My experience at Vaughan Diann Salon and Spa was fantastic. Not only was everyone very friendly, but the salon was very clean. The best part about the experience was my hair stylist, Krista. She is simply excellent. Krista is very knowledgeable about hair color, treatments, and cuts. She is extremely professional and friendly. Krista conducted a very thorough consultation during which she listened to what I wanted my end result to be for my hair and then she explained how she was going to give me those results. Krista exceeded my expectations. I really didn't know my hair could look so good! My cut is the best I've ever gotten and the color is spot on what I wanted. My hair looks and feels very healthy. Krista also took the time to educate me on which shampoos and conditioners are best for my hair and scalp and helped me choose products to help maintain my hair color and style. LOVE this salon!! I booked an appointment last month as a new client with Trisha after following her on insta for awhile since I know sooo many people who go to her for her amazing coloring skills!! I'd never colored my hair before, but knew that if I ever did that I'd want it to be with her! After a quick little 'consultation' with her so she could understand my hair history & the look I was thinking of, she advised me on what kind of appointment to book through the salon which was super easy! The salon itself is easy to get to and has such a chic & fun vibe. As an indecisive person, I am very trusting of her experience and knowledge when it comes to recommendations for what I want to do! Nice looking salon, prices are average for Annapolis area. Skip on Lillian and get a different stylist for cut/color if you can.
