This was my first time and didn't want to commit to that. She then eluded to that she didn't want to do the facial, because she wanted to play with her new machine (toy) she got in. I was beyond annoyed by this point and she just kept talking about this. I booked for my first time facial. If I'd known my time would have been wasted I would not have went. Next time please just honor the bookings people make and not talk their ear off and just provide the service. If the customer inquires about products then that's when you talk about it.

As someone who could tell when their hands were tense, she was so gentle about how she held my hands. She was able to give me the shape I asked for even though it was mentioned that my nails might not have been long enough. But she got it done regardless even while I was open to a shape change. Thank you I love my nails. I love the color I picked. I going to do my very best to maintain my nails till my next visit. She was able to help me locate the pain I've been feeling in my left hand. Mind you that was just from doing a quick lotion down on my hands after finishing the set. I genuinely don't have any complaints. I love how the staff try's to fit the vibe of the client. I'm not a chatty kathy unless something gets me going. So my nail days tend to be just the right amount of quiet for me to relax. She said she was going to use a warm blond for the low light, and I told her not use anything that is a warm blond as it reminds of oak kitchen cabinets. This is my hair, 1st photo, after Cayla was finished with it, after a Malibu, a cut, a toner and dye for low lights, AND she tried to fix it with a bleach, and another toner, and my scalp is burned! Most disgusting experience I have ever had, and not only that she will blame it on the client's hair, although my hair wasn't this color to begin with! I had to keep my eyes closed so I couldn't even see where the pup was. I was told that she would at most lay on the table with me which I was fine with. But even after mentioning I had a sensitive tummy due to giving birth the dog was still allowed to jump on my tummy. You can't even tell my left eye was lifted becuse as you can see in the photo not all my lashes are glued. Also you could only hear the terrible base of the music in the Solon which did not give a relaxing environment. The service took about 1 hr long
