Stan was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. It ended up being a drain problem so he couldn't fix it...BUT what made the difference is what he did after. He recommended a plumber, who happened to be out of the country. After he left my house he called back, saying that he spoke to the plumber and gave recommendations for fix it ourself solutions, and price range so I could compare when I called other companies. This is so above and beyond that Royal Appliance will always be my go to for appliance repairs!

I was prepared for a hassle since Ducane was acquired years ago. But Yauhen, (pron. Johan), the owner and technician, was responsive, confident and very capable. He diagnosed and quickly repaired it for a fair price and was polite, personable and immaculate personally which speaks volumes. (I'm not a fan of the infamous "plumber" look) Another thing I really appreciated is that Yauhen doesn't sell grills--he repairs them. So there was no sales pitch to replace my high-quality grill with something new, inferior and made in China. His goal was to fix my grill and that's what he did. It's an older Viking VGBQ41 and worked but wasn't cooking well and had random hotspots all throughout the grill. Hired Kory based on his excellent reviews to see if it was salvageable. He came out and informed me that yes, it was quite salvageable and could definitely be brought back to its former glory without being replaced. Ho ordered some interior burner parts and gave me a very reasonable price to not only fix it, but return it to its former shiny self. Once the parts came in he went to work and completely rehabbed it. A plastic bag had blown onto the side of the stainless steel lid and melted leaving a very ugly large brown spot that I had tried to remove for years. After completing the cleaning it was gone. The bbq looks almost brand new and is back to its original self. No more hotspots and completely even cooking temps throughout. He even explained some functions that I was unaware of and did a fantastic job. Thank you Kory and the BBQ Busters for a complete redo and breathing new life into what I thought was a goner appliance.
