So glad I'm getting help with these incompetent owners. The BBB has been contacted and I can't name any other agents on my behalf. But, people hear me, they damage your car then tell you about it later. Destructive by all accounts. To make matters unbearable is I've had corporate allegedly say that they've reached out to the owners to which the owners allegedly said they were going to reach out to me the damage to my car was on March 30 and today is April 29 and I have yet to hear back from them and might I add I asked for a refund of the work that was done, the part that was damaged to be replaced now that's simple right and then here on Yelp two bogus emails were sent saying that oh we're sorry that this happened to you basically yada yada and if you contact us and send us the information we'll assist you because we want our customers to be happy well each one of those emails came back undeliverable so those are bogus. The mom and pop owners are trash. read more

The reason for the low stars is that they did not give me a price quote when I drove up to be serviced and then hiked the price up. They asked what i needed, and I said oil change. I also immediately stated I had a coupon. The guy said nothing and proceeded to tap on his tablet. He then came for a signature, and all that was showing on the pad was a box for signature. I was still waiting for a price, but he just got to work. In the end, he stated that the price had gone up a few hours ago and that it was going to cost more. $23 more. He then tried to make up for it, saying he could apply a $20 coupon, which I responded to, why did I not get a price quote from the beginning? I already have a $20 coupon off the old price, which would make it under $100. He did not budge. He stated he would just do the $20 off the new price. This is not a way to do business. I went in for an oil change today, Sunday morning. I don't think I could ask for better service. As soon as I pulled up Max immediately took charge and took care of things. He said he'll take care of my truck while I sit in the warm waiting area. He assessed my truck, gave me a price up front and even gave me a discount without having to provide the coupon. I was in and out in no time. When Max said he'll take care of my truck that's exactly what he did. His partner even came out to me and showed me a sample of the fresh new oil. I was very impressed with Jiffy Lube and will recommend them to anyone and everyone. I'll be going there again, but hopefully not anytime soon, only as needed. read more

They don't open until 8am, so when I arrived at 7:45am, I waited in my vehicle for them to open. After the door was open, I got out and went in to check-in. There wasn't anyone at the desk, so I sat down for amoment and all the sudden heard a guy that sounded quite sick, coughing and coughing, and not sounding good at all. NEVER AGAIN! I took my car in for a LOF, tire rotation and and brakes. My brakes felt funny...soft when I pressed on them but thought that must be because they were new. The next day, I was out and about and when I tried to pull out of a parking spot, I put my car in reverse and it would backup. The rear of my car started to rise and suddenly there was a MASSIVE clunk and I went flying backwards....like I had just gone over a huge rock. I got out and there wasnt anything. The next day, the same thing happened again so we took it back in. Turns out, the tires weren't put back on correctly and I had driven almost 200 miles with tires that could have fallen off...on the freeway...with my children in the car. All the district manager said he could do was reprimand the manager. I think a refund is in order for endangering lives! read more

I've been bringing my vehicles, as has my family, to the Hesperia Jiffy Lube. We've been faithfully giving them our business since they opened this location many years ago. Today I went in to have the oil changed on my jeep which they have serviced for over 10 years. This heavy-set mechanic tried selling me a oil change I didn't request or need. When I politely told him conventional, Please. They pull my vehicle in but then came out and told me they were out of 10-30. So I told him ok, then 10-40 and he said we're out of that also....Really? Liars and Cheats have taken over my Jiffy Lube! DON'T LET THEM UP-CHARGE YOU! There are other places to give your money to if they try. They've lost our business for good! Shame on them and the guy (or guys) who thought this was OK! read more

Oh wow. I had a coupon and still paid $65 for oil change! I didn't take the lowest quality but still, seems high. They said price is $72. Other than the price, everything was fine. Short wait for a Sunday afternoon and employees were friendly and not high pressure sell. The place is half the size of the one on Bear Valley. I do wish they would post prices like other Jiffy Lubes do. read more

Been waiting since 10:30 ...1 hour 1/2 later I ask how much longer the worker said about 10 minutes so 20 minutes later I ask what's going on and the worker said unfortunately I had to send my workers to lunch it'll be about 30-40 minutes later so I'm just waiting here uncomfortable with my mask on for hours... it's 12:42 and still not done. They did an inspection on my car.. turns out that when I got my last oil change at pepboys.. they put my NEW air filter in loose so air was getting into my car. So, won't be going there again. I am giving 5 stars because the treatment of a customer is what makes or breaks a persons loyalty to a company and our treatment has always been good. We have been coming to this Jiffy Lube for many years and currently have 3 vehicles in their system. The service has always been courteous and no one has ever pushed more services on us. They have always given recommendations but we made the ultimate decision on what was to be done. So there has never been any surprises on what we were paying. I have dealt with many different employees over the years. John is one of my favorites because he is very straight forward. He is also very helpful and knowledgeable in his work. The sign out front claims $21.98 oil change....a good deal considering I brought my synthetic oil and high quality filter....but Art and his crew had other ideas. He claimed the above price was using their products with some sort of rebate from Castrol, yet all I saw was Penzoil logos and supplies, and assumingly Penzoil oil...meanwhile, the real charge was $44.99 even with my own oil and filter. My high priced mechanic shop only charges $29.99 as does Pep Boys. I wasn't made aware of the higher price until they upsold me some wiper blades for $19.98, installed! Great price....until he included the $44.99.. By then I had invested 35 minutes waiting and was now 1st in line and the bay was empty waiting for my car.....so I canceled the blades and just had them change the oil and filter......1st and last time there. $45.00 for 17 minutes work using my products....outrageous...I won't be back, ever. I went to Jiffy Lube in Victorville to get an oil. On my next oil change I decided to do it myself and when I tried to unscrew the oil pan bolt it would not come out it would just spin. I've done the oil change on my car before and did not have this problem. I took it back to Jiffy Lube and I was then told by Josh their warranty was voided due to myself performing my own oil change. I then asked Josh for his corporate number to file a complaint but he denied the number and said he did not have it on hand but instead he could give me his manager's number from the Hesperia location on Main st. A little disappointed in this place. I called in to get prices, liked the prices so I decided to take my car in. They pulled my car in looked at a bunch of stuff and then came to the front to take to me. They asked me if I wanted to change my air filter never told me how much it was, and suggested I did a few other things also. I did the air filter and an oil change. My total went from $34.99 to $60.40, holy cow! Whatever my oil change was done can change anything now. Well I saw the yelp coupon for $15 off, so I gave it to the guy he punched in the code well it only gave me $10 off. Did he change the price to match what they coupon advertised on yelp, nope he told me that it depends on location. I looked at the coupon again, nope it doesn't. If I could give this Jiffy Lube zero stars I would. I don't know if it was just me, or what. I was the only customer, around noon on a Friday. I went in to simply get my oil changed. I sat there and thought why is this taking longer than expected, 4 guys literally came out from the shop to show me things that was "wrong" with my truck. One of those things being which, my battery, which is brand new and works fine. I feel like the guys were just bored and needed something to do/ someone to pick on. Mind you, I've been to Jiffy Lube several times out of town and got good reports every time. I will never go back. read more
