a worker here pulled me into the back room to "show me more options" for vapes. he made it clear…read morethere were no security cameras back there. he stood at the doorway and asked where i lived, if he could have my snapchat or whatsapp or instagram. i declined and just pretended he didn't ask. he kept pressing. then he continued to stare at me as i looked at the products, and asked if he could kiss me?! i said "absolutely not". he said "please????". thankfully i have experience with men like him, but it was disgusting and clearly something he has had a lot of practice with. i called and asked if i could be connected with management or HR the next day to discuss the issue, and they blocked my number. the worker was of short stature and skinny, a bit younger, like 24-28, scruffy beard, maybe gauges in his ears or a few piercings or something alternative. he was working on 8/11/2024, i came in around 9-9:40pm at the barbur position. there is security camera footage. of us walking into the back and me telling him to never do that to anyone else again as im walking out the door. he was "shy" with a heavy arab accent.

I've even bought propane refills from them. But today some jerk came out and purposefully told me to get lost. He didn't bother to tell the Ambulance drivers who were getting sushi, or the police car that was there last week. No, he picked on me, while I was legally parked in the only disabled parking spot on the block. Apparently my disabled permit isn't worth squat. Ambulances who eat sushi are okay, but not disabled people. I guess we know what kind of scum really run this place. If I could give "no stars" I would. You can't scare me off.

Very poor experience - Absolutely fraud of a business. They sell crap products. My sister purchased…read morea battery for a Marijuana cart that broke after 1 week. Then fast forward I purchased a vape from them late in the evening on July 18th. On July 21st the vape died for the first time so I plugged it and after about 30 minutes I looked at it and it wasn't charging at all. So when I got off work in the evening I drove to the vape shop and brought it in. The man helping me was a taller white guy with brown beard who claimed he typically works at an alternative location. I explained the situation to him and he plugged it in and viewed the same issue - the vape wasn't charging unless you directly held the charger in place. He then told me that since it had been 2-3 days that he wouldn't replaced the vape but he would give me 20% off. Honestly after spending 26$ less than 3 days ago - I don't want to spend another 20$ - ESPECIALLY IN THIS ECONOMY. Anyways the clerk told me I should have tested it before leaving, I then asked him if the new standard was to bring a charger and test it that way too. He was aggressive, and not customer service oriented. He told me if I wanted any other help to call back in the morning when a manager is in. I let him know I called the morning of the 21st and no one had answered. Fast forward to the following day, I called when I was off work, asked to speak to a manager, the immediate response "STOP CALLING HERE" to which I said "Excuse me? I was instructed by you guys yesterday to call the manager today" He then said "What do you want a manger for?" at this point I'm already in tear honestly - The fact that they think it is okay to be that aggressive in general but also while at work and to a woman is disgusting. NO ONE uses this system any more. After 15 minutes I was allowed in. The budtender was very busy emptying his tip jar. He asked what I wanted and I told him I ordered online. He proceeded to tell me that their online system is not working and did I have a picture of what I wanted. WHAT? I told him the name of one of the ones I ordered. He didn't check anything, just told me they didn't have it. So, I was rudely treated, waited for nothing and went home empty handed. The absolute worst experience in a dispensary I have ever had. There are many dispensaries in the Portland area that offer friendly, helpful service and actually have an accurate menu and a way to order on-line. RUN from this place unless you want a repeat of my experience.
