He told me he was going shopping the next few days and to come back and see him. 3 days later, I arrived back at the shop to purchase the 4 bottles he specially had on hold for me. And he gave me a sweet discount for sticking through the mishap previously. But it doesn't end there. Not even 4 days after that, I lost my vape in Alpharetta. So I texted the shops number and went through different rig options that fit my needs so had an idea of what I needed before I got there. Y'all. He nailed it. I got a fantastic new setup and he walked me through everything: coil change, modes etc... this new Drag rocks! And again today, swung by the shop after sending a text, 2 days ago mine you, letting him know that I needed 3 boxes of the berg. Showed up and everything was packaged and ready to go! The customer service here is top-notch. If you're looking for a place to go ask questions and don't want to be sold the most expensive item, this is it. TLDR: don't sleep on this place. Go for all your vape needs.

He asks invasive questions and lectures customers about why they shouldn't buy the products he is getting commission selling them! it's hypocritical and makes me not trust the safety of my personal data with an employee who regularly harasses the customers he is serving. If I were Priyesh Pomal I would fire this jerk and I would also have my employees take a fat sharpie to the shipping labels with the store owner's name on them. These are both examples of poor information security. They have recently changed their loyalty rewards system but customers still need to give their phone number out loud - yet another example of poor data security practice. They have a new paym system and it should be set up To allow customers to punch in their number. The regular weekday manager is fantastic and she always takes great care of her customers. Couldn't try it cause I was driving. Got home. Tried it. Won't work. Husband tried it. Won't work. Piece of crap and a store that sold something for 40 and won't stand behind it is a store I will never go in and buy anything else. Would NOT recommend this store and for sure not this pen.
