Located at the Crystals Shopping Center next to Aria Hotel. The hubs asked what I wanted for Valentine's day and ended up here. It was literally between a Cartier Juste Un Clou Bracelet and the Vintage Onyx Alhambra Pendent. The hubs was Audemar Piguet picking out straps and asked that I decide quickly as he had to be in a meeting in an hour. I rushed over to Van Cleef, where I was warmly met by Claudia, the SA. I couldn't decide if I wanted another mother of pearl - but Vintage size. I already have the sweet. Or the Onyx. She let me try on both, gave me water and chocolates. I told her I'd be back because I literally could not decide and needed to take a walk. I rushed over to Cartier to try on the bracelet. Since Cartier did not have bracelet that I wanted, my choice became easier. I came back to Van Cleef, but Claudia was busy. That was ok. I was warmly greeted by another SA that offered the family more water and chocolate. Luckily I was prepared and told her immediately that I wanted the Onyx Vintage. I asked that I wear it out, but still wrap the box so I can "open" it on Valentines Day. Everyone I met that day was super helpful, kind, and patient. Really great shopping experience. read more

I came in several times over the past two years inquiring about a set of earrings. I also kept asking via text if they ever came in. The sales associate never bothered to request them for me. They require a deposit without any time estimate of when the item might arrive. If the sales associate knows I'm interested in a piece, they should just order it knowing I will 100% purchase it. It would not be hard to sell either, as it is popular. Not even the Rolex dealer requires a deposit for an order. read more

Cesar is the G.O.A.T. As someone who never visited the boutique in person, I called to try and request a really hard to get piece. Cesar answered the phone, very kindly helped me get on the waitlist for the pendant. Quoted estimate wait time of about 4-6 months, and I got my pendant after 3 months! I recently went to the boutique located at the Crystals Shopping Mall in Vegas with a female friend. She was looking to purchase a pair of earrings and asked me to accompany her. Her SA was busy assisting another customer so we were greeted by her manager, Ana, who offered us water and chocolates while we wait. Ana was a gem! My friend's SA (I forgot her name but she looks and sounds Russian. Tall, blond lady), on the other hand, was more of a pile of mud. She did not once greeted me, treated me like I was invisible the entire time! At one point, she asked my friend if she knew anyone that she could refer to her as a client... HELLO! Am I not worthy of her interaction? My friend did point to me but the SA completely ignored me. That was by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Must I be decked out in my Hermes leather goods and Cartier jewelries for me not to be "invisible"? What a rude and pretentious SA. I'd rather take money to the Cartier store right next door. VCA, please train your associates better. Just because a client looks a certain way (I was dressed down in jeans and sneakers) doesn't mean we can't afford your products. read more

Oh VCA....I had been eyeing their necklaces for some time and had regretted not visiting the store when I last went to Paris. Though I was tempted to purchase online many times, I decided to wait until I had a chance to visit an actual store so I can actually see some pieces in person and try them. I was interested in all the colors of the Alhambra line and couldn't decide on one. I came upon that chance when I went to Las Vegas recently for a short weekend (for a cousin's service, so not a happy trip). Melissa was my SA and she was so pleasant to work with. While browsing around the shop, she gave me a bottle of water and a small box of delicious chocolates made for VCA. Because I wasn't sure what color stone I wanted, she brought out four different ones that they had in stock for me to try on. I'm so glad I went to the store rather than making a purchase online because the stones actually change color depending on your skin tone and the lighting. I had originally wanted a necklace in mother of Pearl in white gold but the yellow gold stood out and looked better on me actually. The chains are also pretty short for my chubby self so I would need to get an adjustment to lengthen the chain. I would not have known this if I had bought a necklace online. Melissa was so patient with me as I kept going back and forth on the necklaces. I wish I could have bought them all but I'm not rich haha. In the end, I chose the carnelian stone. It stood out the most compared to the mother of Pearl, onyx, and chalcedony. Because it was a weekend and the jeweler was not available to do the adjustment, I could not take home my necklace. My necklace would be shipped to me the following week. Throughout the whole process, Melissa was super helpful, kind, and patient. She never rushed me or pressured me in to purchasing other items. I had a great shopping experience that I honestly wanted to stay longer and try on some of the bracelets and other pieces, but I had to leave right away as I was running behind to attend my cousin's service. After the next few days, Melissa kept in touch with me via text to give me updates on my necklace and when it was ready to ship out. She gave me a FedEx tracking number and the package was delivered the next morning. I was so stoked to receive it. Everything was nicely packaged. I plan to return to the store on my next trip so I can purchase a bracelet. When that time comes, I'll be calling Melissa to let her know :) read more

Excellent customer service provided to me by Sales Associate Ling! I randomly called this VCA boutique looking for a piece, and was lucky enough to have Ling answer my call. He helped me place an order for my bracelet, since it was not in stock, and followed up with me faithfully. Within a couple weeks my piece arrived and he packaged it up beautifully and mailed to me overnight. He was thoughtful, not pushy, and was so kind and truthful to me about the process, and the piece. This store in the crystal shops is probably the worst boutique in all of the united states. I have not had an experience as horrid and tainted as this one. The chain of command and management is poorly represented. My SA oshrat and her direct supervisor/director Alex have been less than helpful in assisting me with a missing package that they shipped via fedex. Supposedly the package was signed by someone from my property with a name I dont recognize. So I ask my family members if they received any sort of package while I was away at a conference that day--in which they all deny. Instantly I call my SA in which she was no help. All she said was we would have to conduct an investigation (which ended up taking 2-3 weeks)-- and let me tell you, the investigation only consisted of waiting for "fedex to verify that the package was signed" what a trash and absolutely horrible way of conducting a so-called "investigation." A package with valuable content should be insured in the event a problem occurs in which they can reimburse the client. Let me tell you I am a repeat client. I have bought 3 other bracelets from 2 different stores. 1 in beverly hills and another from texas with no issues. This store absolutely did nothing to help me and absolutely put me on hold every time I called. I spoke to the supervisor and he recommended that I dispute my charge and promised that he would email me a confirmation stating that---so that I can provide it to my credit card company. A refund can not be given due to the nature of an "investigation." Lord and behold the director ALEX never emails me, nor does he call me back to discuss these issues. I called corporate so that they can put pressure on this boutique, however I do not truly know how invested they are in fixing/alleviating this problem. This store does not deserve to be a representation of VAN CLEEF AND ARPELS. Management definitely needs to be changed. I am currently 5.5k down, and no bracelet to account for it. This is day 35. My time here at VCA here in LV was amazing! Melissa offered the best experience ever! She was so accommodating and brought out many beautiful pieces for me to try on. After my purchase, my bracelet had to get resize, and unfortunately since it was the weekend, the jeweler was not in to do the adjustments. She ensured me that I would get it by next week and would text me once it went out. Sure enough, she followed through and even tracked the package (it was overnighted). She texted me immediately as she saw it get delivered to make sure it arrived safely. I can't say enough good things about the store and their staff! We worked with Alice and she was so nice. This was my first time buying from VCA and I will definitely come back to her. Her customer service is amazing and she was patient and thorough. She brought me different versions of the necklace so I can choose. We had a private room and she even gave us a box of chocolate! She followed up with me every step as I needed an extension on my necklace. And the necklace was nicely packaged and sent priority overnight. The extension was done within 3 days so I was very happy. Wow, very impressive experience indeed! I came in a few months ago on a weekday evening casually looking, the SA that helped me was the best sales person I've ever met. (Unfortunately I don't remember her name, she was a middle-aged Caucasian lady with red hair) I was very underdressed and told her I was just looking, but that made no difference whatsoever. She showed me so many pieces and encouraged me to try absolutely everything. She was extremely nice and informative, not pushy at all in anyway. I ended up purchasing a magic MOP on a trip in California with another SA, but she was the person that actually sold me that piece. I wanted to leave a review to give this store credit, even though the timing just worked out for me to buy in Cali. She is a great asset to Van Cleef and I am now a little addicted to this brand all thanks to her. We have done three purchases at this location at different times. The first time was with Oshrat, awesome customer service. Went there for the second time, asked for her, she was off, so another lady helped us. She was helpful, good customer service. This third time was awful. We went there asked for Oshrat again, she was off, so there was a person sitting at the end, like the school principal, did not even bother ask if we need help or not, then there were couple of guys sitting there, so they just pinpointed to each other as whose turn it was, and a person eventually started helping us. The item we wanted was not available, so we ordered it for the delivery. The person gave some BS about the fact that they will be making this specifically for us which will take couple of weeks or more. In two days, he called and said it is available, and they can ship it to us. So we wanted it to be shipped. Not counting that they charged the shipping fee for a considerably expensive item, he never confirmed that the items was shipped and if we received it or not. He did not even care, I guess he made his commission already, who cares. So the customer service on this last transaction was awful. Next time if our favorite sales person, is not there, no more shopping at this place, let them start getting rid of the those newly hired used car sales people with their principle in glasses. read more

Absolutely amazing customer service. I walked in and was immediately helped be a SA named Melissa. I went in just to take a quick look at the Midnight in Paris watch. I was not expecting anyone to take it out and let me try it on. As soon as I went over to the case where the watch was, out came the black gloves and tray. She took me over to the seating area to try it on and it was so enjoyable. She made me feel very welcome and we talked for about 10 minutes about the brand.
