I have been going to Vape & Co for some time now and my review is long overdue. I will start with the entire staff, as generally, it is most important aspect of any store front. If I had to sum this up to one word it would be amazing. Everyone (Danny, Thinh, Mark and Austin) is very knowledgeable and most importantly, is there to help. The Key word I had chosen to use was help, not sell. There have been plenty of times they have talked themselves out of a sale because they felt I did not "need" which ever product I was trying to buy. They put forth the effort in finding out what it is you need prior to making any recommendations for what you should buy. This is very respectable in this day and age where most businesses really just try to make money. I starting visiting this shop since January 2014 after I have decided to quit smoking and have learned so much about the vaping industry since then. Personally I have been to countless vape shops in CA,NV, PA, and NY as I have family in most of these states. I was a smoker for over 8 years before I was introduced to the vape scene. I have never personally met a nicer more knowledgable staff that is willing to discuss with you the in's and out's of vaping, whether it be a pen style, cartomizer or a full mechanical dripper mod. There are $2 dollar rebuilds by an expertly trained staff which is a bargain compared to other shops that I've been to. Not to mention that the builds are always really good! There are a lot of juices to try at this store but it isn't overwhelming due to the large menu screen that sits right in front of you as you try the flavors. Sometimes the juices are out of stock :( but I always seem to find a juice that is really good! Hands down best vape shop ever. Super friendly guys that welcome you as you enter, unless they're busy helping someone else and they always ask what you need before finishing the task at hand. If you just need a juice or replacement they get it for you right away so you don't have to wait. I'm pretty new to vaping and had recently just moved down to Irvine and I needed a place to go to for rebuilds and juices. Sat down at the Vape n Co bar for the first time and got helped by Thinh or Austin, at this point I forget who, but immediately they made me feel comfortable about coming in and taught me a lot I didn't know about vapes. No pressure to buy anything at all, instead they just sat and chatted with me while recommending juices they felt I would like based off my preference. Since then, always came back when I had time and not once have they let me down. The store is kind of tucked away next to the Shell Station next to the 5 at Trabuco. Once you step inside, you'll get greeted by the guys working at the bar. Farther inside is the display for their mods, batteries, etc. And a huge couch if you wanted to just sit there and chill. They only carry the best so if you are new to vaping, don't be surprised at the price. The mods they sell are all genuine, they don't sell clones. Only spot I goto. They have a good selection of juices, and the service is always great. They are welcoming and will answer questions you may have. It may sometimes be intimidating for a beginner to get into. They will take their time and explain things, and put you at ease and won't pressure you into making any sorts of decisions. Really cool shop. All the employees are knowlegable and passionate about the products the are selling. Their juice inventory is always expanding to include new flavors and they always support upcoming juice companies. Every time I walk in, they greet me and offer assistance right off the bat. I took my time in the store and tried a bunch of their juices, but never once felt pressured to buy anything. When I do decide to buy one, I'll most likely be coming here. I was looking for a vape shop that was open after 7, which is when I get off. I found Vap & Co. on Yelp, and was surprised to learn that they are open until 10 on Sunday, and they are within walking distance from my home. The atmosphere at this shop is great. They play awesome music, its very open, and very upscale looking. The shop I normally go to is very cramped, and does not have a very professional feel to it when you walk in. I was surprised at the selection of flavors they had, and after trying about 10 different flavors, I was so confused as to which one to get; they all tasted amazing. I ended up getting the Abba-bomb and Melonhead, as well as two cartomizers. The staff there were super polite, and had great suggestions for flavors. After getting home I realized the cartomizers were too short for my tank, so I headed back to the shop to see what they could do for me. They immediately apologized and gave me the two new cartomizers of the correct length. They offered to prime it and set it up for me, but I left me juice at home. I was really pleased with this vape shop, the atmosphere, flavor choice, and customer service was great, and it is very close to my home. Forgot my KeCig back home and needed a fix. Yelp help me find this place around the corner. Bar-like setting with a bunch of people at the bar. Greeted well by a fella at the end of the bar by the name of Thien. I knew what I wanted by didn't want to spend the farm for a temp-fix. Thien met me at the showcase and we discussed my options. Finally settled on a eGo Twist $28. When I found out the charger $5 was extra, he threw-in a disp-tank to smooth things out. Thien even filled the tank with Pink Starburst to carry-me over for my drive back home. This is the very act that'll keep me coming back and my loyalty.
