After the alterations were completed, the dress appeared materially different from its original state. The skirt had noticeably less volume and flow, the proportions at the waist were altered, and the overall silhouette no longer resembled how the dress appeared prior to alterations. I raised these concerns immediately and asked for an explanation and to pause further work. However, my concerns about the alteration outcome were not meaningfully addressed, and no clear corrective solution was offered. Given the significance of a wedding gown and the cost of the service, I was disappointed by both the outcome of the alterations and the lack of resolution offered. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service to other brides.
