They said they would fix it, but just kept the car for weeks and never fixed it! She finally brought it to a dealer and they found $6000 worth of damage to the car. It's so bad, the car doesn't pass the DEQ test. I bought her another car and now have a payment every month because this place sucks. Go Anywhere else but here. Edit: since I can't seem to answer you, you kept the car for weeks and all you ever did was reset the computer so the lights would go off. And you offered her $1500 for a car she had paid $5000 for just weeks before! And had the Nerve to say "the car isn't worth $5000"!!! None of that was helpful in any way! When I received the vehicle it needed new rear brakes, the latch to open the hood was hanging by a wire and the key tumbler was worn out, the key would barley stay in the ignition. In addition, the truck had a manifold leaks. Not surprisingly I was told by Mid none of this is covered under warranty and he refused to pay anything, even after I tried meeting him in the middle. I would not buy a vehicle from this dealership unless you can have your own mechanic to perform a thorough check over before hand. They will scam you.

A truck I bought from them 10 years ago is still running great. This means they do a good job vetting their vehicles. I'm sure a few sneak by but you always take your chances on any used car. They even go above and beyond. We needed a lift on the truck and they took care of that for us from a local company. It was a free service as we paid that invoice to that lift company directly. car shopping hint here..... beware of car flippers. Many mechanics buy cars cheap and fix them up to resell on craigslist. The fix is usually good enough for it to run and they can ask the higher blue book prices. How to spot them? a phone call with simple questions and re-reading the ad(s) carefully... and a lot of common sense. Compare the ad with others - how they are written up like a car dealer! One fella would not accept a cashiers check if we went together to get it from my bank --- red flag!!

In the beginning they did me well. After my father told they didn't want me going back due to the fact Rodrigo fucked my axle seals up replacing my ball joints and for months have been trying to get him to fix it. Then try telling a story to my dad that theres no way he (Rodrigo) could've damaged them when clearly its easy to damage them taking the axles out as any other mechanic would even tell you such as Ford and other mechanics in the area. Seized one of my hub assemblys up as well and replaced both because he didnt lube them. Front differential i had to have serviced and cleaned because he damaged the seals causing the differentials to be low and putting the axles back in pushed dirt into the differential. I asked over and over to fix it and he made up a story each time and actually never fixed it just cleaned it. It costed me a lot to service it and buy extra fluid until i can replace the seals. Always gave them the amount of money they wanted and not to talk face to face and after sending alot of people their way and they act like this? Horrible company and cant stand behind their work. Even talking to my father and not calling me and doing me wrong. Dont go to Don Lee motors. Word will get out of this treatment. As well they never answer the phone or call you back when they say they will. As you can see i tried multiple times to reach out and try and have it fixed and everyone knows on an 99 f350 v10 changing the ball joints the axles come out and the seals can be damaged. And well the photos can show you all you need to know.
