The customer care reps should spend more time working on familiarizing themselves with the software. Almost could not get a coupon to work because of user error. The oil change interval was also incorrect for the type of oil and vehicle. Good place if you value time. Needs some improvements considering what you pay.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE…read more I brought my Mercedes E350 to Tire Choice #0601 because of a front-end knocking noise and asked them to diagnose and repair the problem. They diagnosed suspension components as the cause and recommended over $1,700 in repairs. After keeping my car for several days and failing to return calls and voicemails, I finally got through to them and was told the repairs were completed--but the knocking noise was still there. I paid $1,704.45 and picked up my car with the exact same problem I brought it in for. I was also told their alignment machine/software did not have the specifications for my vehicle, yet the invoice states that alignment was declined by the customer. To make matters worse, they entered the wrong mileage on my invoice. My car has approximately 60,000 miles, but the invoice shows the vehicle leaving the shop with nearly 100,000 miles. I now have to spend my own time dealing with the consequences of that error and making sure it does not affect my vehicle history. Paying over $1,700 and leaving with the same unresolved problem is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere, especially if you need an accurate diagnosis rather than simply replacing parts and hoping for the best.

My vehicle was not having these issues before I brought it in. After the service, I began experiencing problems with the brakes, and now the entire car shakes when I reach approximately 65-70 mph. This is extremely concerning and makes me uncomfortable driving the vehicle at highway speeds. What made the situation even worse was how I was treated when I raised my concerns. The guy at the front desk was rude, dismissive, and would not allow me to speak with his manager. Instead of taking my concerns seriously and trying to figure out what happened, I felt like I was being brushed off. Pointblank he told me have a good day multiple times when I asked to speak to his manager. I asked for his name and he said he's name is Midas! What was especially concerning was that another employee appeared to recognize that something had gone wrong with my vehicle. Yet I still could not get the front-desk employee to let me speak directly with a manager and properly address the situation. I came in for ROUTINE MAINTENANCE, an oil change and tire rotation--and left dealing with brake concerns and a vehicle that shakes at highway speeds. These were not problems I was experiencing before the service. I will be getting an independent inspection to determine exactly what was done and what is causing these issues. I am documenting everything, including the condition of the vehicle before and after this service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this Midas location. If you have your vehicle serviced here, thoroughly check your car afterward and do not ignore anything that suddenly feels different.
