DO NOT bring your car here. If I could give zero stars, I would. I brought my car in for an oil change yesterday with no prior issues and was sent on my way without being informed that my vehicle was damaged during the service. I came in for an oil change and was informed by the tech that it would be a few minutes as they had to remove some mud from my skid plate. I told him I wasn't surprised as I live down a dirt road. After removing the skid plate, the tech informed me that some clips were broken and they were going to look for replacements. I was then checked out for the service and sent on my way -- with no further word on the status of my skid plate. Shame on me for assuming the clips had been replaced, since they let me leave without saying another word about it. Shame on me for assuming they would take better care of their customers. After getting on the highway to head home, I could hear the skid plate banging against the bottom of my car before it tore off completely. I promptly called customer service and informed them of the situation, and was told I would receive a follow-up call. The following day, I received a call from the shop and spoke with Corbin, who told me that the invoice (which I never received a copy of via paper or email) stated that the skid plate was damaged upon arrival and it was recommended not to be put back on. I informed Corbin that this had never been communicated to me and let him know exactly what I had been told. He had nothing to say other than that they would be unable to replace it. I stated that if it was recommended not to be put back on, they should have: 1. Told me that. 2. Not put it back on. I told him I was never informed that the skid plate was hanging below my car before being sent out of the shop -- and was met with silence. I called customer service again, and while the representative acknowledged my frustration, she again stated they could not replace it. So now I'm out both the cost of the service and the cost of a new skid plate. 1. If the vehicle was damaged upon arrival as they claim, I should have been informed of that before they proceeded with the service. 2. If they didn't recommend putting it back on, they shouldn't have. And I should've been told. 3. They instead decided to put it back on anyway and were unable to secure it properly. I should have been informed that my skid plate was dragging below my car before I left the shop -- but surprise, I wasn't. I firmly believe they broke the clips off my skid plate while trying to remove it, and didn't have replacements. They should have AT LEAST told me what happened and zip-tied it back up to prevent it from being torn off on the way home. Unfortunately, they won't do the bare minimum to take care of their customers or take responsibility for their mistakes. STAY AWAY from this place. "Certified technicians" is a joke. Don't let your wives and daughters come here. They will take advantage of you, and it will end up costing you. read more

I use these guys for my services. I never had any issues with them and I've been using them for like 10 years? I used it for my personal vehicles as well as company cars and they keep great record so you're not hauling around all kinds of papers it's in their system. Professional and nice technicians. I downloaded the Valvoline app and saw there was a 0 -10 minute wait. Things went very smoothly when I arrived. I was told exactly what was happening all during the oil change. This place rocks! I couldn't believe how nice they were considering the long line late on a Friday night. They will continue taking cars up until the minute of closing hour. I get ripped off at any and all car related businesses. Not here though! Plus, there are great coupons online that the manager on call made sure I received correctly without my asking. I did, however, have a handful of questions about the service and my car which Aiden was incredibly helpful and kind answering. I told him how glad I was that I took a chance and drove across town for their oil change experience- which I will definitely be repeating for any necessary car service they can provide me in the future. Over priced and will damage your car. My wife went here for an oil change and tire rotation. In the process the tech decided to use an impact wrench to tighten the bolts on my skid plate which caused 2 of them to strip out completely and cross threaded several others. They also over filled my engine with oil and neglected to reinstall the drain plug cover - probably because they stripped that out too. They spilled oil all over the bottom of the vehicle when they removed the filter and didn't clean that up. These guys are unprofessional, untrained, and don't care about your vehicle. The manager completely blew me off when I complained about the horrible job they did. Now I have to wait and see if they over torqued my lugnuts. They not only did my oil change, but Travis noticed that my serpentine belt was cracking and needed to be replaced. Sunday right before they close, I thought they were not open on Sunday just happened to drive by saw it open and went in. Had just returned from a long trip and was over due. Blessing they were open but more than this the guys were super professional, sweet, ready and eager to help. I offered to return the next day but they insisted to help and did a great job!! Took my truck in to have a simple oil change. Less than 24 hours later oil leaking everywhere. Call the number listed takes you to a call center. What a joke that is. They need to screen the calls. Still wouldn't put me in touch with manager. Went back to have them fix it. Waited over a hour to have them tighten the oil filter. Glad the underside of my truck is covered in oil. Called ahead and spoke to Kelsey or Chelsea (something like that) when she picked up the phone her customer service voice is so good I didn't think she was real, totally sounded like a pre-recorded message. They are always very efficient (fast and thorough). A little pricier than other oil change options but it's worth it to drive up without an appointment and be on your way pretty quickly. Sometimes there's a line so I usually go a little before my next oil change is due if I see no line. If I do wait in line it's never been more than 35 minutes before I'm on my way so it's not bad at all. The workers are knowledgeable, and though they sometimes suggest changing air filters or mention an update that I should see the dealership mechanics about (beyond the scope of their tools or etc - happened once) it never feels like they're suggesting upgrades for their benefit and only recommending things as they're needed. Integrity like that is big for me so I'll continue trusting their expedited expertise Tip: sometimes Groupon has a discounted service voucher you can buy so that would be a good way to try their oil change services while saving money! read more

We were visiting my home city of Flagstaff and while down in Phx for the day, discovered a bad oil leak. When we got back to Flag, it was still really leaking so the next day set out to find someone who could help us. Right before we left on the trip, we had had the oil changed so it shouldn't have been leaking in our opinion (we had come from CO). We ended up working with the service center manager, Marcos Voelker. He was amazing. When we described the problem he seemed to have a sense of what was going on. The only problem....that side of town had a power outage and he couldn't help us. We would have to go to the other side of town. We were needing to meet up with someone on the west side so we did that and then drove over to the east side. By that time, the line at the east side place was extremely long. We decided to head back to the store we initially went to on W. Rte 66. Marcos was still there and power was restored. He had us pull it in and was quickly able to see what was wrong....a bad gasket on the oil filter. He replaced it and then put in the quart of synthetic oil we had bought while we were in Phx just in case we had needed it on the drive back. He did not charge us for anything even though I was going to get a bill from him and ask the place we had JUST had the oil changed before we left to reimburse us since the oil filter shouldn't have failed.
