The drive-thru experience was a breeze and I especially liked the set-up of the vacuum and interior cleaning stations. They are typically busy but the wait is never long. Always friendly and accommodating when I need them to break a $10 or $20. You can wait on the benches but they also have a waiting room with complimentary water and coffee, which is nice on hot days. The exterior wash is usually good. Gets the bird poop out and makes the rims shiny. You can stay inside the car for the ride. The interior cleaning is where they fall a little short. It's good not great. I always notice a little dust or pebbles left in corners. Areas that require a bit more effort to vacuum or reach. They don't rush and if you point something out, they will grab supplies and go over any problematic areas so the service is good.

I could've done this at home if I knew it was going to look the same on the inside when i brought it in. I wouldn't go back honestly save your coin and your time and just do it at home. I opted for the All American Wash as it wasn't too dirty and the price was right. He took care of both interior and exterior but also got into a lot of small areas where most people don't. He also got my rims looking brand new which is pretty hard to do because my car gets a lot of brake dust that builds up on them. We spoke a bit more about his other services which I will be using in the future(he does it all). While there, they pointed out some damage to my other side mirror and they suggested replacing that one at the same time as the other. It made sense to me, so I had them do it.
