First off the gentleman came out to greet me handed me a water noticed I had a passenger gave me snacks for him which was great I don't come out this way often but I knew they did a good job but had to be reminded. The four out of five stars is just simply because of the cost. The attendant of course has nothing to do with that. Went in for a quick oil change. It is quick in that you stay in the car, which is nice and convenient. I had a coupon which helped. It was expensive, but I guess most things are expensive these days. I have been calling and emailing Take 5 for over a month regarding a question from service on May 16. They have told me over and over that the District Manager will call and he never does. I have also been told the issue has been escalated. It is clear this company just gives you the run around until you give up trying. It is really disappointing that they are not concerned with their customers and will not respond to requests. I have been patient and kind despite 20 plus calls and several emails. I wrote a review and they responded with a number to call. I called and waited 38 minutes before hanging up. Please don't waste your time with this business. First off, very unprofessional. Everyone seems to not take their job serious here, Went in to get oil changed here for the first time, they forgot to screw my access panel back or just chose not to. It wasn't until I drove off that I noticed there was a horrible noise which was my access panel just scraping on the concrete. Had to drive back very carefully, when I arrived there was no apology whatsoever and the gentleman said he would take a picture for me to make sure everything was good. This place is not honest. I watched that they put in 7 quart containers of oil, but they charged me 2.5 quarts extra oil for a total of 7.5 quarts. They insisted that they have to go by their print-out. That means I paid for oil that I did not get. My owner manual showed 7.2 quart capacity. Avoid this location !! Went Saturday 24th for a basic oil change.. very high pressure to ' up-sell' .. I told them at least 3 times, basic oil change is fine. Jessica told deonte to make a note of that ( absolutely unnecessary & not done, just a selling tactic) . Deonte opened my door to check mfg recommendations for air pressure ( standard procedure). After the service was 'completed' .. they claimed anyway.. I noticed only air pressure on driver side attended to, so I asked for the air pressure to be checked. Deonte said it was..& luckily.. I overheard him tell Jessica that he filled it to 36 psi. And Jessica nodded ' approval'. I couldn't believe it!!!I went to a nearby service station & the technician indeed said tires on driver side inflated to 36psi, passenger side, the mfg standard 31-32 psi. I immediately went back to the store, asking for the manager. 2 men said it was Jessica. I told her .. she knew & she was told by Deonte tires overinflated to 36 psi & she did nothing, said nothing!! I asked for her supervisor info she said she can't give it out &! to go online & look for corporate number. I called, left a message & waiting to hear back. Beware!! Listen to your technicians talking to each other.. absolutely a potential dangerous overinflation of 2 tires on the vehicle.. beware & avoid this location!! They also tack on an additional $3.99 service fee that they don't disclose when you call & ask for a price quote. read more

I take the coupon to the location and they said they no longer off basic oil change but they will honor the coupon. But it would cost me 38 dollars. I advise you to NOT go to this place to get anything more than an oil change. Yes, this place was fast. Yes, I was greeted with a cold bottle of water and a smile. Though, the technician (Manager), Adam, told me my transmission fluid was low. When asked by how much, he replied, there was barely any fluid. I recently had my transmission fluid replaced in October, less than 6 months ago at the dealership. Either I was lied to, or the technician was not knowledgeable about checking transmission fluid, as the fluid is still rather new and does not have a strong contrast to the dip stick. My car's transmission fluid is perfect and this business is dishonest. I will not return to this business. read more

It is what I thought it was, a quick lube service station. Staff was nice, service was quick, prices were a little high but they don't push as hard on the up sell as other similar chains. They show you your filters as ask if you want to replace, don't push you or tell you it needs replacing. Nothing above and beyond expectations, but nothing very negative neither. The first time I went here, customer service was amazing! Every time since then has been beyond TERRIBLE! They have a complete different staff which has made this experience awful going there. I always get some very rude guy. Today as I'm parked to get my oil changed I'm motioned to come in, mind you my car is completely straight. The guy directing me starts yelling at me very aggressively to stop and reverse, I barely reverse a half centimeter and then he has me pull back up and then reverse AGAIN then cut my wheel but doesn't tell which direction then starts yelling at me again for cutting my wheel in the wrong direction. As I'm sitting in my car I can see I am COMPLETELY CROOKED! Once again as I mentioned my car was in complete alignment and straight until this guy had me start taking my car to the left! I have been here several times for a reason. The staff is as friendly as it gets. They even went down the road to get the filter for my car since they didn't have it in stock. Instead of saying "we just don't have it" (which I would have been ok with) the gentleman went and got it for me very quickly and insisted it was no problem. I have recommended these guys/gals to several people and all of them have had the same experience. This is one of the few businesses that I can always count on. I have used this location for years. It used to be Faslube...since being sold to Take 5, I am not impressed with the shady business practices, and made my last visit there today. Not included in the advertised price was an oil filter. Really? Also, I was charged for an extra half quart of oil that my car doesn't require. When confronted, the employee stated that it was a corporate decision to not include the filter. Are you kidding me? When asked why I was being charged for extra oil, I was told that is what the computer told him. I will not return to this business in the future. read more
