The bride and groom asked for carrot cake for the bottom layer and marbled cake on top. Based on the reviews and pictures left on her Yelp page, I was very eager to see the final product and was thrilled when I finally met with her on the day we scheduled for pickup. The cake was perfect and almost an exact replica of picture I had sent her from Pinterest. "Almost" because her cake looked better! It was apparent that Risa took her time to delicately put it together and that baking is a passion for her. She also built a custom box for me to transport it; secured very carefully and thoroughly. Skipping to the wedding reception, it was even more of a surprise when we tasted the cake... especially the carrot cake. Many people (myself included) said it was the best they've ever tasted!
