Pass by this place,only. I went there got an oil change. The dude in the pit told the girl up top that I had a leak. A rear main leak. Now I park everyday for the last 2 years I pristine concrete pad and I've had this truck for 5 years and not once has it dropped a single spot of any kind of fluid. They wrote up in their report that I had a leak. Up at that point like I mentioned earlier no I didn't. I get the truck home get up in the morning get ready to go to work under the truck there's a leak. I called corporate. They asked me what I wanted had done. I told them I don't even want to step foot on that property because I don't know what kind of crap they did to my truck and they sure as heck are getting their hands on it again. My first problem was having being a delivery driver for their 50 gallon drums of oil that they use I felt some sort of connection to the company. Valvoline oil change. I have a Volvo that the oil filter is in a weird place. It took six or seven different guys to get it in at this point. I still didn't mind knowing where the location of the oil filter was once they got it on they started filling up the oil and I watched two of the workers checking the oil multiple times realizing it wasn't at the correct amount of oil and one of the guys picked up the dipstick and made the oil go down further to look like it was filled up more Then it really was. I addressed both workers that I saw what they did, they then asked me several times did I want it filled up all the way? I then repeated myself of course that's what I paid for it to be. Neither one took accountability for what they did and acted like I did not see them doing it right in front of me. I called over the manager. The manager apologize for what they did and sent me on my way with no extra reassurance or absolutely anything for what they just did right in front of me. read more

Don't go here. I went in to get an oil change. Next day I break down on the freeway. Get my car towed to a Mazda. I find out they overfilled my engine and filled it with oil two times. Mazda tells me I need to get a new engine and quote me $8,900. read more

Took my car in for oil change, they overfilled the car and I called them to let them know there was oil all over my driveway and engine to which they said they would look into and to bring the car back. We tried driving the car there but the car had no pressure so we went back home. They offered to come out 3 days later to my house and tried to fix it by having employees and manager refill 3 quartz of oil then they turned it on and the car blew a ton of white smoke. They towed it and said they did a new oil change and determined nothing was wrong with my car and it must be a different issue and to have a good day. I towed it to the dealership and was told vehicle needed a chemical clean to the engine and a new oil change, this repair costed me $1,300 and it did fix my car because nothing else was wrong with it. I filed for a claim and they denied it because I should have asked for the repair before hand (when they told me it wasn't anything they had done to the car). And also I should have driven the car for 1,000 miles (with no pressure on the engine) so that my head gaskets would have blown. Stay away from this place. read more

I'm driving across the country and suddenly my oil change light came on right before I got to Colorado. Checked Groupon quickly and voila! Saved some dough to pay for all my lodging expenses on my trip! I used a Groupon and saved almost 50% off the cost! Very nice staff! I was helped by Brittany who was knowledgeable and helpful. This location has 3 garage areas for oil changes, along with a separate car wash area so you can change your oil and then make your car look brand new all at one location! The staff work quickly, but I wouldn't call it a 15-minute oil change. Let's be real and just call it a 30-45 minute experience if there's no one in front of you. If there is another vehicle being worked on when you arrive, expect to wait 20-30 minutes before they get to your vehicle. I don't mind the wait, and I sure appreciate their services compared to changing the oil myself -- but let's just be clear what the actual timing is :) FYI my total time there, including my wait for the vehicle ahead of me to be completed, was 1 hour and 5 mins. Warning, This may be a long post, but very informative. I normal change the oil myself on all our vehicles and motorcycles. However, as anyone that has ever changed the oil on a Toyota Truck/SUV, or certain types of trucks. There is an extra step you have to do, by taking off the skid plate to access the oil filter, which can be a pain in the A$$. So after 30+ years of changing the oil on my trucks, I decided to take a chance on Valvoline Instant Oil Change shop. Since all I use is Valvoline oil for all our cars, this was the place I decided on. I had read my reviews ahead of time, and other than little grips, I felt pretty good about my decision. I showed up first in line last Saturday, and Aaron greeted me with a smile, and great attitude. I then pulled into the bay, and like the add says, I stayed in my truck and watched his team perform the oil changed. I do have to say, I was a little impressed with the process. Although I knew all the factory scheduled maintenance that was needed for my truck, it's nice to see that they go over that for you if you don't already know. I didn't feel the pressure of any up selling through the process. After all was said and done, Aaron made sure to ask if I had any questions, and if I was happy with the service, and I was in my way, in under 30 minutes. Now, here is where it gets interesting. Later that afternoon, I noticed a little oil drip, but figured, that was maybe residual oil, from the oil change earlier that morning, so I blew it off. However, the following day I noticed it again after church, and again after some running around. I got concerned, and since it was late on Sunday the shop was already closed. So, I called the shop the following day, spoke to Aaron, who remembered me, and told me to come in, at my next earliest convenience. Well today (a week later), was my next chance to make it over to this shop. As like last time, I got there early, was first in line, and like the Saturday day before, Aaron was there with a big smile to greet me again. I then explained who I was, and Aaron remembered that I had called earlier in the week, with regard to the oil drip. Aaron had me pull into the shop, and Estavan (oil technician, under the truck), started to check to see what the issue was. After some investigation, it came down to a faulty plastic oil filter housing. So, just to be clear, this oil drip issue had nothing to do with the service performed previously, it all had to do with a plastic part that had run its course. Aaron advised me that the had an extra plastic oil filter housing available. Estevan, installed the new plastic oil filter housing, cleaned up the skid plate, and got me back on the road within 30 minutes. I have to be honest, I was kind of expecting some sort of push back from the shop, saying this was not their problem. What I was not expecting, was the five star service that I experienced today. Not only did Aaron and Estavan go above and beyond, but they have gained a customer for life, for the oil service on my Tundra. Thank you again Aaron, you guys ROCK ! ! ! read more

Went in yesterday for oil change, wait was a bit long but nothing horrible. People were friendly and explained the process as they worked. Price was a little more than I would have liked but that's life. My issue happened later on in the evening. My check engine light came on and my car was shifting bad. Took it to get the code read and was informed my Mass air flow sensor needed replaced. Went to replace it, after spending $100 for part, and found that air filter that was checked during oil change had not been replaced properly and casing was not screwed in at all. Was not able to return part. $100 oil change cost me $200 and now I have a part I don't need. read more

got my oil changed here twice -- first time took an hour to get done Today I went in and got my oil changed and ended up sitting behind a truck for an hour, manager told me the car in front of me needed extra service so the wait time would be extended. Instead of moving me to another line, I sat there while the line next to me served five people, including three who showed up significantly after I did. After I got my oil change I asked for them to check my tire pressure and was told they were not able to do so, and then was sent on my way. Manager gave me a 20% coupon for "additional services" -- I do not want any extra services if you can't even fulfill your promise of an oil change in 15 mins! Excellent, outstanding, spectacular experience! Huge shout out to Aaron & Shaina for stellar customer service! I usually change the oil on my fiancé and my own cars although my fiancés car has a few extra steps needed to change out the oil filter making it a real pain sometimes. We needed to get the oil changed and this being a Sunday I searched for about 5 minutes on google maps trying to simply just find someone open that would be able to save me a lot of time and stress. I eventually came across "valvoline instant oil change". Only 12 minutes away from where we live. We called ahead and was told it would be a 10-15 minute wait time - which is perfectly fine having much worse previous experiences. When we arrived there were 2 other cars with one stall in the middle open. We had no wait time at all and we're instantly escorted into the stall as we arrived! Aaron and Shaina took great care of us the entire experience. We were quickly helped through the process and let me tell you. This is not your typical oil change! They go the extra mile! You remain in your vehicle the entire time an are able to see them in action taking care of your car right in front of you. This shows confidence, class, and trust that I have never experienced before with people working on my car. The communication between workers is excellent as they "call out" each step of their processes in each stall they are working in so that everyone is on the same page. - this shows excellent training and management. The entire process took 10-15 minutes and communication of what they were working on the entire time was perfect to the T. They checked our lights, blinkers, high beams, air filters front and interior, aired up our tires and ohh also changed and filled the oil all in front of us and again all of this process was only 10-15 minutes! Well worth the money and might I add an affordable rate! I really want to give props to the owners & whoever created this process to make it more of an "experience" for the customer. Hats off to you and you have just gained a long term customer I'll throw this out there and if y'all ever come out with some type of membership I'll be among the first to sign up as we will be coming here for now both of our vehicles, Thanks to valvoline instant oil change and workers like Aaron & Shaina I now have more time to spend with my family & weekend projects at home. read more

Very unhappy with my oil change at this location. Had my girlfriend take my truck in on her way to work, and she was stuck in line for 2 hours and there were only 2 cars in front of her. One car had to move in front of her because one of the technicians told her that they messed something up so they had to fix. While she was waiting in the truck they told her that "She was out of blinker fluid" and then proceeded to laugh in her face. To top it all off, they didn't reset the oil light indicator, or check the tire pressure. I wouldn't be as annoyed if this was a 40-50$ oil change, but it was 100$. i went in for oil change, they showed me how much corrosion I had on my battery terminals. I came home, thought about it and winter coming knew I should get it fixed. went back because they said it would be a 10 minute fix. Because of all the corrosion the clamp on the cable had to be replaced. A manager came in and started working on the cable and got me going again. The whole time everyone was concerned about my inconvenience. They all stayed engaged, smiling and doing their work. Needless to say it took them a few more minutes than 10, but couldn't be happier with the customer service or the job they did. I would give them 20 out of 20 stars. This business is great for standard oil change and simple services. Strive to keep it simple. I would not do antifreeze or more complicated services. Bets oil change experience I've ever had. Came here thinking it was a Jiffy Lube. Apparently it used to be but the address is still listed on Google. I spoke to the manager Aaron(definitely ask for him)who said that they have coupons and competitive pricing with Jiffy Lube. I was able to stay inside my car for the entire service and the whole process only took about 10 minutes. They hooked me up with a few extra fluid top offs and answered a bunch of extra questions that I was asking. The best part was that they outpriced Jiffy Lube by almost $35 for a synthetic oil change. The BEST place I have ever been to get my oil changed. The last place I went to apparently stripped my oil plug so it was spinning and leaking oil everywhere the entire time. I was supposed to drive to Spokane as soon as I got my oil changed. It just took an hour and a half for an oil change. I have been a Valvoline customer for years and will likely never go back. All the employees were just playing around on their phones doing stretches while I had a screaming baby in the car. I sat there for about 20 minutes when all that needed to be done was to actually put the oil in the car and send me on my way.
