Jere worked diligently to find the specific vehicle I had been searching for and found my 2020 MKZ Hybrid; having driven a 2016 MKZ Hybrid I wanted a newer version and 2020 was the last model year produced; the closing with Judd was quick and smooth and Jere took a lot of time to show me the ins and outs and differences between this model and my 2016; which I traded and felt very good abut my trade allowance. Called to have recall service done and never got a call back. Called again weeks later and after clarifying in my voicemail that I had left a message before I finally heard back. The lady that called me was helpful but transferred me to the service department. When I was trying to figure out if we could get a loaner car because my wife has to go to work I was told we couldn't and they said the only option I had was leaving the car with them for one to two days and I said we need a car and they said "that's the only option" and after I said okay, they hung up on me. Incredible car dealership. Walked in to test drive several used vehicles and ended up leasing a new one for $200/month less than buying a used car and making payments. My rep, Karen Sabatini, walked me through the paperwork and I was on my way. Of special note is their amazing service department. My car needed a software update so Karen arranged for their Valet Service to come by my house, and get my car fix. With an almost new Lincoln Continental to use while the car was being serviced. I normally have prompt courteous service getting oil changes at this location. Had a warranty problem with a Raptor and was hoping to have these friendly folks help me out. The truck had a stuck injector and wasn't drivable, only a year old. Since they had been doing my routine maintenance, they set up the appointment to look at the vehicle on the same day and would make a commitment to order parts quickly but that it wouldn't be fixed immediately. My expectation was that it would be 2-3 weeks to complete the job, but they seemed eager to get things moving than the local Ford dealer, whom wasn't even interested in looking at my vehicle for over 2 weeks. I just had to get the vehicle towed there. Ok. I'm on it. $175 later, the vehicle is dropped off and I get a call form their manager. They don't service Raptors and want me to take it elsewhere. That will be another tow fee. My literal question to him; I clearly explained the problem to your service department, the exact model of the vehicle, set up a valid appointment, and delivered the vehicle as requested. Now that you don't want to work on it, is there anything you can do about the $175 just paid to get it here, or help me get this to another dealer. "NO. We are not willing to help you with any of that". I'm not sure how I'm the bad guy here. You wasted a whole day of logistics and an amount of money I wish was not squandered. Our son purchased his first car recently, a used 2018 Escape from Varsity Lincoln. We worked with Jere Law who is as knowledgeable and professional as they come. We have worked with Jere in the past as he also found the perfect vehicle for our daughter years ago. We knew Jere would take care of our son and not only find the perfect car for him, but explain to him the whole car buying experience. He introduced him to members of the Varsity team including Stephen Elzein who did a great job explaining the financing and warranty choices, Stephen found him a great rate and an appropriate warranty plan. You'd think it would be easy to order what you want from any dealer but Andy was the only person that took care of us without requiring hours in a dealership. Even though I'm a thousand mikes away and we never saw each other face to face Andy made it happen. It was also convenient since he had the vehicle delivered to my local dealer. I was there for less than 10 minutes to pickup the vehicle and did all the paperwork by email and FedEx. The dealer that handed me the key for Andy's sale was the same one that wouldn't process my order without a day at the dealership. read more

Great guy who always goes the extra mile to make sure service is top notch Jere the sales manager on the other hand will belittle you if you have tattoos and don't look like a "normal Lincoln owner " We are buying another Lincoln which we currently own an MKT and are keeping that and also purchasing a new Navigator which we will not be purchasing from Varsity. It is unfortunate as we have bought many cars from the Stanford's over the past 15+ years and after my dealings with Jere today about the quality of our MKT that was purchased at Varsity along with another Lincoln MXZ and his response to the issues we are having with this vehicle was since we are not happy with how it drives and how noisy it is to trade it in for another vehicle , we will give you a great deal he says. We had one or two "OK" things to say about our experience but overall so disappointed. We found our car online and reserved it. We drove across state to get it. We goofed up the title on our trade in and they did help take care of that so that's where one star came from. But the second we got there we felt like we were a pain or not worth their time. Our salesman was trying to do about 15 things at once and we flat out got forgotten a time or two. They have a decent waiting area but horrible guest wifi. So it's not like we could do much during our 3 HOUR wait to get our whole transaction done. The finance part, once we finally got there, went pretty smoothly so this the second star. The thing that upset is the most is that as we were pulling out we realized there was a small chip in the windshield. We contacted our salesman immediately and his solution was to get it fixed on our own and send them the bill. We did that and now 4+ months later we still haven't been reimbursed. read more
