We brought our Ford Flex to this dealer for an oil change prior to a trip. While we were on our way out of town, we heard a scraping/draging sound from under the car. We stopped in a Speedway gas station to find the Front engine cowling (needed to be removed to change the oil) only had one of four screws holding it on! I had no tools so I borrowed some pliers from a maintenance truck getting gas. 'I' fixed the issue laying on the ground by the gas pumps. I then called the dealer & spoke to the service manager. He said he'd look into it & call me back. Never got a call! Then a day later, I stopped in & spoke to the 'General Manager'. He said he'd look into it. No Response as of this note. If they can't handle someting a 'simple' as an oil change, 'Be Afraid'! Be VERY afraid! I will not be returning my car to them for ANY Maintence! They seem to be apathetic to customer concerns, I think they just don't care! read more

Apathetic and Incompetent Very Disappointing Experience Met sales person Jud. Set up a test drive and made an offer. We could not come to an agreement. Waited two weeks and I came back with a counter offer. Jud spoke to sales manager and said we have a deal. On the day of the pick up got a call from Jud they had already sold the car prior to my agreement. What?! I had sent them a credit card number for a $500 down payment (they did not use the card), sent them insurance paper work and Dealer Funding Request, then on day of the pick up I get the call, no deal. I got a "sorry" from Jud, no call from a manager and no attempt or effort to make the situation right. Pros - Met with me and called me when they said they would -Appeared to be a nice car Cons - Sold me a car they had already sold - Nothing but a "sorry" from sales person - No contact from management - No effort to correct the situation - Apathetic about the time and money this situation cost me. Be aware it seems they feel that they have to obligations if they fail on their part of the deal. read more

Tried to schedule a recall repair for my passenger side airbag. The letter I received in the mail said they would give me a loaner car so for me it didn't matter when or how long it took to get this fixed. Some lady named Tracy was awful on the phone and told me she can't do loaner cars at this location so i asked her how long it would take and she said she didn't have a clue. I hope my air bag doesn't blow up in someone's face! Tom Holzer Ford down the street is taking care of this 2 weeks sooner than Tracy could ever get it done! Varsity is an all around first-class dealership. From the moment I walked in the door to view their vehicles I was treated like royalty. Rich Jeleniewski spent a great amount of time making sure I explored every option important to me. He even took me to the holding lot to see features on vehicles not readily present in the showroom. I knew he cared about the car I was looking to buy. As soon as the vehicle arrived I received a call from Varsity to notify me. They had it ready for pickup later the same day. It looked awesome, and even though it was late in the day, they took plenty of time to show me all of the vehicles nuance features. Needing a software update, the Varsity service department came to my house and picked up the car. They even left me with a loaner Lincoln so I wouldn't be stranded while I waited. As soon as the service was completed they returned my vehicle, but not before washing it. At every opportunity Varsity has made sure they not only met my expectations but exceeded them. They have. We are a military family who came all the way from Ft. Carson, Colorado to purchase a Lincoln MKX in December 2010. Since owning the car I have taken excellent care of it only getting it serviced at Ford/Lincoln dealers. We have recently moved back here and I have taken my vehicle to Varsity twice both ridiculous. My first visit, my advisor was Jeff, I got an oil change and needed a new remote start key paid for two got one and he gave me the run around until I could stand it anymore. Last week, shortly after my car has gone out of warranty with advisor Roger I go for an oil change to be told an internal crack of my transmission case requires a $2100 fix, most of which is labor. I asked how can this happen and he says it's just a failure that happens. His exact words as I tried to ask more questions was, "short answer, get the fix or the lose the transmission or get a new car, I don't know what else to tell you." I was shocked, floored and so upset. I went and got two other estimates both whom say this is a common problem with these vehicles that Ford/Lincoln won't address. Furthermore the parts needed to fix it Ford won't sell to anyone but Ford/Lincoln dealers backing you into a corner on repair options. In the meantime I have a service department that I can't trust who's gouging me for a failure that isn't normal wear/tear that likely could've been caught before the warranty ended if they'd been looking. If I do get a new vehicle it certainly won't be a Lincoln at this rate and I'll make sure to call the corporate headquarters and voice my concern about this as well as every military outlet I have, USAA, everyone. No military family should ever have their trust broken like this and be given such rude behavior...TWICE. So disappointed. read more

Awesome experience with express oil change! The check in process was simple and the lounge was clean and comfortable.

Going through a lease with them. My vehicle has a ton of issues, which is not their fault at all and I understand. However, their inability to fix it is starting to get on my nerves. This time, a simple thing such as coordinating a bent liftgate (a known issue with lincoln MKC), which was too far bent for their own shop to fix, was impossible for them to coordinate with Varsity Lincoln Collision Center. Oh, and then LOSE MY KEYS AND CAR. I mean, are you kidding? You're gonna have me drive 45 minutes. Have me wait an hour because you cannot find my car or the keys for it, only so I can move the car across the street? Come on, that is extremely disappointing. That's a waste of my 3 hours that would take someone 5 minutes. I would this should be an extreme disappointment for Lincoln's Red Carpet Lease. There is absolutely no reason this cannot be coordinated internally, especially for vehicles on warranty. Update: ^The above experience is a one off with Varsity. Overall, in my five plus times going there, they have been phenomenal to work with. read more

I've been having my car serviced here for the last several years. It's very convenient, they have a shuttle so I can drop my car off in the morning and they'll give me a ride to work. I bought a used f150 at varsity Lincoln a couple years ago, and without much experience buying used cars I was taken for a ride. Not only did they give me the absolute bottom dollar for my trade in vehicle that was in amazing condition, but they never showed me the carfax report on the truck. If I had seen it I would have gone with a different truck. It had been in an accident involving airbag deployment, again no mention of this. I had to find out the hard way, many dollars later. Called to inquire about pricing for maintenance of my 2016 MKC. The first young lady I talked to had no clue about anything. She then transferred me to Mike one of the service reps. He then proceeded to help me figure exactly what I needed for maintenance. Told me he was going to transfer me back to the young lady and would tell her exactly what I needed for my appointment. Transferred me back but didn't tell her anything. I asked the young lady what would be the price of my services. She didn't know specific amount or even a maximum amount. I had to ask her if she could find out. She then transferred me to someone else, who didn't even answer. The whole experience was rude and unprofessional. There is nothing on the website stating what services are offered and the cost. I like to know how much I'm spending for my purchase because I plan things out. It doesn't mean I can't afford it but that's the energy they pushed off, very condescending. Very disappointed and this is not the first time I've felt like this before!!
