She didn't wash her hands in between clients This is Las Vegas where everybody is sweaty and gross. Did she wipe down the chair after the last client left? No she did not. I watched her escort the client out take me straight in and never clean anything in between She reeked of body odor the whole appointment She was applying so much pressure on my forehead that by the end of the appointment I had a raging headache and constant neck pain When she removed the tape from my upper lids, she ripped it off despite my flinching and gasping in pain and she just kept ripping even on the next eye Then I had my lashes glued to my bottom lash and she just kind of aggressively separated those two When I went to get out of the chair I couldn't figure out how to sit it back up and I mentioned that twice. I was so eager to get the heck out of there that I climbed out of the chair and she laughed at me while doing it. I paid for 90 minutes and I got 75 at best. If this had been the first time I got to fill,, I would never have done Lashes again. Lucky for me I know this is an anomaly because I've been getting my lashes done for 10 years.

She had a cart of sensory toys for my son to play with & allotted for extra time to get him comfortable with her before she started his haircut. When I contacted the AI assistant for clarification, I was told there is a 10-minute grace period for check-in, meaning I should have had until 3:30 PM to arrive. The assistant also said I would be connected with a live receptionist to resolve the issue, but that never happened. I'm still confused about why my appointment was canceled and disappointed by the lack of communication. A simple explanation or follow-up would have gone a long way.
