A bunch of cars sitting for ages and not selling because all the decent muscle cars have a 20k markup, while others that also don't really sell do not have the same bullcrap excuse for markup, which is......wait for it.......new cars (no not the ones on the lot)....are on backorder due to scarcity of microprocessors!. I left out a couple other Minor Details in my phone review. The first one was my car came in with 4 valve stem caps. Finally after 2 Plus hours I track down Oscar and they brought my car around. the porter took me out to my haircut I inspected it and realized it was missing a valve stem cap. He told me are you sure it was not there when you brought it in.. LoL I replied to him it had a cap on it. you told me I would have to move my car immediately as it was blocking people he told me I could walk up to the garage. He pointed in the general direction of it and ask someone where the cap was. At that point I got in my car and left. I also noticed that my front passenger tire. Was inflated to 39 PSI. well over the manufacturer's recommendation also more than all of the other tires on the car. Is this safe do they know what they're doing? read more

Found a Certified Used Jeep Cherokee I was happy with there including the price but when the salesperson Justin gave me the purchase price they had added on another $2,685; $495 for nitrogen in tires, $1,195 for Theft Patrol GPS tracking, and $995 for JM&A etch (I still don't know what that is). They came down a little in the price but have STILL not given me the Theft Patrol I paid for and I can't get ANYONE to address this. I keep being told a customer manager or sales manager will call me but nothing in over 3 weeks! I have bought many cars in my life and know most use tricks but this dealership is the worst I have ever dealt with. read more

I was in the market for a new car. Found one I liked on CARFAX, and was sent here. One of the salesmen said I could come in Sunday to look at the car. When I arrived, there was a crowded showroom, with many not wearing masks. I got the run around for a little over an hour, and left without ever being able to even see the car. Supposedly it was at a different dealership, in the shop for a recall issue? The next week I tried to come down and make an offer over the phone. They told me it was far too low and the actual price of the car was 6k more than was listed on their website and CARFAX. WTF?! Totally rude. Total waste of time. After going through a negative experience with another dealership, I was skeptical when Russell Westbrook's team member Selena gave me a lease offer that seemed to good to be true. Her offer was ready in just a few minutes and she assured me that it was the real deal. In a total of about an hour, I was in and out of Russell Westbrook having signed a deal for the exact figures and terms that Selena quoted me. I reached out to the sales department asking for pricing on specific vehicle stock numbers and for 4 days talked and texted with people haven't even been able to get a price. I texted and talked with one of the sales reps Maggy and she said they would get me numbers. Then I got a call from the "sales manager" Mohammed and was told he would email me numbers. I got two emails from him saying we will get right on it. Nothing that day. I emailed him back the next day asking for numbers again. Then I texted the sales lady Maggy again. 4 days later nothing. I don't know what is up with the Russell Westbrook dealership. I called in cause I want to buy a car and they won't even say how much. I don't know how much worse it can get. read more

Avoid these weasels. On the internet this dealership looks great, advertising lower prices than any of their competitors and a huge inventory. Why even give the other dealers a chance? The problem is it's all BS. I located a new Jeep Wrangler on their website that appeared to be marked down $7500. I emailed them for an out the door price and no one returned the email. The next day, I emailed them again and a salesman (who I charitably will not name) emailed me back and said he'd get back to me shortly. When he finally called me on day 3, I again asked for the price with tax and license. He said he'd call me back in a few minutes. 3 hours later, after I called him 3 times, I finally reached him. He just quoted the advertised price, said "plus tax and license" and then mumbled about $4500 in add-on charges. I told him I wasn't interested in any add-ons (which I discovered cost them about $500), and he told me they could not be removed. When I said that was bait and switch BS, he said my language offended and disrespected him. I asked him how long he'd been selling cars, as he was bound to hear plenty of course language in that line of work. He had been selling cars for one day. He then hung up on me. I later spoke to a sales manager who openly admitted that they couldn't make any money selling cars for the prices they advertise, and that the surprise add-ons were the only way they could make a profit (Yeah, bait and switch). He rejected the idea that it was an obvious bait and switch, siting a tiny, vague, easy to miss website disclaimer about possible additional equipment charges. I have since found out that ALL of their cars have thousands of dollars of mandatory worthless add-ons. I thought that old-school scam had disappeared years ago. When the general manager responds to the many negative Yelp reviews here, he uses the same lame claim that they don't advertise deceptively, and operate under "industry standards." I'm sure he pays lots of money to lawyers to defend that BS. In my 6 decades on the planet I have never encountered a car dealer this openly dishonest. That same day, I found an identical new Jeep at a smaller family owned dealership nearby, and I bought the vehicle for considerably less than the lowest price Westbrook offered me. Okay so I typically hateeeee cars salesmen, so when I got in a car accident and my car was totaled I dreaded having to purchase a new car. I wanted G wagon badly but it was NO WHERE near my price range haha so I looked around and test drove about 40 different cars. A Porsche Cayenne, a ranger rover, used of course... went to 3 different carmax's and finally fell in love with a white 2017 Jeep Wrangler . So now that I knew what I wanted I started hitting every Jeep dealership from Victorville to San Diego .... I searched high and low and was super thorough and it wasn't until I landed at Russell Westbrook Chrysler Jeep Dealership in Van Nuys that I actually got a good feeling and great service . The dealership is clean, the vibe is fresh and young and the people are all really genuinely nice. Oscar was my salesperson and he immediately made my mom and I feel taken care of, he left me drive a couple cars and showed me a better version of the 2017 one I was coming to see... as soon as I sat in the drivers seat of my 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL I was sold. After giving the guys a hard time, sleeping on it and negotiating ... I decided to purchase . Everything was quick, easy and without stress . I've had my car for about 7 months now and EVERY SINGLE TIME I get in it I'm as happy as the first day. The new Jeep is fast, sporty, useful and stylish. I couldn't love it more . Getting it serviced at the dealership can be a pain but you just need to call before it's dire because their schedule can book up fast. Once you go in it's such a breeze and they take care of everything for you ( even got me a ride and a rental car). If you're in the service department ask for Mike, he's calm and helpful and he always answers when you need him! He's the best! If you're looking to buy a car or you need help making a decision, find Oscar...To this day I still bug him for stuff or questions and he drives a Jeep so he's super knowledgeable, helpful and always answers my calls. Horrible customer service. Entrance to service was so packed you couldn't get your car onto the lot. Finally some tool named Vahe Gabriellan, who also goes by "Eddie" greeted me by implying that I had crashed my car and that's why the forward collision light was going on and off. He didn't stop to consider that the car only had 24 miles on it and was driven right off the lot and had zero damage. What I expected was, "That shouldn't happen on a brand new car, so let's take a look and get if fixed!" But no, he was implying that I was trying to pull one over on him. Then he said that if I did want to have it looked at I would have to leave it for 7-10 business days which is how long a diagnostic takes. HA! Might have mentioned that when I made the appointment. And it would cost me $299, which I would have to recoup from the dealer if it ended up that I DIDN"T crash my car. And he did all this with the bright and sunny personality of a disgruntled DMV worker. Stay away. read more

Just purchased the vehicle I've been waiting for almost two decades: a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I originally researched a 2015 limited they had on the lot so I contacted them on their website and Hazel Ballesteros from internet sales got back to me immediately. She helped me out via text and set up a appointment with Himani on the lot to see the Jeep. After a few short words she left and pulled the Jeep up for us to test drive. Everything checked out great rode very well and engine looked like it was brand new! We also decided to price compare the 2015 with a 2018 Laredo. They were able to get the brand new Laredo down to the same monthly payment as the limited. Long story short is I went with the 2018. Himani picked out a gorgeous color for me and I loved it right off the bat! Next step was where this team really shined though. We moved over to finance and met with Joe or "Uncle Joe" as he is commonly called around the office. Joe really is the magic maker that personifies what great service comes down to. He's been in the business for a very long time and understands many many aspects of car dealerships. He is also very easy to get along with and will truly do his best to help you along the right choices for your finance plan. Overall I'm over the top happy with the team at Russell Westbrook Jeep. I originally decided to get my next vehicle here about 3 years ago when I had to visit their service department to get a specific computer part for an old Dodge I had and I gotta tell you, their service team is fantastic as well!!
