OK, let's start this for you by saying that I've been going there for years and I've never had a…read moreproblem and that's why I continue to go there However I haven't been there in a while So I went there the other day and let's just say it's not as efficient as it used to be. Every time I've been there, I've been in and out under a half hour and it almost didn't matter how busy it was I went there Friday, July 10 just after work around 4:30 when I pulled up there was two cars ahead of me. You can't really call yourself in economy oil change place when it takes almost 40 minutes before you call me up to the counter to collect the bill and you're not even done with the oil change yet. But that's not my biggest complaint My biggest complaint is, I could hear them talking about how they're having trouble with my car hood from the lobby and full disclosure. I've never had any trouble with my car ever in my life. This is not a situation where I knew that thing was messed up and blah blah blah. Negative Never had a problem with my car hood So then one of the workers there calls me up and charges me for the oil change and then immediately casually mentions that they're having a little trouble closing my hood, but should just be a couple minutes. As soon as I sit down, he calls me back up like immediately And says hey, come here let me show you. I'm not sure why he had me go sit down or tell me that something should only take a minute when he didn't have an idea of how long something would possibly take but that's another story I guess So I go back to where they're doing the work on the and I stand next to the at what they're talking about and they say they can't get the hood closed, but they're willing to take apart the to rectify the problem, but it's gonna take a couple hours Well, I didn't have a couple hours to wait so I told them that I'm all just gonna have to drive off and then they said well you can't drive like this due to the fact that the hood will pop open. I was a little discussing that they didn't tell me any of this until immediately after they charged me. I was super annoyed full disclosure. I'm not the best at controlling my anger so I just called my brother who and if this a big fix and if I can just drive it away. He told me not to worry about it and that there's a secondary catch and that the hood won't pop over and I can drive it away and he'll take care of it. Funny these guys didn't even know that Whatever I guess I'm just pissed that after they immediately charged me they brought up the issue. I felt like I shouldn't have been charged for the oil change considering my hood was completely fine driving in there. My experience was NOT so pleasant. (April 2022)…read more I brought my, 2016 Nissan Altima, in because I was hearing rattling sounds whenever I drove at a high speed--very unusual. Day 1, April 14: The manager, Roy, and one of the mechanics, took it for a drive and discovered that my rear wheel bearings were shot. With parts and labor, I was charged $800. I told them to go ahead and take care of it. Two hours later, they hand me my keys and tell me I'm all set. Not even 20 minutes after leaving the shop, the rattling sounds come back. As soon as I reached my destination, I called Roy, the manager, and he told me to bring it back in the following day...so I did. Day 2, April 15: Roy and I took my car for a spin, on the street. Of course the rattling sounds went away. But then we took my car on the highway and they came back. He said "That's definitely not the wheel bearings, it's something else". At this point, I'm heated because they didn't notice this issue the day before.Anyways, he had the guys check it out. Low and behold, the sounds were coming from a broken flex pipe. I honestly feel like the pipe was the problem to begin with, and they replaced my wheel bearings for no reason. I DO intend on taking my car, elsewhere, to see if my wheel bearings are actually new. Anyways, I told Roy that I'd come back another day to have it fixed, but I wanted them to fix my hood latch, which had popped. He ordered the parts from Nissan, for $170, and told me that there were no returns. I knew that was bologna, but I said "Okay!". He then told me , with labor, it would cost me $293. I had to pay for everything UP FRONT. Again, very unusual. He told me to come in the next morning because he had to pick up the parts at 9am. Day 3, April 16: I arrive at the shop at 9:40. Roy was not there. The mechanics told me that he left and they had no idea when he would be returning. The time was now 10:55 and he had just pulled up. One of the mechanics came and took my car back at 11:17. Something told me to stand at the garage door while they worked on my car-- I'm glad I did. Within seconds, my car was on the lift. I knew something was wrong. When replacing a hood latch, your car does NOT have to be lifted, I was well informed . At this point , I'm pissed because they had NO idea what they were doing. That was confirmed when a mechanic opened up YouTube tutorial on his phone, with me standing RIGHT THERE . LOL.After watching the video, he began trying things that he saw. He still couldn't get it open. Before they broke anything, I told them, politely, to take my car off of the lift. I was then informed, by the mechanic, that there had been a RECALL on my hood latch, and Roy was aware.That means Nissan would have to repair it for FREE. So then I walked into the office and told Roy that I was informed of the recall , and wanted my money back. He was pissed, but after speaking with my uncles, who had used his services in the past, and told him that they would come to the shop immediately, he issued me a refund. I just pray that they installed my wheel bearings, correctly. I have the receipt, and a one year warranty, so I should be good. It's pretty sad that shops take advantage of women, or people who they believe have little knowledge about cars. Unfortunately, this was first and LAST time coming to this shop.

I have been doing business with this company for a few years…read morenow with my Jeep Grand Cherokee. A few weeks ago, my Jeep engine light started to flash on my way back from my son's basketball game. It got the point where my gas pedal was on the floor and I couldn't accelerate at all. I called Computer Tune and Lube and Dan, the owner, told me to drive it straight to their shop. So I did, and he said he'll have his team take a look and give me a call. Gave me a loaner (2010 Toyota corolla, that sounded worse than my Jeep). Told me not to drive it on Monday (day of the blizzard). With a quarter tank of gas and the way it sounded I just drove it home. Within a few hours I got a call from Dan. He explained that "fuel started to leak on my exhaust tank, which caused my catallactic converter, radiator, temp gauge, etc to not work properly and he'll have his guy start tonight if I give the okay. He told me it would be around $3,800 plus tax for everything. I felt EXTREMELY pressured. I told him to let me talk to my husband and I'll give you a call back. He said, "I'm leaving for the day, and so will my guy unless you give me the okay to go ahead. Otherwise, I can't get to working on your car for another week or so." So I did give the go ahead since I needed my Jeep fixed soon with 6 kids and activities and sports going on next week. Fast forward to last week, I picked up my car on Wednesday and paid in full the $4,267.28. The invoice was 2 pages long! Dan even said " you got a lot of life left in that Jeep. My brother pays over $1,300 for his new jeep, so no need to get a new car anytime soon" Well, yeah especially since I just put $4,000 into it. On Saturday, I drove my jeep on the highway it started to flash with the engine light again. Then my temperature gauge went all the way up to "H." And then it went right back down to "C." Thought it was a fluke so drove it home. On my street, I could barely accelerate and it started to smoke. After getting a second opinion, from another mechanic, they told me this is the shops fault. He said "you just paid to have your radiator replaced which is what cools your engine and prevents it from overheating. See if they can take a look at it free of charge since they caused it." On Monday, I went in person to talk to Dan and see if he could resolve this. He told me that it's my "fault I drove it. I would have to bring it back in the shop and he'd look at it and if it's on them, they would fix it otherwise I would pay for the tow and all other costs associated with it." I told him my jeep never overheated in the past and I just got my radiator fixed from your team and now my engine overheats. He says "it's an old car and has a lot of issues." I felt scammed and didn't trust him after that. I contacted the BBB and decided to write this review to warn others, especially women. His shop caused my jeep to overheat and now after $4,000+ of repairs I can't even drive it. It's NEVER overheated before and I just paid for all those parts to be replaced and then my car overheats and he won't even look at it free of charge? Women, moms, beware, this guy takes FULL ADVANTAGE.

Some have had vending machines. Nope Some have had TV sets to entertain you. Nope Some places can schedule your oil change with an appointment (not here). Now maybe you perceive all of those facts as a negative, and if you do you will probably be surprised by exactly how much I loved my experience here today. Where do I start? How about with John - the ultra-friendly and polite owner who will treat you respectfully and must have a PhD in Customer Service. This guy was amazing. How about the music system -I heard one great Beatle song after another while I waited for my oil change. But best of all, how about Olive, the House Labradoodle who will hang out with you in the waiting area and will melt your heart away. She would make one helluva stupendous therapy dog, For all of these reasons (and the very fair price) I will look you straight in the eye and tell you this was one of the best and most enjoyable oil changes I have ever experienced.
