave one. Always a quick change at this location, have only ever had to wait a couple minutes to get into a bay and once I'm in I'm in and out. A+ in my book. read more

I'm always surprised to see a bad review. Although I'm on a tight budget, I keep returning for the customer service alone. I am well taken care of and can stop in at anytime with concerns. Sure, they are shortstaffed at times but everybody is in these crazy post-covid times and I always have a book with me. Happy to wait to receive excellent customer service in return. Came here for an oil change, it probably took 45 minutes but I didn't even care about that. The guy pressed me hard to change my air filter and after saying no multiple times I finally said let me look at it and then he pulled it out; it was fine and they didn't have the one I needed in stock so not sure the point of it. The plastic piece on the inside of my car now doesn't go back in because he jammed it off so hard something snapped. That's just the first part. After doing the oil change he asked me about my battery and I was pretty confused because I've never had an issue with my battery and had to replaced it last year. I have a 2016 Jeep Cherokee and have had ZERO I MEAN ZERO issues with my battery. After he asked me about it he said okay start my car up and then when I tried my car wouldn't start.... He goes "yup it's a battery problem looks like you'll need a new one" I'm convinced he did something to it because I've never had an issue and then I was forced to buy one for $250 bucks or to call a tow truck. Worst experience ever. The 2 guys assigned to my car were useless. One stared at the computer at check in and asked me a few questions while the other filled the windshield washer fluid then stared at the engine waiting for it to change itself. After waiting they let the oil out and waited for a different guy to put the filter on. The one guy told me how much I owed and then after telling him twice I had a coupon corrected the price. While they still struggled with the filter handed me my bill which was $60 more. I had to get out of the car and yell for him. He came back with the right bill claiming the printer was out of paper and he gave me the right bill. The one tech had to remind the other to put the oil in. Finally after 40 minutes and multiple cars coming in and leaving I left. Never going back there!!! read more

the fastest oil change i have ever received. from park to finish, i was out of there right under 10 minutes! Graham and Mark (there were 2 that helped me) were extremely knowledgeable. My fiance decided to visit this location because he needed an oil change and had a coupon. Valvoline is not my usual go-to spot, but he insisted. We've gotten our oil changed here a total of 2 times. Our latest visit was earlier this month, just a basic oil change. Last week we noticed that our car was not running normally. It ran pretty loud and it wasn't shifting as it should. I knew it had to be the transmission and took it to one of Valvoline's competitors today to have the car looked at. The competitor informed us that our transmission fluid had been topped off with the wrong type of fluid, so we had a mix of 2 different transmission fluids. Valvoline had also told us that our battery needed to be replaced. The competitor told us that the battery connection had been loosened to the point where it wasn't charging the way it should. Normally I'm hesitant to place blame on a business, but nobody (not even I) has touched this car but Valvoline for the last 6 months. I think it's pretty evident that Valvoline was to blame for this, I'm assuming to keep it's customers coming back. I will never return to Valvoline and I hope they don't do this to all of their customers. Please be careful. read more

Came in for a quick oil change which ended up taking 45 minutes. The line was moving quick, but once I got inside everything came to a halt. Employees goofing off and talking to each other while I sat in my car. I asked to speak with the manager, but he was one of the ones just standing around! Never coming back. read more

I came here for an oil change and tire rotation. I love valvoline because they don't work off commission and don't try to up sell you things you don't need. I even had a cabin air filter I bought somewhere else that they put in for me for free. I highly recommend these guys! Also they always have coupons on their website you can pull up while you wait. The tire rotation was only $20 and I was expecting a lot more, and I was in and out within 20 minutes for everything. read more

Went to get the oil changed in my car, pulled up they send me to a certain door. I'm waiting they come and say they have a first come first served policy. Great I'm all for that, I switch with another car perfectly fine. The car pull out where I was and the other person pulls in than the other person on my other side pulls in. Mind you they were here after me shooting the first come policy out the window. Plus the guy who had me move pulled the other person in that got there after me and walk right by me to do so. The worst group of people working I could of gotten. I should of taken to real professionals, this was a joke. read more

I had gotten an oil change last year from this location. It was actually super fast and I loved the fact that I got to stay in my car. However, they filled my oil a quart and a half too full. About 30 mins later it spilled in my engine and made my car smoke. Called into the customer service and no one was helpful and she couldn't get ahold of my location to talk to the techs. Needless to say an awful experience. Stay clear. read more

Service is always great and super fast. Yes they are expensive, but it beats an hour at the "shop". They're never pushy on the maintenance suggestions. Since they don't match coupons or anything, it would be nice if they offered the 5th or 10th oil change for free. That would get me to 5 stars. I'd still highly recommend Valvoline. read more

My car had its first oil change I bought a 2020 not too long ago I have never been to a Valvoline I was expecting them to maybe let me walk out of my car, I was surprise when multiple people were trying to talk to me at the same time. Definitely need to work on either being a little patient or communication. I was very anxious because I was sitting in my car and I have never been to a place where that was a thing. They should have explained the proses to me. Also the technician asked me multiple times what my mileage was and then assumed I was lying to him so proceeded to look into my car and say oh must be a new car after I had told him three times what my mileage was. Don't get me wrong very fast oil change and tire rotation but the service was meh. They should've asked if I had ever been there before because I felt very weird sitting in my car the whole time and it was a little rude and stressful when multiple people are trying to talk to me at the same time. Not so great this time. First, I knew that my right tail light was not working,my son drove behind and just mentioned couple of days before. Employee was checking for that kind of thing, but said nothing. I was surprised,and asked about it,and he double checked,and agreed that I needed a new bulb. Fine,it's almost Christmas,did not feel like working I guess. The oil change was done. Just today,about 4 days later, noticed that car was leaking oil on the concrete floor in the garage. I've been coming to this Valvoline store for about a year and have always enjoyed my service here. It's quick, easy and I never feel pressured to add any additional services. Last time I came in they accidentally changed the wrong head light in my car and within a week mailed me a refund check after I called in. It is pricey but worth it to have a trustworthy shop do the work. read more

Very disappointed. I came to this place once before with extremely amazing customer service and only paid $20 for my oil change. I tried going again just now and couldn't believe the difference. The guy was very rude and short, not at all helpful. Maybe it's because I went in within the last hour of closing, but the guy didn't have to be so rude. Anyways, I took my car to Goodyear down the street and am waiting for my way cheaper oil change to be completed now. read more

The worst - don't go there. They advertise 15 minutes for a typical oil change - for me it took 50 minutes (they have these fancy displays right next to the pit so you can see time ticking away). To be clear, this is not the wait time before they get to you, no it took them that long to replace the oil and change the filter. You might as well go to a regular shop and pay half as much. But that's not all - they also provide terrible service. A few minutes after I was finally able to leave I noticed some rattling noise coming from the engine. I stopped and found that they forgot a screwdriver under the hood (fortunately I found it before it could do some real damage). They also forgot to close some of the lids (near the air intake). I wrote to Valvoline Customer Service but they didn't even bother to reply. There are plenty of instant oil change places available - this is the worst, don't go there. read more
