CNC never did a spring clean up, never trimmed the bushes, applied 1 single weed application when there was supposed to be 4 and when they did apply it they did it in the middle of the hottest days so it burnt up the grass around the property. The board of directors reached out 4 times to the owner Chad about our concerns who apparently shrugged them off because nothing ever proved so we decided to terminate the contact giving them 30 days notice. They were so professional they chose to ditch out and not show up the last week (don't worry we will be holding payment). 5 weeks of season they didn't even show up now! They also never clean or weed out the garden beds either as designated in the contract. Do not hire this outfit if you have pride in your home they are extremely unprofessional, sloppy, and unreliable.

He came out to our house the next day and looked at everything. The next week he went to the nursery and picked out plants and sent me pictures. He called me and we discussed the plants as far as the flowers, how big they'd get, etc. Shortly after our conversation, he was at our house planting the new plants. Spring of 2023 comes around and they decided to do a spring treatment even though I cancelled over the phone and removed my credit card from their website. I called them and told them I didn't authorize the treatment and they insisted I pay since they didn't have a record of my cancelation. If you decide to roll the dice with this company, DOCUMENT EVERYTHING!!! I was stupid for not insisting on a confirmation of my cancelled service. They got an extra $125 out of me for work I didn't approve - and don't tell them you're not paying it, they will attempt to take you to collections!

They gave me recommendations on watering and planting. When I followed those, the tree turned out great and my kids love eating the plums every summer. I recently went back for a couple Bald Cypress trees. They had plenty in stock. (Even if they didn't they have always ordered and received the plants in short time.). The trees are doing well The owners are ready to help and the customer service is great. They know their plants and will give you suggestions based on shade, no shade, soil type and proper planting. They even went the extra mile to help me secure the plants in my car and wrap the pot, so dirt didn't get on the inside of my car. Driving a car with three full plants inside was interesting. But I didn't take the option for them to deliver.
