I saw a gentleman named Smiley. He was pretty good. He's a really nice technician. But in a few days I feel like I may say something diff. I have a thumb that isn'tshaped straight and a nail that already feels like it's going to chip. I got the gel manicure, he was so sweet though and def shaped my nails nicely. Besides the ones he didn't file straight. All in all he did an ok job and I'm not upset about it.

I've had a hard time finding a nail salon while I'm in school, but this is by far the best place I've been to!! Vanna is absolutely amazing and pays so much attention to detail. I do a gel manicure and a pedicure. If there's ever anything I don't like, she fixes it immediately. She is kind and very good at what she does. She also remembered my name after one visit, which I thought was awesome. I have never been disappointed leaving here, and my nails and toes last so long! The salon is very clean and take sanitation very seriously. All of the nail techs are so sweet and their prices are very affordable. Definitely go here!

Honestly i love this salon. One i must say the owner is the absolute best, i come in and get a get fill my manicure itself is just right but then the color selection is insane. I am a huge fan of odd colors and fasions and trendy nails ( other then the typical white, nude, simple looking classy nails ) and now they have CHROME! I had gotten a rose gold pinkish chrome and paired it with black on the bottom on the right hand and on the left, got a new opi Tokyo collection's purple with the rose gold chrome. It came out ao amazing i litterally left the nail salon overjoyed! hahaha, it had came out so bright and colorfull made my nails extremely smooth the chrome colors can be paired with any nail polish they have which is soo amazing because some metallic colors your only limited now there are so many more options!! Honestly im a very happy customer, and if your looking for a place that actually cares about your nails and doing a good job on them go here. Designs and color selection

I decided to try Top Nails for an acrylic fill. The owner was my nail tech and drilled my gel off so aggressively a nail cracked down the middle. After that he applied more acrylic and drilled again- this time tearing up my cuticles until I bled on both hands. After my nails were terribly shaped and filed the owner berated me for wanting only a regular polish and was asking for my reasons why I didn't want gel in front of the entire salon. When this mess was over I went to pay and stood at the register while the owner was texting on his cell phone for 5 minutes on the other side of the register. I would never recommend this salon to anyone.

I recently discovered this salon and highly recommended Sol. Anyone who gets pink and white manicures knows how hard it is to find someone who does it well. Sol is meticulous and does an awesome job.

I walked in last night without an appointment and was greeted warmly by So. The salon was beautifully kept and everything clean and organized. I was asked to wash my hands upon entering which I gladly did. I was able to get a spa pedicure with Molly and we added the hot stone massage. The whole experience was wonderful. Molly was incredible, and the massage was amazing. She was so intentional about it! - I am a hair stylist and recently I've been experiencing what feels like plantar fasciitis in my left foot and everything was so relaxing. It was the Best pedicure I've had in a very long time. Aside from the service, So and Molly were so kind and welcoming. I drive to Boston to get my nails done and I will be coming here next time! So does incredible nail design and has everything you want for nail art!! The girl who was with him at the time had the most beautiful nails with rhinestones and gold leaf - I love changing my nails every time and I am very excited I found them only one town away from where a I live. Best service and quality in town, I won't go anywhere else! They're always accommodating and really listen to what you want done. And if you don't like something they're always willing to fix it without an argument or an attitude. always have my nails squared but this time I decided on rounded. They could have been better. I'm thinking of stopping back in to have them corrected.... also I think manicurists should be more artistic on drawing things on your nails. I've done my nails all my life and I especially around holidays draw pumpkins, black cats, witches, and xmas trees, snow, etc....I really don't see that in salons I've visited. Been going here 6 yrs and will continue to. The owner So is awesome. read more

If I could give them a 0 star I would! Terrible salon, terrible customer service and even worse management!! My 15yr old dsighted saved her $ to get her nails done. She went in with a design in mind. The nail tech wasn't able to do the design so just did a half ass job. When my daughter asked to remove it and just go with plain white nails not only did the nail tech yell at her but the manager/owner came over and started yelling at her too for wasting their time!!! A 15 YEAR OLD! By hersel! When I picked her up she got in the car in tears. They are lucky I didn't get the whole story until we were home or there would have been a scene!!! Not to mention her nails look like shit and there is polish all over her fingernails. DO NOT GO HERE read more

I wish it didn't come to this but looks like it's the only way to solve it. My wife went in to get her nails and toes done the other day and they weren't exactly what she wanted so she went back the next day to get them fixed and they still didn't give her what she wanted. On top of that there are bubbles on the nail and just don't look good. They didn't do the right color and went over the lime green toe nails with a different color but can still see the old color on the sides. I called and tried talking to them and ask for a refund and I was told No so I told him I'd dispute it and he hung up on me read more

I don't go to this salon anymore because it's a very painful experience every time I go. technicians burn me with their drill several times. and I stopped getting pedicures here a long time ago because that was the most painful experience of my entire life and took 2 hours. I like a salon that I can get both a pedicure and manicure during same visit, and not get injured every time I go. very nice people, but not a relaxing experience and very painful inexperienced techs. I love top nails! I have been going here for 2 year since Sol took over. The place is decorated beautifully. Also clean and neat looking at all times. Sol Does the best acrylic pink & white nails than anyone in town.Everyone that works here are very Friendly and aim to please. I had a terrible experience here. I got a acrylic full set on Friday before I went on vacation and I loved my nails before I left, I paid and went on my way.. a couple hours later I started to get pain in my cuticles and I had cuts on them that were bleeding so I called the salon back to tell them i don't like my nails i want them off and i would like to be refunded because i have only had them on for a few days when they are suppose to last 2 weeks, they told me they will not refund me because that's not what "they do". I am in this industry and you are suppose to stand behind your work and if someone isn't happy with there service you accommodate them. It took my mom to call him and me and my boyfriend to go there and get our money back after the owner laughed in my face. On the way out he said "if $53 is this important to you here you go get out of my store". I wished him the best with his business after he involved his clients in the situation. Totally unprofessional and super disrespectful for telling me he can take the nails off but he will keep my $53 that I just paid on Friday and If I want another service he will charge me for it. ‍ read more

I only started getting my nails done regularly after my experience here. So does my nails every time, whether it is gel, acrylic, dip powder (my favorite), or pedicures. He is the best I have ever been to. I drive from the South Shore at least 45 minutes out of my way to get my nails done with him. If you have any problems with your nails, always let the technicians know and they will fix it immediately. They are very understanding and will hear you out if you are as OCD as I am! The people here are kind and are there to make sure you leave with beautiful nails! I will always recommend friends to visit So. read more

I've been to Top Nails twice and i've had different experiences both times. I was hearing great things so i decided to give it a try. The first time was great, i got dip powder with acrylic tips. it came out great and lasted so long! when i went back the second time to get the same thing, just different color, and it turned out awful. My acrylic tips are slanted, they did not shave down the dip so it is thick, and they did not fully take off my previous color, so it is still showing underneath my new color and on the sides of my nails. I am slightly disappointed to say the least! read more

Kind of a joke to pay $40 for nails (and then add on tip) only for them to be broken a week later.

I have had issues with regular polish and gel polish chipping, so I always get dip and I'm amazed by how strong and durable it is. I'm a mail carrier and with the dip , my nails never crack or break. Being on my feet all day, I need to take care of them and the full service pedicure is perfect! I feel brand new when I leave there, every single time! Jenny's ombré skills are so on point!!!

Called and asked for dip and pedi, when I arrived I was told to pick a color for my toes, I asked…read moreif they had any matching colors (dip and regular polish) they told me yes. I picked a light shimmery teal color for my fingers and asked for the matching for my toes. Pedi was good, except for the fact that the man who took of my dip while I was getting my toes done burned me with the drill a few times, and had me awkwardly turning and reaching to remove my polish (at 8 months pregnant it's not easy to twist around. There was no one else in the salon he could have just come over to my other side) as my toe polish was being applied I noticed it looked slightly different then the swatch I picked so I asked again if they would match my fingers and told yes. When my pedi was done the woman took my shoes and told me to go over to station 1. I awkwardly picked up my bag and cellphone and had to walk bare foot over to the nail area. No disposable flip flops were offered. The woman pulled out the dip (the same one who told me they would match in the beginning, not the girl who did my toes) and it looked very light. Before she began I expressed my concerns about the color not matching as they were completely different brands. CND for toes and SNS on my nails. She claimed it would be the same and if I didn't like it she would redo my toes. I could tell she knew they weren't going to match because she kept looking at my feet as she was dipping my fingers and seemed like she was rushing. The color on my nails has a shimmer to it and is lighter then my toe color. After being there for 2 hours at this point I just wanted to leave. I walked out with nails that are different shapes. Some have rounded corners some are sharp, dip polish under my fingers and around my cuticles, no lotion on my hands so they were chalky from The drill and really dry and not even matching. Before I was even able to pull out of the parking lot the woman who did my nails ran out and got into the man who removed my polish car and left. 10/10 will not return or refer anyone to this nail salon.

This salon & So ( the owner ) ROCKS !!!!! So is the most friendliest person you will ever meet. ( I wish he was my boss ). The salon is very clean and all the ladies that work there for him are very sweet. When you go their it is truly like a vacation away from your daily stress . Every time i go their I challenge So with a new design and he nails it. Everyone always loves my nails. I must also let you all know that for many years i thought because of all the physical work i do with my hand that nails would never work for me , as many of my friend nails keep breaking but after a lot of pushing from my nieces i gave So a shot and his craftsmanship and quality of products are top knots . i recommend his salon to everyone who asks where i got my nails done. read more

The salon is well staffed with professional technicians who are able to provide whatever service you are in need of- manicure, pedicure, full sets, waxing- they do it all! **BEST nail salon I've ever been to!** I consider myself to be a very picky nail person, but So (the owner and best nail technician I've EVER come across) and his team makes sure you leave with exactly what you're looking for. My nails used to be lumpy and bumpy and now they grow long and strong! He personally trains his team and the service is phenomenal. They really are "top!" I got a fantastic gel manicure about which I can't complain for much cheaper than a comparable manicure at my former salon. The staff were very kind and understanding while I bumbled around, having never had a manicure on my own before. 10/10 would visit again. read more
