I had the fear of god drilled into me by numerous physicians to avoid infection since being diagnosed diabetic. AS the P.A.'s are trained for the more common used procedure that is their go to. Since I now understand he is a gifted surgeon it makes sense that his time is better served elsewhere. Rather than blow me off and refer me out to another med clinic they took the opportunity to bring in a rep from the ultrasound maker they put in your septic treatment facility to see your prostate with the latest and greatest version and used it as a staff training day AFTER the doc finished surgery for the day. The doc performed the procedure learning the new added ability's of the machine while four P.A's observed and were also trained. I call that above and beyond and am grateful to all for their patience and understanding. They do care and do deserve 5 stars and I do recommend them. Oh and guys don't be concerned about that tool that goes up the septic, It's an odd sensation but all the pain is from the biopsies and needle and as soon as the needle is with drawn all pain goes away. That is until you forget about that tape that was used to separate your recreation area from your septic treatment facility is removed! LOL

If you are looking for an excellent fertility doctor, please look no further. My husband and I did not start trying until I turned 39, so we expected an uphill battle. But from the very beginning, we felt that we were in the best possible hands with Dr. Fisch and his wonderful team. One of the biggest benefits of going to a smaller clinic with one reproductive fertility doctor is the attentive, individualized care. Dr. Fisch and his staff became familiar with us and our fertility journey very quickly. He personally performed our appointments, ultrasounds, and all required procedures, and at the end of each appointment, he always took the time to answer all of our questions -- often before we even asked them. He was knowledgeable, reassuring, and always had an answer for us. I truly felt cared for and like I was a priority. Dr. Fisch is attentive, detail-oriented, compassionate, and incredibly personable. He called us from his cell phone many times, which meant so much to us during such an emotional process. Fertility treatment can feel overwhelming and invasive, but Dr. Fisch and his entire staff -- including the nurses and anesthesiologists -- always did everything they could to make me feel comfortable and supported. In addition to his excellent medical skills, Dr. Fisch has an incredible bedside manner. He is kind, friendly, patient, and genuinely supportive. He and his wife, Melissa, made me feel like I was more than just a patient. We also loved the front office staff and nurses. Everyone was so sweet, helpful, and supportive with our appointments. Joanna was always there to answer our questions and help ease our concerns, and we are so grateful for her kindness and support. We cannot say enough good things about Green Valley Fertility Partners, Dr. Fisch, and the entire team. Thanks to them, we are now preparing to welcome our baby girl, and we will always be thankful for the care we received. Highly unethical, recommend you avoid…read more Very concerning experience with CRC Clinic. Went in to get some banding done, along with my regularly planned colonoscopy. Dr Lyons asked about other symptoms, and I told him I felt somewhat bloated. Ended up getting charged $1000 when I went to my colonoscopy, which is supposed to be fully covered by insurance. Found out Dr. Lyons coded it wrong under "distention" rather than "screening". He refused to correct the coding, telling me it would be medical malpractice. I guess he skipped his law classes in school, because re-coding is a super common occurrence. I know as I run all IT operations for 2 large hospitals. He lied to me to my face about that, then didn't do the banding he was supposed to do, so I ended up being $1000 out for something that was supposed to be fully covered, and still didn't get the primary thing done I went in to see him for. I would recommend that you bypass CRC and go to a clinic that follows ethical standards, unless you have a lot of money you don't want.

When I woke up, my post-op nurse was just as attentive, even offering me juice and cookies--and let me tell you, do NOT pass on the cookies, they're delicious! Hopefully this is the last one of these I'll do for a while…read more I had a procedure scheduled for today with an arrival time of 6:30 am; when I was called last week with instructions the nice nurse told me 6:30 is the arrival time don't come sooner so you don't have to wait longer. Wear warm, comfy clothes because it cold in there. And advised me of what to bring with me, how long I should be there and instructions for my driver. We arrived at 6:26 walked in, signed in and was checked in just a few minutes later. The nurse came and got me and my friend from the waiting room and took us straight to my bed and got me prepped for my procedure. Super easy endoscopy, just had to remove my sweatshirt and put in a gown. Shortly after, another nurse came and started my IV and got me all ready. There was one person before me. And I was kept in the loop with time and everything. My friend was told not to leave that it was going to be really quick. Just as promised I was wheeled back, everyone who I hadn't met yet introduced themselves and told me what they would be doing. Next thing I knew I was waking up in my little room and my friend was brought right back. I had water waiting for me and a cute little Crumbl cookie. Everyone was amazing and I wouldn't hesitate scheduling another procedure here!

My first appointment was incredible! I felt heard. I felt believed. But things quickly took a turn. I was told to come back in a month after trying the new birth control and being put on a low dose of Metformin to control my insulin resistance. I was told to take 500mg once daily for 30 days, and we would add another 500mg at my next appointment if I tolerated the meds well enough. The goal was to eventually get up to 2000mg, but Dr. Eisert wanted to do it gradually to minimize side effects. I was only prescribed 30 tablets, consistent with what Dr. Eisert and I discussed. When I returned in 30 days, I saw his PA, Tina. She was lovely! However, she seemed confused as to why I was there. She showed me a chart and read from what I believe was my clinical summary of my last visit. I was supposed to add 500mg of metformin every week, so long as I tolerated the drug. I should have already been at 2000mg by then. But again, I was only prescribed 30 tablets for 30 days, and the prescription bottle said to take one pill daily. She told me she would refill my meds and said I didn't need any follow-ups. I took that to mean that I would have to come back within a year to continue receiving medications, but that I didn't need routine follow-ups every few months. My prescription was still wrong. I only received 30 tablets. I sent a message in the portal and it was corrected, but they forgot to give me refills. So I contacted them this week. I received a message that the doctor wasn't comfortable prescribing more medications after this month without an annual exam. I just saw the provider 6 months ago. So I call. The scheduler was very kind. But she explained that the office policy is that I am required to get an annual pap smear in order to receive medication. I informed her that I just saw Dr. Eisert 6 months ago and also had a pap with my primary doctor in August. She doubled down and said it had to be a pap smear. I am 40 years old with no history of abnormal cervical cancer or HPV results, nor do I have a family history of cancer. ACOG guidelines and my primary doctor say I'm all set for 5 years. Not to mention that a pap is traumatic for many women like me with a history of sexual assault. This isn't a simple blood test. This is an invasive exam. The scheduler suggested I speak to the nurse, Amy, to see what can be done. I spoke to her this morning. She was abrupt and dismissive. She said that since my primary doctor did my pap last year (before I established care with Legacy), then she could go ahead and prescribe my medications from now on and ended the conversation. Current guidelines do not recommend yearly Pap smears for many women, including someone with my screening history. I truly struggle to see any other motive than money here.

Then I get called back into the little room and the nurse tells me it's going to be almost $400 extra for my service?! I told her I paid at the front already and I'm confused because why didn't the receptionist tell me that the services were going to cost extra? I would have paid upfront because I wanted them done but now you've taken me into the back and I assume I paid for everything and you're going to blindside me? Felt like they were trying to rob me without a gun. The nurse leaves the room and tells the doctor (right outside my door, mind you...I heard them lowkey talking shit about my finances but whatever) . Doctor comes in, she's immediately got an attitude and starts off with "you don't have the money for the services you want?" ...rude as hell. I have the money, but I didn't appreciate being BLINDSIDED and lied too. I was so tempted to walk out at that point but I knew I wouldn't get a refund so I just bit my tongue and stayed. She gave me a quick maybe 1 minute look, said I look fine, it 100% felt like she was brushing me off and stopped caring about even giving me an exam when I didn't want to proceed with the extra add-on services. It felt like she tried to pressure me into getting the tests the whole time I was there (which it look me longer to get undressed/dressed than our whole appointment even went if that tells you how fast she brushed me off) then suggested if I can't afford tests here that I should check welfare... I felt so disrespected. So I will absolutely never come back here. It felt like a total SCAM. Disrespectful and rude staff all around. If you'd like to go here just make sure that you're perfect because otherwise you'll be looked down on. I'm so mad that I paid $150 for absolutely nothing. Robbery. I had a friend refer me here, after telling her how it went she's never coming back here either. This was insane. If the receptionist was trained better and said "$150 is base pay and any extras will be $__ more" THEN I WOULD HAVE PAID THE FUCKING $500 BEFORE I WENT INTO THE EXAM ROOM!!!!! I'm mad about being tricked while half naked and venerable and then judged when I'm obviously caught off guard.
